First time trying Raising Cane's and we absolutely loved it! Wonderful customer service and the good was great. Cashier was very friendly and food was served fast. Everything was clean. Chicken was very good. Not dry and crispy but moist inside. The sweet tea was really good too. Indoors was very nicely decorated and liked the vibe. Parking is plenty and they also have a drive thru
I waited a long time before coming to this new Cane's, but it was worth the wait. The food was fantastic, along with nice staff and a spotless store (I ate inside). Truly recommend this spot!
Very good. Chicken is tasty and tender. They have like hail ice for your drinks!
Fast food Fried chicken and french fries. These guys know how to do the fried chicken and french fries quickly. The sweet tea was tasty too. New location in San Jose was busy, but the staff kept the place moving and people satisfied. The food didn’t take long to come up after we ordered and we found a clean place to sit inside and enjoy the fried chicken and french fries. I recommend paying for the extra sauce.
If you're a fan of crispy, juicy, no-nonsense chicken, Raising Cane’s will blow you away. Their chicken sandwich is hands-down one of the best I've ever had. It is simple, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. The signature Cane’s sauce ties everything together perfectly. It’s no surprise they’re quickly climbing the ranks as one of the top fast-food chains in the U.S. The quality and consistency really set them apart from the crowd. Only downside: parking can be a challenge, especially during peak hours. If you're headed to a busy location, plan accordingly or consider ordering ahead.
Decent fried chicken. Bought Tailgate 25 wing option for big group. Chicken was really good along with Fries. Inside was busy but clean. Definetely vibes are great.
I love this place. They have good service. They treat you where the food is so good. We got the whole sauce from the cup and it’s very good. It’s the most newest raising Cane’s in San Jose and near to my house. It is actually so good. you guys try it.

Straight to the point, the sauce is the hype and it's not hard to see why. Chicken is fine when fresh and the fries and toast are normal. Unironically their ice is pretty neat too. They open early at 9 am so come before lunch time for a good experience. NEVER come when they're busy, the wait is not worth it. Pricing wise fair enough.
Excellent service, fresh food and clean location. There was no line inside, plenty of seating and food came out in less than 5 mins! The chicken was juicy and fries fresh, they did forget a chicken finger but replaced it when it was brought to their attention. The staff was welcoming and friendly taking the time to go to each table and check in. I would definitely recommend and come back time and time again. 10 out of 10!
Food was hot and fresh, and the service was excellent especially around 12:34 AM. The guy who took my order was friendly, polite, and bubbly. The young lady at the first window was very patient while I struggled with Apple Pay, which I truly appreciated. The young man at the second window with the long curly hair had a great attitude as well as he apologized for charging me an additional 65 cents for extra sauce 🤣(which was no big deal) You can genuinely tell the team enjoys their job. It’s rare these days to come across a fast-food place where the younger generation has such a positive attitude and great work ethic. Special shoutout to the shift manager in the blue shirt who helped at the register and even came outside to direct cars into both drive-thru lanes. Outstanding teamwork and customer service, especially at midnight. I’ll definitely be back!
I know everyone enjoys their food when the service treats you amazing and let me tell y’all that lovely Miss Pam is the reason I go to raising canes whenever I’m in San José. I see her every single time I am there and she is always working so hard! The first time I met her she greeted me with a very sweet “hey baby what can I get you:)” making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Her positive energy makes it so easy to remember her, she definitely stands out and is the reason I love to eat at raising canes!!-Love you Pam<3
First time trying Cane’s Chicken Tenders, and I can’t believe I’m just now finding out about this place thanks to TikTok. The chicken tenders were insanely fresh, juicy, and straight-up mouth-watering. Everything was hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. Service was fast and friendly, and the whole experience lived up to the hype. Easily a 5-star spot — I’ll definitely be back.

* No lines in these days Foods - I think it depends. Sometime they give really nice juicy chicken fingers, but sometimes fingers are really dry. Service - Fine. If you don’t mention, they usually treat the order as ToGo. So you better mention for here if you want. Music - the biggest point I dislike. It is so loud.
Canes chicken is lacking a certain flavor only partially brought back up by the sauce. If you like your chicken with some spice, this isn't the place for you. The Texas toast is great and even the coleslaw is pretty good! Relatively quick especially considering how busy it is, the team is very professional!

Great staff and service, but this angel of a lady is about to lose her angelic voice. Please put up an order ready board like McDonald’s! For the staff! Canes would’ve wanted this arf arf!!
Food was average. Fries were bland and not hot. Toast was outstanding! Sizzler toast! Chicken was good. Not crazy good. But with sauce much better. Place was so clean and staff the best of the best. $15 for 3 strips, bland cold fries and bread seems high. I screwed up and didn’t get meal with slaw. Don’t think there will be a next time for me. Just not that impressive. But do try it. Maybe it’ll be different for you.
The simplicity of the menu makes it much easier to order and I believe makes the lines move a lot faster. Obviously, that has a lot to do with service as well. This location always has the best service workers. Sometimes the drive thru line begins as two lanes when ordering and then morphs into one and all the sudden you are there for an hour. Tbf it was a Saturday night and it was already pretty busy, but dang 1hr in the drive thru is nuts.
Good chicken strips, but the fries were ok,but really short. They made me more, but they were short too. Crew was very nice. Music was a bit loud,I guess that means I'm old. Lol
The food overall was kinda mid, gotta admit, but I really enjoyed the sauce--it definitely stood out as the highlight. The fries, on the other hand, were drenched in salt and dried out my lips. The chicken surprised me though; I was expecting it to be dry, but it turned out to be pretty juicy and flavorful, which I really appreciated. As for the service, it was honestly amazing. The girl who took our order was super sweet and friendly
Decent food, pretty fast, not much options, not mind blowing, not super clean feeling. Main reason I won’t be back, I won’t let young children in my party go deaf cos the staff wanna party up to 100 decibels & causing permanent hearing loss. It’s very annoying, I don’t need my entire body vibrating by the boom box when eating. 😵💫

The food here is more greasy than any other Canes that I have been to. So greasy in fact, that the breading slides off the chicken strips when you pick it up. It still tastes great and the Texas toast is amazing but the greasy chicken ugh.
The food is still just as great as always — no complaints there, still the best. However, I’ve noticed a decline in customer service. Even though it wasn’t super busy like before, my last order was handled poorly. The staff member took my name down incorrectly, which caused a 15-minute delay. On top of that, I had specifically requested extra toast instead of slaw, and that wasn’t reflected in the order. It was disappointing to realize this only after getting home. Please train your staff better to listen carefully and ensure orders are accurate.

Usually a go to spot for the welcoming atmosphere but I took my girl for a nightcap on her birthday and was left disappointed as we were met with unwelcoming attitudes. When asking if there were any birthday perks we were told no by the managers but when asking the employee at the register for a free scrunchie or hair tie with the canes brand they said yes without question which was great. I just feel the management both Rene and the female manager sitting in a booth near by could have done better. Love the brand which was why I took my girl here for her birthday. But was left in a discouraging mood.
Came in pretty late after a concert in Oakland and it was packed, never been to Canes but one of my partner's friends loves their chicken and not much else was open so we gave it a try. Honestly food was good, it's just chicken fingers but I see why people obsess over the sauce, I like it more than what you would get at Chick-fil-A, it's got a lot more flavor and tang. However, we got there right before a party of 6-7 dudes and I had heard about potential service issues. Ten minutes goes by and I'm fine but then around Fifteen I noticed the party after us had gotten almost all their food. I really don't like to raise my voice or complain but I figured our POS ticket probably got cleared and so I waited in line to ask. To this location's credit, their was an awesome employee who was already talking to the kitchen before I even said anything and she gave us both double sides (forgetting her name rn but I'm 90% sure it begins with a "C"). Still took 25-30 min from ordering to get two orders of chicken fingers w/o any hot sides, which is why the service is a 2, atmosphere was fine, a bit loud but it was Saturday so it's expected. Just wish I could remember that employee's name to give her some props. Otherwise I feel like we would have been in there another five or ten minutes. Lesson learned, you need to speak up when you have been waiting and an entire party and then some gets their food first. Toast is overrated, it's basically just garlic bread, not very thick, but tasty nonetheless. Slaw was ass, not inedible just super plain and nothing going for it, so I would avoid that when going again, didn't get to try the fries but I've heard they are good. It's definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation, it's a small menu like In N Out and had we gotten our food in under 10 min I would have no problem giving this Canes a 3-4, but again, were it not for this awesome employee being on the ball it would have been a lot worse. Definitely want to try another location that's out of the Bay and see if the food/service is the same.
Absolutely disgusting experience. I found a fake eyelash floating inside my drink — I have no idea how something like that could even end up there. I emailed Raising Cane’s corporate office right after, but all I got was an automated reply with just a phone number and no real follow-up or action. Completely unacceptable and disappointing.

Terrible service! I waited 10 minutes and saw other customers getting their food who orders after me. I asked about my order and they said they hadn't called my name (Jeff) yet. There was an order sitting there for a J. and said it was probably mine but since it was exactly what I ordered. It took them a minute to process the mistake and didn't even apologize. All the condiments, drink stations, utensils are stuck in one corner causing tons of traffic! I asked the staff for napkins to avoid the traffic jam and they said I would have to the corner where customers were blocking the napkins getting drink refills. I later then asked if I could get a half cup of lemonade for my sweet tea and they said they would need to change me for a full refill. What kind of restaurant nickels and dimes you for a half cup of lemonade!
The service there is great. Young and polite people. And always with a smile. The food is okay. The sauce is the best part and the oil tastes cleaner and other fast food. The worst part is the impolite people and illegally modified cars that Cane’s draws to the restaurant. The restaurant opens until 2am. Sketchy people are just around all day until late night.
