Wow talk about attention to details. It was my first time here and the moment I walked in I knew the food was gonna be great. The level of detail and design of this place is just as outstanding and the food and employees. Loved the atmosphere, food and customer service at a very reasonable price. Then seeing employees walking around and organizing the chairs and tables as well as the manager asking how's everything, is a plus for any restaurant. You guys exceeded my expectations by far. I'll be coming back next week. By @traveling_crew

This was a great Tijuana Flats experience, whoever it was that was there I could tell that they were just starting and they were amazing with customer service understood they're still learning the system a little bit, but she was amazing with her customer service wow I was blown away. And the food here was great for a Tijuana Flats I thoroughly enjoyed all of it the taco was well stuffed and so was I afterwards. 10/10 will be coming back again.

Excellent portions, ordered online and was waiting for me upon arrival. Great presentation, fresh ingredients and tasty.

My favorite Mexican fast food restaurant. Way better than Taco Bell and Chipotle. Well seasoned food and the hot sauce bar is awesome!

Came in to grab a bite. I ordered the steak bowl and churros. They were good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Really cool restaurant. Just a small menu. But what they have is great. If your hot sauce fan you'll love this place.

Came for a quick lunch with my kids and Ed greeted us. The warmth of his character made this dining experience enjoyable. Will be back because of Ed.

I hate to give a bad review…. So I’ll start with the good: The flavor of the Steak Burrito was fantastic! It was very yummy! But: We waited 25 min for 3 regular Burritos. That’s a long time when you’re hungry. Also, I do expect my burrito to be filled like in the advertisement. I included a picture. There was a decent amount of steak in there, but almost no rice. The lady working there was very friendly.

The food was normal Tijuana flats. Don't know if this place is short-staffed or what but service was very slow and the dining room was a disaster.

Fast Mexican food. Their tacos are pretty good. I haven't tried other dishes yet. The tacos in their dos tacos special are soft shell with pieces of grilled beef in them. A bit chewy, but not bad. Really good value. $8. Each taco is wrapped in HD aluminum foil to keep take outs hot.

Usually pretty good service from Nick and the other young associates at the cash wrap, with no complaints on the food. But was a bit offended when the young man, who works in the back was handing out food and after handing food out to two other customers without question, asked if I had paid and even after stating of course I paid, he still stated I better check before I hand it off. I happen to notice the other customers of Caucasian descent and me being the only African-American Customer waiting was the only one asked in all my years coming to this establishment. I’ve never felt so disrespected. I know a lot of these young associates are very quick to do their job, but the training on how you approach that situation should be a lot better. Definitely might have to reconsider going back to this location, If that is the culture that you’re teaching employees. Not once have I ever been asked that in almost 20 years I’ve been going to that location. Tijuana flats training your associates who are going to engage with customers. I’ve worked in the food industry, and you should definitely check to make sure the order is paid before you approach the customer and this young man did not handle that situation correctly and I felt he double down. Tijuana Flats you need to do better and I will be posting this on Google review.

Places and online order, waited 30 minutes in store after pickup time to receive 2 meals. Chaotic service service. Was asked by 4 different people what my order name was, still took Minutes for 4 tiny tacos. Not worth the wait.

For whatever reason, the meat seemed real seasoned. The chips tasted old. The cheese was so thick it was unpleasant. I just ate most of it. The chips, I asked if there were more or fresher ones and I was told they would have to make a fresh batch. Maybe the oil they cook it in is old. I don't know. I just never smelled them like that before.

After ordering Chips and Queso to go- I noticed my chips were cold. And when I asked if there were any warm chips- the cashier handed me a to go container and stated these are the only warm chips we have. Which were just as cold as the initial chips. Point- the store was not crowded… There was no one else in line waiting… And it was no where near closing time. This was my go to spot- but not anymore!!!

Food is bad. They must have cooked the chicken next to shrimp because the chicken tasted like fish. 2 of the meals were missing sour cream. The churro fries were burnt and saturated in oil. The sauces are good. Staff friendly. For the price and quality of food we wont be back.

Ordered a chicken chimichanga this is what we got! Small bland barely any chicken. Chips are stale😑 also missing side queso order for stale chips. This is not the first time this has happened. We used to love ordering from here but the last time was bad as well they did nothing to fix it. We have not ordered in a while and decided to give them another chance. This order was worse than before.

I ordered a Black Bean Taco but look at this pathetic piece of contamination. How does a piece of meat get into a taco like that? This keeps happening over and over again. They just dont pay attention to your order.

Lately, the quality at this location has been going down. I've been working with them in case of minor issues. But this one is inexcusable. As seen in this pic, there's a big piece of plastic inside one of the Atom Bomb appetizer pieces. This was the limit. I have to take my business to their other locations now.

Went and got the barbacoa bowl in everything was completely dry and cold. I had to take it home and add water just to give it a little bit of umph. I'm so upset that I paid close to $14 ...what a waste of money. This is very disappointing... I never had a problem with their food before. Quality went downhill. I should of went to Chipotle. The staff was great, hopefully next time they'll improve on the food.

I arrived when my online order was supposed to be ready. I waited 25 minutes afterward to receive my order. With 4 different people getting their food that came after. One just walking up to order not even with an online order. I arrive home and they used the wrong queso on my food and gave me the wrong queso. I called to ask for refund and the manager stated that he filled the order himself and specifically remembers using queso blanco. I tell him he did not and that it’s not even white and clearly just queso. He then proceeds to ask if I tasted it to see. I literally just wanted my two items refunded. Terrible service all around.

I ordered the birria tacos and they had barely any meat on it. I would be embarrassed to plate this or think this was worth $13. Food was also cold.

Half cooked rice, $7 for extra steak with no extra steak and the salsa is abysmal I won’t ever buy from this place again

The tacos are the smallest I ever had. I waited about 10 min and everything they served was cold. Keep in mind I was the only customer there .

Pack this place up. The worst Mexican food I ever encountered. Even the bottled Coronas was garbage. Pack them up.

Well, not sure what this new owner is doing, but the portions have dropped dramatically and when I called the manager lied to me and stated, corporate reduced the portion size. I will never go back again. 0 Stars

I ordered steak quesadilla with sour cream. The cream looked curdled and the steak was dry and overdone (as pictured). The chips...STALE. Will not be back. This was unacceptable!

Just purchased dinner for me and my kid.. Nachos were suppose to be beef & beans.. their was about a tablespoon of beans and a tablespoon of ground meat. Didn’t know either are expensive, where you would put such a small amount, their was Tons of lettuce & tomatoes on top, so you don’t know theirs was almost nothing underneath. The kids meal was chicken & cheese quesadilla, must have been less than a half of a chicken breast & toasted to death. A child is suppose to be eating it this and it was hard. The only decent thing was the baha fish taco. Very disappointed, because this was suppose to be dinner. This is the 2nd time coming to this location. Wouldn’t recommend.

Kids size tacos, not very much steak, The steak was bland and the chips were stale and old definitely not fresh and no salsa for the chips. It was the only restaurant around with no one in it, and I should’ve been smarter. The friendly service can’t save this place from how terrible the smell and food is. The restaurant smells like old wet socks. The tacos came out cold, the meat was old and dry and they didn’t have the decency of warming it slightly toasting the tortillas. The queso dip also had this strange bitter taste to it that completely threw me off. I would highly suggest not coming here.
