Had the power bowl, spicy teriyaki chicken over stir fry veggie. The chicken is undoubtedly bomb but the stir fry veggie (with garlic) is the surprise and would get you hooked!

Our go to place when we want a quick and delicious takeout meal. I order takeout on the app, pick up and get back home in 20 minutes. Our faves are the chicken breast teriyaki and the beef teriyaki. The person at the counter is warm and friendly. The atmosphere isn't favorable for eating there as it's a pretty small space.

food is great as well as their service. We were actually surprised by the amount of food they put for a medium plate. Must try! +theres a SB beside it. ✨

I stopped here for lunch and this place is amazingly good. Everything cooked tasted very fresh. I had the spicy teriyaki chicken bowl with veggies and added a teriyaki salmon. It's a little on the pricey side but it's well worth it. The gentleman who helped me was very respectful and kind. I would definitely go back here if in the area. I recommend stopping by and trying it if you haven't yet. Great music too, had some freestyle going when I went in.

Teriyaki Madness at the Westgate location in San Jose (right off Prospect Ave, super convenient for anyone near Saratoga) hits the mark for a satisfying quick teriyaki fix. The portions are impressively generous—you get a heaping bowl that actually fills you up without skimping on the good stuff. Service is lightning-fast, true to its fast-food roots, so you’re in and out (or have delivery at your door) in no time. And that teriyaki sauce? It’s very tasty—rich, glossy, and perfectly balanced between sweet and savory, making the whole dish addictive. The chicken comes out tender and well-coated every time, and customizing with extra veggies or noodles feels like a smart, value-packed move. It’s reliably crave-worthy for a no-drama meal when you’re in the area. That said, the spot leans heavily toward takeout, with a basic dining area that’s clean but not especially inviting if you plan to eat in. Still, for what it does well, it earns a solid 4 stars—great sauce and portions make it a go-to, with just a small nudge needed for a more welcoming vibe.

Food is delicious, however, there is one downside: the employees. At this location I encountered a cashier whose attitude can only be described as nasty. She seems perpetually annoyed and uninterested in providing any semblance of customer service. What’s particularly baffling is the dramatic change in her attitude when she interacts with her coworkers. She becomes cheerful, chatty, and visibly more pleasant, often laughing and joking around with the rest of the staff. This stark contrast makes it even more evident that her rude behavior is reserved specifically for customers, which is both puzzling and disappointing. Simple requests or questions are often met with eye rolls or curt responses, which detracts from the otherwise positive experience at the restaurant. Despite this, the quality of the food and the generous portions make it worth the visit. If management could address the issue with the cashier’s attitude, and employees loudly singing with customers in the restaurant this place would be nearly perfect. Focus on the food and your visit should be fine

From the last few order of spicy teriyaki chicken from Webox delivery services, I found the chicken they packed is always over cooked, hard and very dry. This normally happens when you recook or reheat the already cooked old chicken. In addition, the amount broccoli they put is in very small qty - I found only one medium size flowerets. Not happy overall with quality and qty of food. The restaurant has started cutting down on quality and quantity to get more profits.

After about 45 minutes, my delivery was canceled. I tried calling the store and nobody picks up. I tried to place another or for pickup but they removed my offer code, so I found something else to eat. Fast forward 2 days later and they still charged my credit card for the order even thought they canceled the order. Still can't get in touch with anybody from the restaurant or corporate, so I just filed a chargeback on my credit card. I've been here a few times just because it's convenient and overall the food is ok but, IMO, overpriced for what it is.
