Crispy friend chicken. But i think they have marinade it with too much salt and MSG. felt super thirsty after eating it

Food was good, but the wait was longer than how long the order said it would take. They also got my order wrong. I got the Bucket Treat B and swapped out 2 peach mango pies for 2 ube pies. I didn't get any ube pies. Why tell me my order is ready when it's not? They were very busy, and I don't mind waiting, but get my order right at least. I also made the 10 piece chicken half-and-half. I saw 6 pieces marked as spicy, and I wouldn't be surprised if the entire bucket is spicy. Edit: Okay, they refunded me for the missing ube pies. Unfortunate that you have to raise a stink over it, but I was really mad that day LOL

The food was good but the fried chicken needed some salt. The spaghetti was sweet so that balanced it all out. My favorite on the menu is the Peach Mango pie. It was yummy and not too sweet.

I hadn't been to a Jollibee in well over a decade and suddenly it kept trending on Tiktok, so here we are. I couldn't decide on spaghetti or Palabok as my side and I could tell the cashier was annoyed by my questions. I went with the Palabok. The chicken was delicious, it was crispy and flavorful. I chose original because I cant do spicy. I would order it again. The Palabok...there was so much going on. I was given a side of gravy and 2 packets of lemon. The lovely man who called out my number asked if I wanted more lemon and I kindly declined. Was I supposed to put lemon on my Palabok? Or was it the gravy? Either way, I tried to love it but I didn't.

I would say pretty average. The fried chicken was good , sandwich was over average , brown gravy was grocery store packet brown gravy, fries were decent , price was too high for the food provided. I lived in the Midwest, paying $14 for 3 pieces of fried chicken then I get for $6 , from Lees with no significant better taste doesnt feel very fulfilling. The customer service was fast , one guy was very helpful while the rest did not care that someone came for a order.

Aaay listen, this food is helluv grubbing and my heart wants to rate this higher than three stars, but in reality it only deserves three stars. The Filipino spaghetti is yummy as well as the fried chicken. But the quality is not super high. Face it, it’s fast food. I will say the fried chicken sandwich is above average. And their fried chicken gravy is damn good. Hamburgers are so so. If you buy just chicken, the service is very fast. But other cooked items take a little bit of time to make.

Friendly vibes, good customer service. On the downside no utensils were provided with meal, side dishes are too small, the plastic carry out bags do not support the weight of the food..I think paper bag would hold better. The pineapple quencher tastes really good but only comes in one size (small). People usually order bucket meals to feed a few people or small family. So to split 2 small drinks w/ very small sides between 4 people is absolutely absurd. The price for this 10 piece bucket meal w/ 3 sides & I added on the 2 pineapple quenchers was a total of $43 & some change. Food tastes ok...I give 3.5 star for food quality & pricing. Don't believe I'll be going back.

Sunday afternoon , I know very busy. But had to wait 20 mins for a chicken sandwhich. The person in front of me and in back of me received their food before me. The lady gave me a free drink the wait. Jeez Thanks 🥱 Received my food and it was good. Will eat there again but when not so crazy busy.

horrible service over the phone, had issues with my order and the woman dismissed me several times like she wanted the call to end quickly. also don't even bother getting in contact through the jollibee website, they won't give you a response. never got a resolution and it's been a month for somethind so simple. besides that, i've been here 4-5 times in the past and the food is mediocre. always room temperature and taste like it's been sitting out. the milpitas location is far better

Ordered 3 legs and 3 thighs but got 4 legs and 2 thighs, smaller than before. Chicken was oily, greasy, and not crispy. Servers are doing their best, but a notification system would help us grab food without disturbing them. Please improve portions, cooking, and pickup service. Thank You

I ordered food to go and ended up waiting almost an hour. During this time, I saw many people who ordered after me already get their food, both dine-in and takeout. It was really messy during the busy weekend rush, and it seems the staff need better training on how to handle peak times. For a fast food restaurant, making a customer wait one hour is unbelievable. In the end, I found out they never even processed my order, there was just a pile of receipts sitting on the counter looking very disorganized. After waiting so long, they finally told me my Spicy Chickenjoy was sold out and gave me the regular one instead. That’s fine, but I was still very upset about the whole waiting and handling process. One Chicken sandwich and two Chickenjoys shouldn’t be this hard to manage. The way they handled it felt really chaotic.
