I was craving fried chicken, and this place it's just down the street from my house. I stopped by to get a full meal. The man that took my order ( the manager I suppose), was very polite, respectful and helpful. I would give this place 5 stars for his attitude alone. The food was really good. Only reason why I'm not giving this place 5 stars, is because bi had to use their restroom. It was a bit dirty. Over all experience, good

My last trip to KFC was actually quite good. The workers were pleasant and were actually working at a good pace. Attending to the customers efficiently. There are times that you go into a fast food place and you are totally ignored but not at my last trip to KFC... keep it up

I'm all about the $5 box, it is a great value and it's filling. When I got a tonsillectomy the only thing I would eat was the chicken bowl without gravy. Drive thru runs pretty efficiently especially during the busy after school hours.

Came at dinner time on Tuesday night because my husband was craving KFC. We made a long drive because this location had the most stars for its reviews (we live in the Sawgrass area). It was busy but the service was friendly, accurate and fast. I ordered the Crispy Colonel Sandwich Combo and it was good. It came with mayonnaise and two slices of dill pickle. The sides were all good. My husband said his chicken didn’t have enough breading but that may be due to how busy they were. He said otherwise it tasted ok.

There aren't many vegan fast food selections so I hate to complain but I ordered the 14 piece Beyond Chicken and only received 12 nuggets. So count your order before you leave. I also ordered corn as a side but received French fries instead. I was hungry and just finished a long bike ride so I didn't feel like going back for my 2 nuggets and corn. On a positive note, there was an actual man present, taking my order at the drive through. He was personable and cheerful. He took my order in fluent English. Then communicated my order in Spanish to his staff. He was respectfull to me and his co-workers. There should have been no problems with my order with his superior linguistical skills. The 3 stars are for my appreciation of having vegan food, and the young man with a good work ethic who took my order. Every thing else was a disappointment

This is a mixed review because in the afternoon when those older woman are working everything seems to be amazing, food is hot and seems fresh, never missing anything and cooked to perfection; but at night when the younger kids are working it seems to be lazy cold and older food handled with no care. And it seems small but they forgot my cookie. And how am i suppose to go back and ask for a damn cookie. So this place earned 5 stars in the afternoon and 1 star in the evening.

Service is decent. Poorly kept food. Meaning they never have nothing it's always something, and when you order crispy, please check your food before you leave because 3 times I ordered crispy get home and it's original. Also a lot of times their crispy is over cooked burnt. Always out of Mac and cheese, crispy and this is 3 hours before closing no reason that should happen.

Wow, where do I start? I pull in the parking lot and there's a strange shed, looks like it's made out of plywood and cardboard and there's a menu on the side of it but it's like a hand built lean-to shed thing, there's nobody there there's a couple of pylons in front of it and almost looks like a drive-thru but there's no signs of life, so I find parking and go inside. Once I go inside I walk up to the kiosk and I'm thinking since I've got an hour and a half drive to Monterey that I'll just get 12 chicken strips. I navigate through the menu and 12 chicken strips are $32, $32 really? So then I look at meals and a four strip meal with french fries and a small drink is $16.99, which is equally outrageous but I got to get in my vehicle and make it down to Monterey I'm starved, I'm in a hurry so I just want to order it pay for it and get out of there right? The progress wheel on the kiosk after I enter my credit card and pay for it spins for about a minute and a half, I thought it was frozen for a little bit there and then finally it released and it said your order's been submitted. I wait another seven eight 10 minutes, maybe 12 minutes I walk over the counter and say hey what's going on Where's my order and she says oh did you order strips I said yes she's okay I will put them down it'll be about 8 minutes before they're up, again, really? Outrageous prices, bad service... So I wait, and I wait they saw me standing around so they said hey here's a cup for your soda, I still had enough time to drink three sodas, I walked around outside on my phone came back in my order was ready. As I'm getting ready to leave I noticed that the freestanding lean to shock thing whatever it is which is embarrassing, definitely not legal, is a makeshift drive-thru and instead of having a speaker there's a live person sitting in there taking orders. Once the order is taken she walks it inside and the driver in the vehicle drives forward and stops blocking the handicap parking spot. I have never seen a store as poorly put together, with incompetent staff and prices that are priced as if they're providing you with five star service, which they're not. Interesting side note, while I was in there they were street vendors that were coming in and going in the back for the kitchen is and trying to negotiate the sale of some kind of trinkets or watches or something I couldn't tell what they were trying to sell, the manager flagged a couple of other employees to come over and look at what the guy was trying to sell none of them were interested they bargained for a little bit and then I'll walked away. I would have been much better off to go to Nick the Greek I would have paid a couple dollars last and I would have walked out with a much healthier meal option, definitely will not go back to this KFC and if their prices are indicative of the rest of the KFC locations definitely won't be going back there either. What a shame I've been eating KFC since the mid-60s and while the food quality is good as was the food here, the price and the barrier to get through there store just isn't worth it. Very sad.... Disappointed. Ordered a full meal at 10:20 just to be told that they dont have any of that chicken left and all they have is a few pieces of original chicken left. Waisted my time ordering and waiting . This place closes at 11pm but im told i have limited items to order. Should have told me that from the moment in walked in. I worked in food service for years and i never did something like this to my customers . Now i have less option to chose from oper later than 10:30 -11pm

So my dad got an order and choose 2 sides one of cole slaw and mashed potato. They made a mistake and gave him 2 corn sides and obviously my dad didn’t checked and trusted the ppl that took the order. He got home and notice the 2 side of corns. Went back to KFC and told them to give him the correct sides. They REFUSED!! Not even the MANAGER helped and they were the ones that made the mistake. 0 stars and hopefully the regional manager trains her restaurant manager that if they make a mistake they need to fix it!!!!

After talking to the manager I have decided not to ever return here. I told the manager everything written below and focused on the most insignificant problems, rather than addressing EXPIRED OLD FOOD! I think if I told him my mother just died and I have a hangnail on top of everything. He would focus on the insignificant and say oh I'm so sorry for your hangnail. Original review: I was only gonna take away one star for the place smelling funky and and charging for sauces. But now they're giving out OLD FOOD so they lose another star. I just started going there because of the new chicken nuggets and the other KFC (used to be good) is horrible. I usually use the makeshift-drive-thru but today I walked in and it smelled so funky I wanted to puke. 🤮 In the past, when I walked into any KFC it would smell so good I'd wanna order everything! This place kinda smells like old KFC food that's been left in the corner, nauseating. 🤢 I ordered 12 nuggets and only got 2 sauces and had to pay for the rest. You get 2 sauces with 8 nuggets how come you don't even get 3 sauces for 12? It doesn't even make sense, but that's a KFC thing not this particular store. Although, that being said, some restaurants don't nickle and dime you to death for every sauce. Some restaurants are just courteous enough to give you a couple of extra sauces and would only charge you if you asked for an excessive amount. I should have asked for the sauces for free since he did not give me a receipt for them even though I paid for them after I ordered. He just put the money near the register. There is a huge sign that says if you do not receive a receipt you get your order for free. I should have said something, but I just didn't feel like it. I bought a chocolate cake that said to sell by Friday 4/21 (made 4/17). It's Monday 4/24! So that means they had a chance to throw it away on Saturday and they did not! Neither did they on Sunday! And of course neither did they on the THIRD DAY Monday. NO quality control! 🥺 I bought the cake at the very end and I didn't get a receipt for that either, although that time he did ring me up. It seems like all the KFC's just don't care about quality and service anymore. 😭

I walked in to order. Stood there for about 5 min. watching the workers talk to each other. When the girl came to me, I asked her if they have a deal that I saw on the app. She said "no" and walked away. I don't want to bother them talking, so I left.

I ordered a 7 piece box of chicken and asked for it to be mixed with the bbq chicken and they denied my request because apparently “you can only get it in two and three pieces meals.” I asked why and the lady who was talking to me initially put someone else on the line to repeat the same thing. What?! No problem! I’ll take my money around the corner to La Brasa or La Granga and they’ll happily give me whatever I want.

I placed an order for delivery from this KFC location last night from DoorDash. I ordered two big boxes with two extra crispy breasts and a wing in each box with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I received someone else’s order or they stole my food. All I got was three legs Which I didn’t want. I can’t eat dark meat chicken either they made a big mistake or there’s a Sabato at this location don’t eat here. Avoid dislocation at all cost

I arrived at this location at 12 AM. I ordered chicken tenders. It appears that this location closes at 1 AM a hour after I had arrived and the female cashier advised me that they were out of tenders. Her coworker advised her that an order had came in for tenders as well. She then decided to tell me OK if you want the tenders I can make it for you so it appears that you’re refusing service for food Because you don’t feel like making it but now that the demand is high, you will make it that is so disrespectful and most definitely unprofessional refusing to make food when you guys are operating with full service items is definitely. I’m sure I get to your policy.

Horrible. Spent almost 40 dollars for this and the food was HORRIBLE, it was already late and my kids were hungry. I ended up buying something eles because first of all the biscuits were not biscuits more like dough, raw dough! Then the mash and gravy had bits of macaroni and cheese in it. The chicken was very greasy the macaroni had chicken skin in it. Im so over this location I will never buy anything from here ever again. The workplace is unprofessional and really need to do better. Poor customer service is highly unacceptable, especially with the high cost of foods already nobody wants food that is poorly prepared.

When I went to visit Florida, the staff here at this KFC was just ridiculous! If I had 4 hands, I would give them 4 thumbs down. Why work in a fast-food restaurant, if you're lazy and don't want to do anything. Every time we went there, they never had any baked chicken. It was always the same thing "You'll have to wait 20 minutes". Who in their right mind is going to wait 20 minutes for some dang food at a fast-food place with, mind you, no one or 1 person ahead of you. Beggars can't be choosers but when you're spending your $, come on man, give me some options! They need to hire staff that actually want to work.

This location refuses to provide your choice of sauce to eat with your meal unless you order nuggets. I personally don't like to pay for a meal that I can't enjoy the way I want with flavor I desire. I purchased 3 meals and was denied flavors to accommodate them.

I came ordered a 2 piece all white with mash and a fruit punch no ice, famous bowl with extra chicken mountain dew no ice... Once I received my order I checked the famous bowl for the extra chicken, counted the piece and only had 6. I counted them again in front of the clerk. She proceeded to let me know that 5 piece comes original with it and another 5 piece for the extra. She then took said bowl to the manager. The manager counted them complain that there were ten in there. Loudly count out 6. She places to more pieces in the bowl comes to the counter and ask me " what are you talking about there are 10 chicken pieces in there" I will do everything I can to make sure that this manager loses he job. Her customer care was childish and she is unfit to be laced as a manager. She didn't apologize for her wrong doing nor did she accommodate my order to its full.
