I work in the food industry, is very hard to find places where I feel happy about food or service..... I came for National Pancake Day to my surprise wait was not long at all 20 minutes max.... Service was amazing even tho they were super busy! Management is 10 start, Ricardo was all over the place helping everyone, from what I saw during waiting to get a table he was backing up his employees and taking care of costumers too. For my server (Jordan) he was very nice, kept his cool and very very efficient. We come here maybe once a month but for sure I recommend Ihop to everyone who is looking for a great family time. Thank you everyone.... keep the hard work!!!!

1st breakfast after touched down in San Francisco. On the way to Gilroy Premium Outlet, we stopped by this iHop, recommended by a friend. Generous portion, good food and helpful waiter! The breakfast fill us up nicely to skip lunch.

Good service, familiar taste and quality. Small parking lot and small restaurant means it will be crowded during meal times, but pretty empty otherwise. I went there for an early dinner and it was pleasantly empty and quiet.

The best thing about this place is that they’re open 24 hours! I would definitely recommend it, especially when everything else is closed. The pricing is reasonable, and the service was excellent. Pamela helped our table and was great from the start. She was very patient with us and offered helpful recommendations. She checked on us frequently and went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She truly deserves a raise for providing such exceptional service. The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. The parking lot, however, is a bit tricky. The entrance is narrow and easy to miss, and you may end up passing it and seeing an exit that you unfortunately cannot enter. One concern I noticed was that the ice cream tub and whipped cream were completely exposed. Customers walk by with easy access, and there were no lids or coverings. This is extremely unhygienic, as someone could cough, sneeze, or touch it, not to mention flies, which do not appear to be prevented from making direct contact. The ambiance is okay, nothing particularly special, but they did a great job decorating for Christmas. Service - 5/5 Price - 4/5 Ambiance - 3/5 Taste - 4/5

International House of Pancake! It’s a must have in the States - how can I miss? Was there on a Sunday morning around 8.45am & still managed to get a table. Great pancake with butter - fluffy and dense at its balance. As I finished ard 9+am, crowd started building up and may need to wait for table if you come by at that hour on Sunday. It looks to be a favourite place for family breakfast on the weekend.

dependable spot in San Jose! IHOP has been really consistent. The wait staff are attentive, and the food is reliable whether I come for late-night comfort food, breakfast, or lunch. I like the senior menu, and it’s one of the few places still open when most restaurants in San Jose close by nine. Always a dependable spot.

Craving pancakes, omelettes, or classic French toast late at night or early in the morning? IHOP is the place to go. I tried the buttermilk pancakes, spinach and mushroom omelette, and the thick and fluffy strawberry and banana French toast. The pancakes and omelette were delicious, and the French toast was a sweet and satisfying treat. Perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch anytime!

wanted to taste the legendary American breakfast spread...and truth be told the spread did not disappoint! we had the chicken waffle with the omelette and the pancakes and all of the dishes were delicious 10/10 recommend that said,the service could make do with some professionalism though!

This is my first time at this location. It's usually crowded when you walk by, which indicates that this is a solid choice for the chain to eat at, mainly because it's open 24 hours. The place isn't huge but has several tables outside, so it's a good choice, weather permitting. The bathroom and the establishment are clean, and there's no bad smell. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the service is fast. Overall, it's a solid choice for enjoying typical IHOP food.

Taste is good. Staff is friendly. Neat & clean place. Service is good. We went for Sunday brunch, place was packed but in little time (10-12 mins approx) we got the seats. We ordered Strawberry Banana pancakes, Oreo milk shake, New Nashville Hot Chicken Melt, and New Chicken Biscuit Sandwich (this sandwich was little dry ) Overall good experience 🙂.

Located on N. First St between E. Taylor St. & Jackson St. Limited parking if going during rush hour. We were looking for late dinner on Friday night after a long event at the SAP Center so IHop is always convenient. We were seated right away; Staff is welcoming and friendly but not attentive; The restaurant is clean and organized; Food was decent but the mashed potatoes did not taste fresh during our visit. Overall, we had a satisfying experience at this location and happy to be able to grab an actual dinner late at night.

My husband and I went in late night both of us exhausted from our day of work. We were seated next to a very loud and intoxicated party. In the corner there was another couple very loud. Needless to say the two parties started to exchange words. My husband and I looked at each other and sat quietly eating our food during this wonderful shouting match. Our waiter wouldn't even come and refresh our drinks. Because of the table next to us having such a large party they didn't want to make them upset. We endured a shouting match practically the entire time. We were there as well as crappy service because of it. I understand you can't control who comes in but you can control your staff and how they can still please the other customers that were there. Then the loud intoxicated party next to us had someone throwing up at the table next to us. They escorted him outside where the gentleman continued. The least they could have done is giving us our meal free for such awful behavior and crappy service. Very disappointed, grossed out. It was lovely eating while this drunk gentleman next to us vomited all over the floor. Oh and to add the final touch as soon as we left we had to step over his vomit once again as soon as we walked out the door. Not a pleasant meal at all. AFTER THIS UNPLEASANT EVENT. I was contacted by management I was EXTREMELY PLEASED on how they wanted to handle this awful sutuation. I look forward to many more years of great food and extremely great people who work at IHOP.

Yo this place is more expensive than like nice sit down brunch places and that's actually pretty crazy tbh. The service here was really sketchy too, I wouldn't go here again tbh. Also the quantity and quality were nothing as well compared to the price of other food establishments. Literally just come here if you have no other options mate.
