The pizza there is good I ordered one big pizza and bread stick it's hella good

Love it here. It appears to be family run. They are always nice. I always buy a slice of pizza here. It is $6.00. It is a thick and tasty slice and comes in a little box for take home. There is no inside seating. It is a take out place. I wish they would put the little table out from again so I can sit with my friend out front and eat there.

5-17-24: Today I ordered via DOOR DASH and ordered from this place 42 Times {$1,075.30} and ordered a Medeterranian Supreme Pizza {Small} and requested to ADD MUSHROOMS. Total $27.00 Later…. Received email stating charged an additional $3.28 for the mushroom {stating charged $34.12} that’s more than $3.28 Ridiculous I wasn’t charged previously on 41 orders for additional item and now you choose SO FOR $3.28 I will say GOOD BYE and take my business to another pizzeria who will appreciate the buisness

I've been ordering my pizza from here for about 2 years and let me tell you it never disappoints. Idk if they make there pizza from scratch but it has this unique delicious taste. Timing is always on point and pizza is always nice and hot every time. I definitely recommend this family owned pizzeria.😊

This place is awesome!!! Just what I wanted. Classic salty, sauce-y pepperoni pizza with ooey gooey cheese!! The disappointing thing about a lot of pizzas is some restaurants are not generous with the sauce. This one is perfect.

We get the thick crust and it’s basically like having a breadstick attached to your pizza- YUM! Sometimes the Delivery gets delayed and the pizza isn’t as hot, but that’s on DoorDash, not Checkers. This is going to be a controversial statement... but we think Checkers is just as good as Round Table. Give it a try! (And to those saying it’s too expensive: good pizza requires good ingredients. If you’re looking for a large pizza for 7.99, go to Little Caesars)

They replaced their normal cinna stix icing with something that looks and tastes like store bought cake icing. 3 stars for this, if I order the cinnastix again and its back to normal, ill update to 4 stars.

I hadn’t gone to checkers for awhile because I have been going to city pizza.. I eat a lot of pizza so I thought id try checkers out .. The all meat pizza tasted good and I liked it but was really short on meat the weight of the pizza seemed really light in comparison to the other place I go.. So a couple days later I ordered checkers again except this time I wrote a note in the comment section that I wanted requested extra sausage in the order and that the last pizza I had ordered was really lacking on all the meats.. I was hopeful this time the pizza would be overwhelming and not underwhelming.. well to my surprise the pizza was worse then the first time if that was even possible and pizza felt weightless it was like there was barely any meat on a all meat pizza.. needless to say I won’t be ordering from checkers anymore.. which is sad because I remember when they first opened they’ve been there a long time.. But now I remember why I stopped going there a long time ago…

As a San Jose native I always remembered going to checkers and always being underwhelmed by their pizzas. Coming back again over a decade and it still makes the worst crust you can imagine. Soggy and doughy. I really shouldn't have to cook your pizza again as soon as it gets delivered. For the price point of the pizza they really don't match with quality. I respect the experimental flavors you put on your menu but I truly wish it was made on an edible crust and not having all of it fall apart upon pick up. If you want to eat here, pick their sandwiches. Those are actually good.
