Everything is already made as you grab and go. 10% discount for members. Chicken tenders were suprisingly super yummy. Kids Burger was dry and below average cafeteria burger.

As far as restaurants at zoos are concerned, this one is still pretty bad. Cold pre-made hamburgers with mislabeled wrappers so I ended up with a veggie burger instead. If only they had other food options at the zoo; just about anything would be better than this.

They literally gave us raw chicken nuggets. When asked they are like, "get a new one". Kids eat these, and they are not gonna check if it's cooked or not. When asked to announce to check if cooked, they are shrugging... This cafe needs to be shut down.

They are serving chicken medium rare 😄. I ordered 3 grilled chicken burgers. The burger has two buns and a piece of grilled "chicken". Nothing else. No seasoning, no sauce, lettuce, tomato, nothing. The chicken in 2 out of the 3 burgers was pink inside. The burger costs 10 dollars a piece. Salmonella comes free.99
