I found out about this place just today, and I am glad I did! The interior is super cute and vibrant, and the service is spectacular. I got the Lavender Green Tea, which was fragrant and quite unique (as I have yet to find other places that offer this option). Overall, a great spot for a wide variety of drinks, and I look forward to coming more!

Stop by with my kids every few weeks for boba drinks - they really like this spot! It's clean and tidy - I like the interior. You can self order on the iPad if you wish. The staff have been nice. It's not in a particularly upscale strip mall so would not keep valuables on easy view from your car.

I had a wonderful experience at Cozy Tea Loft. The atmosphere was charming and cozy with warm lighting, comfortable seating, and beautiful tea cups. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all of the different blends of tea on offer. I was impressed with the wide selection of teas to choose from - there really is something for everyone. I opted for their lavender chamomile tea and it was absolutely divine! Overall, I can't recommend the Cozy Tea Loft enough. If you're a tea lover, you simply have to add this spot to your list of must-visit places. The atmosphere, the tea, and the service all come together to make for an absolutely wonderful experience😊

This is the best boba that I have had in my life. I recommend it 100 %. My favorite is called “Torched Creme Brulee Milk Tea” more specifically: Less Ice 25% condensed milk (Recommended) Black Boba

Picked up a torched crème brûlée milk tea and it was good though on the sweet side but I understand that this sweetness is actually required for the taste… would love to taste other items as they have a plenty of other stuff

Cozy Tea Loft is a cute tea shop in West San Jose with a lot to offer. As a chocoholic, I'm especially pleased with the variety of cocoa drinks and with the fact that black (chocolate) cloud foam is an option. The crème brûlée in the Torched Series is also good. As far as toppings, I've only tried the Black Boba, and it was nice & chewy. A side note: as someone with a sweeter tooth, I found 80% to be optimal, so you might want to order a bit less than your usual for starting out. As far as the interior, it is nicely decorated with some fun touches (how many tea shops have a claw machine?) But I think it could be made "cozier." I don't have issues or complaints with the service. Overall, I hope to return to try many more of their delicious drinks.

The good things about this place: 1) they have "black boba" and "golden boba" and you can do half and half 2) they have different flavors of foam as a topping: taro foam, sesame foam, etc. 3) the drinks with foam cream on top came with the lids where you can alternate between a straw and sipping with a moveable slider

Have been Cozy Tea Loft many times, my top three are cloud mango cheese slushie, lavender green milk tea and french raspberry green tea! Definitely don't miss the snacks. The delicious Lava Toast in the lovely box brightened up my day!

My boyfriend and I first started coming here when they just opened. Even if we tend to come here right before closing, the staff here are always welcoming and very sweet. She remembers our favorite orders - Honey Tieguanyin Oolong Tea with Golden Boba, and Yakult Yogurt Slushie. I tried their other drinks as well and their French Raspberry Green Tea is very unique and my friends love it. They use tea with actually good quality, and I enjoy exploring their menu with all the selection they offer. I love their interior, atmosphere, and choice of music - not too loud, not too quiet. They have been slowly upgrading their interior, and I can see this place getting busier each time we come back. This has been and will always be our favorite tea place - especially with the owner always being there to greet us with the brightest smile :)

Cute place. However, the young man making tea made a comment to the staff that they should make a sign stating some drinks will take longer, and then followed by "so people can stop staring at me" Dude, people are going to look, it's an open space. Maybe he should be working in the back.

We ordered torch brown suga boba milk and Taiwanese pineapple green tea eith 20% sweet. You can not reduce the sweetness of tovlrch brown sugar boba. There are many topping options to choose from. It took a while for our drink to be ready. It was pretty slow service. The shop was not crowded but seems like many online orders. There is only a person preparing the boba at that time. The other was inside preparing non boba order. The brown sugar boba is good and not yoo sweet. I like it. The pineapple one is, I can say, average. If we visit again, we will try other drinks.

I ordered the Royal collection thick milk tea with 25% sugar, only to find it overly sweet. The black boba was nothing special, and the tea aroma was underwhelming. I could only taste the sugar. Similarly, the tieguanyin oolong milk tea with 25% sugar lacked the rich tea flavor I expected, and the grass jelly was far from authentic. The salted cheese white toast was disappointingly dry and slightly burnt, with the salted cheese flavor barely noticeable.

It's a cute cafe and the cup design is very aesthetic too. I tried the Tieguanyin Oolong Milk Tea with a 50% sugar adjustment. The tea flavor is there, but it tasted quite watered down to me. I also got pudding in this drink, which doesn't have much texture... I wish it had more of a firm and jello-like consistency, but at least it's not too sweet! Pretty good.

This place looks great, but not the product. I ordered the honey black tea with boba, and the amount of boba they gave was only two layers of bottom of the cup. It looks very sad. I only had 5 regular sips and all the bobas are gone…never had this kind of bad experience from other boba shops.

This is by far the unhealthiest thing I could ever recall having, and keep in mind they were just milk teas with nothing added.

I used to come here fairly regularly, but I'm sad to say the quality has really declined over time. The torched crème brûlée milk tea was great when I first started going, but even the torch quality became progressively inconsistent and not up to par. What finally made me write this review: I got their matcha milk tea yesterday, and it was genuinely one of the worst matcha drinks I've ever had. The taste was off in a way that made me think they're either using very old or low-grade matcha powder or there's something wrong with their nondairy creamer. Whatever it was, it gave me a bad stomachache for hours afterward. I'd strongly recommend avoiding the matcha here. If you do try other drinks, manage your expectations - the quality just isn't what it used to be.
