Great place for flavorful vegetarian/vegan options! I had the sesame imitation beef and Kung pao imitation beef and both were delicious! I must say, though, that the last time I ordered the Kung pao beef it was too spicy and this time it wasn’t as spicy as expected.

Had a great 1st time meal I ordered spicy shredded pork with broccoli. It's fantastic with combination of sweet, spicy, and saltyness very tasty. They used real dried peppers which gave that authentic Chinese flavors and appeal. Not many Chinese restaurants in SF do this, instead they used pre-made chilli peppers from a bottle even for general tso chicken big No-No. From the picture it may seemed extra oily but that's how delicious authentic Chinese comfort food is at times.

So good! If you actually LIKE broccoli, I’d advise you order extra or you get one piece 🤣... Need your veggies! 🥦

This place isn't fancy, but the food is really solid, the portions are large, and the prices are good. I eat here at least once a week. Try the salt and pepper pork--it's my favorite.

Avoid this place after 5PM when they stop making the hot bar and only make the expensive a la cart items. Ain't the best food, but the service is good, the price is cheap, and sometimes they throw in free soup on cold or wet days.

Sweet and Sour Pork was almost all breading and the actual meat was very chewy.

Food was ok. My main complaints are that one, they never answered the telephone. Two the front door is extremely difficult to access in a wheelchair. Because of the pandemic rules, the wheelchair ♿ entrance on Potrero Ave is no longer available.

We went to this place Wednesday night food poisoning after eating there. My dad is ok now I’m in the 4th day still struggling with symptoms. Just beware and do a little research before you try any place that could save you from illness or even life.

I ordered from here through Grubhub. The honey walnut prawns were absolutely disgusting. The shrimp were not fresh, leaving a fishy after taste in my mouth. The house fried rice could have used a little more of everything. For the prices they charge, the quantity of the food sucks. I will NEVER order from Wok & Go again.

I'm a Pro. Chef for over 20 years! Though I specialize in Mediterranean cuisine, once in a while I crave Good Chinese food. The first 3 times it was All okay! I usually order the same dish, Combination Chow Fun. This last time I was there, I was actually pretty disgusted!!! And, the same old "dirty tricks" being played!!! Instead of what I know it was supposed to be, I got some GREASY, SALTY, NO MEAT OR PROTEIN, if hardly any! Vermicelli w/ Tomatoes (?). I GOT SO SICK for almost 4 days I couldn't eat anything else but liquids, under a Doctor's suggestions!!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I'M SOOOO DUSGUSTED!!!😜😝😖😧🥺

Honestly this place is so bad it’s laughable. I knew it was a bad idea given all the low ratings but it was late and one of the only things open nearby. I got salt and pepper chicken and as soon as I brought it into my car, the smell started permeating and I started laughing that I had even thought for a second that for some reason I was going to get fresh food. Obviously, it was old meat. Dry and probably refried. If you have to get food from here, stick to something stereotypically Chinese takeout so that it probably won’t be horrible. This goes without saying, but definitely do not take a risk with the seafood!

This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Don't trust any of the positive reviews. The veggies tasted burnt and were really greasy/salty. The crab Rangoon was some sort of joke- it was orange and looked like it was made with Kraft cheese. The scallion pancakes were dry and tasteless. The meat smelled old.

I went in there for a quick take out at 1:15pm. I ordered the combo plate of chow fun, broccoli beef and fried chicken wings. Also ordered a side of egg rolls. First thing I notice was heat lamps were not on. The steam table was not on. The chow fun was bland and greasy. The egg rolls were overly salty and bitter, the fried chicken wings were dry and meat inside was stringy ( mostly likely days old). The worse was the broccoli beef. The beef was very salty, meaning they probably had the beef in the marinade for days. The brocolli itself was brown and wilted, leading me to believe that they most likey over cooked it and/or serving leftover from the day before. Of course the whole meal was ice cold. This made me crave Panda Express and I hate Pands Express. I do hope their cook to order plates are much better.

This is the worst chinese food I have ever had. The food was terrible. The soup was inedible. The fried rice wasn't even fresh. They refused to listen when I asked for "sauce on the side." I can't think of a place who's food is worse. Even the moron that delivered my food had a hard time with getting to my door. If anyone ever decides to order chinese food from this place I suggest going to the Safeway and picking up one of those frozen chinese entrees or perhaps going to the nearest gas station for a hot dog and nachos.

Do not order from here! They will take your money and refuse to serve you. They are very shady and probably should be in jail!

Terrible they moved into a place that had great pizza only to serve extremely horrible Chinese. Being from S.F. I've had some of the best. Do Not Go To This Place if you want to stay friends with your stomach

Unfortunately I walk in that restaurant, the customer service was nice, but the food was could the chicken was hard as rock , rice was hard, chow mein was like homeless hair, vegetables over cook . Poor cashier she gives the best customer service but the food is so bad. I my fault for getting in that restaurant

This place is nasty. There’s flys when you first walk in and they continuously sell old and stale fortune cookies after being told multiple times that there old but they didn’t care. I don’t trust the food and I don’t trust their sanitation. I would never recommend this place to no anyway.

Forgets my food when I can they say they can deliver it 10 mins later they call me that they can’t deliver what type of service is that when I try to call back they click on my face

I gave it A star because I was hungry and it was near by. The buffet style food I chose was extremely greasy and it looked as if everything else was too. I like flakey egg rolls... the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and seems very clean. I could've ordered from the menu and had my food freshly cooked but I didn't. :)
