I fell in love with the service, the manager at the time I was there with my family was so 100% friendly! These are the reasons why I return to the restaurants, because of them. Our server was absolutely 100% friendly as well! Our time and experience here was over the top. Our food was delicious and I don't think we had to wait that long for it. I enjoyed my time that I did not pay attention to the prices, but I did see my bill and to be honest I thought it was okay for a family of 8. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. We did have to wait to be seated for about maybe 10 minutes or more but again we were 6 kids and 2 adults so I understand if we had to wait to be seated.

Great costumer service. They remember us, since we visit frequently! Fries are the best! Ryan is an amazing bartender! And Johnny is always on top of things. Regardless of how busy they are they make sure everyone is taken care of.

Service is fast. The new electronic order pad for employees has speeded up the service. More enjoyable place. 4/29/2022 very much improved. Fast service no waiting. 1/29 @ 6:30pm significantly improved. Waited at check-in for 10' but they walked us to table after they seated the other 3 customers ahead of us. Friday afternoon was a pleasant one. I actually went for a nice bite to eat and hey, Fridays are awesome! As for the lunch, it’s awesome. Normally, I would get one of my usuals and that would be the Royal Red Robin burger with a side of fries. I went for a pink a bit on the burger and tried sweet potato fries and it’s yummy and awesome! The service is nice and pleasant. It’s like a way to get out of sad times I have and going back to Red Robin takes me back to the happy times of middle school. Danielle who took care of me was so nice and the food is awesome. As well who delivered my food to the table is nice and checking with me. I got my water refilled by Danielle and long with the fries as bottomless. Sandra who got my fries delivered fresh out of the kitchen delivered nicely and with a smile. Awesome time at Red Robin and looking forward for a good time in the future visits

Really nice customer service here! Everyone is friendly & very informative. Signed up for rewards which includes free burger your birthday month! I've enjoyed every meal I've ever ordered here and the bar is my main reason for visiting. Very friendly atmosphere!

So first off, I have bias. I go here a lot. It’s never too long a wait. It’s very easy to get ready and and order in. Im always a fan of their shakes. Because nobody these days makes shakes that actually taste good. Their tenders are great, the endless fries and Yukon chips are wonderful. The pizza is mediocre but their fish sticks and mozzarella sticks are wonderful! I’ll always be a returning customer
