Blossom and Bourbon is a fantastic new restaurant with a welcoming vibe and a beautifully designed interior. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, perfect for a special night out. Their lobster bisque is rich and creamy, with a deep, satisfying flavor. I also tried the lamb chops, which were tender and perfectly seasoned, with a delicious blend of herbs and spices that made each bite unforgettable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for an elegant dining spot with incredible food, Blossom and Bourbon is definitely worth a visit!

Food was pretty good. Interesting concepts. The rib eye was somehow over salted but still good. Lamb chops were great. The lobster rolls are definitely an interesting take on a traditional roll. It was busy so our food took a bit but our server was excellent and answered all our questions and kept the mood lively. Bonus for being dog friendly.

🌸 Blossom & Bourbon – San Jose 🌸 What a gem! Blossom & Bourbon has an old-school Hollywood vibe with gorgeous décor, beautiful trees inside, and a cozy outdoor area with fire pits. Everything feels fresh, elegant, and inviting. The food was outstanding — every dish was creative and full of flavor. We had the roasted beets, goat cheese fritters, and a wedge salad that completely redefined what a wedge salad can be. The fried cauliflower nuggets were amazing — even the guys who said they’d never eat cauliflower were surprised by how good they were! The ribeye steak was juicy, generous, and full of flavor, and since it was Sunday, we also tried the prime rib, which was absolutely delicious. Dessert was a white chocolate decadent with what tasted like freshly made whipped cream — we devoured it even though we were completely full! Service was on point — the team was attentive, friendly, and clearly cared about what they do. Management was hands-on and supportive, and everything was spotless. Can’t wait to go back with more family and friends. Book in advance — they fill up fast (for good reason)!

Great restaurants need to do many things very well, they need to have great food, have an inviting and warm atmosphere, exciting and delicious drinks, and above all, they need to have incredible crew members to make everything run smoothly -- and Blossom & Bourbon does all of these things exceptionally well. My wife and I came to eat here the other night and were so impressed with all of the flavors and the service was so so good. Ps they get busy so highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time!

As a vegetarian, I often feel hesitant to try restaurants with extensive meat options, but Blossom & Bourbon was a delightful exception. This place truly caters to all palates, and their vegetarian dishes are nothing short of Michelin star quality. During my visit, I tried the Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Burrata—both were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The truffle fries are also a standout, crisp and perfectly seasoned, making them a must-order for any visit. Their bar program is equally impressive, offering an incredible variety of creative cocktails and alcoholic drinks. Each drink felt carefully crafted, adding to the overall dining experience. Although the main course options for vegetarians are somewhat limited, the pasta dish I ordered exceeded expectations with its taste and freshness. We arrived without a reservation and were seated right away, with the option to choose whether we preferred indoors or outdoors. The service was outstanding — our glasses were always filled with water, the staff was friendly, the servers were patient and attentive, and they helped us with all of our dietary restrictions, always with a smile and great energy. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious, and the mocktail was super tasty and refreshing. We’ll definitely be coming back! It’s one of those restaurants you stumble upon by chance and end up returning to again and again

Very delicious tasting food with not too bad price point. The ambiance is worth the visit alone. We ate outside in rainy cold weather and where completely comfortable and dry. Servers are very kind and prompt. Enjoyed my birthday here.

5 stars all around for this place! We were greeted with a great smile soon as we walked in and taking to our table right away. Our waitress “Cat” comes over taking our drink orders within a minute or two. Our drinks were quickly bought to us along with the appetizers. Cat waited patiently to take our order. All the dishes were delicious and presented beautifully. We just wish we had bigger stomach to finish them all! Cat even bought us a birthday deserve because we are celebrating a birthday too. She is such wonderful person and doing great work! The Kitchen staff even inviting me closer to taking pictures of their wood burning stove and pizza oven. What a wonderful team they have. Just 5 stars all the way!

I went here for my birthday with my girlfriend. The food was delicious but not very memorable in my personal opinion (I have very high standards). Loved the lobster roll with bisque, but the bisque could have had more flavor. The milk and cookies were a unique twist. And I liked the sandwich but wanted something more out of it. I wish the server was more attentive, but overall, I had a good time and would highly recommend it.

This restaurant is a must in San Jose Area. The menu has enough quality choices to pick from and everything is made from scratch, which makes every plate delicious and fresh. The drinks are stunning in presentation and flavors. Every little detail is unique and thought to be related to the amazing concept. The place and environment is beautiful and cozy. The kitchen is open so you can see how your plate is being prepared. The staff is very courteous and respectful. It was an amazing dinning experience. I would like everyone to go there and try by themselves. There is no doubt that we will come back to this restaurant and will recommend to others.

The waitress was phenomenal and provided service I would have expected at a Michelin star restaurant. She was patient, informed, and very attentive. Came here on a busy Friday night. We got on the wait-list in advance since the wait at the time was 45-60 minutes. Easily done through google. Showed up when we were about 3 groups away and didn't wait too long after that. Ambiance and the vibe was busy and lively. We started off with a Oaxaca old fashioned and a Let Love Blossom drink. Both great. Then we had the Fried Cauliflower and the goat cheese fritters. Definitely don't skip the goat cheese fritters For the main course, we had the sea scallops and the French dip. Can't say enough good things about how tender and how good the French dip was. Probably the most tender French dip I've ever had. Dessert we had the bread pudding and I was able to ask for an Affogato even though it wasn't on the menu since I wasnt looking for anything heavy. Service was awesome and looking forward to coming back. Hopefully on a Sunday when they serve Prime Rib!

Great drinks. Great food. Great service. I had a OFTD and Coke wife had a Naked and Famous while we waited for our table. If you ask they will bring apps to you on the patio while you wait for a table. They have an array of great appetizers. Our favs are the Fried Cauliflower and the Steak Tacos. Entrees are good sized and we often have leftovers to take home. Grill items are served without sides so you can order some sides to share. We've had their steaks, chops, various fish, scallops, beef ribs, and everything has always been well prepared. We took some visiting family and our niece said her mac & cheese was the best thing she's ever eaten. The only "negative" is that they don't take reservations except for large parties so be prepared to wait. We went in Valentine Day last year and waited 2.5hrs for a table but we enjoyed our drinks and apps on the nice patio while we waited. Weekend evenings the wait for 2-4 ppl is usually 1-2hrs. Holidays 2+ hours. Mid week we have had wait times under 30 minutes but count on 30 min to an hour even on weekdays.

A friend of mine highly recommended a visit to this friendly and comfortable restaurant. We were both visiting from out of town. He raved about the food and service and he was absolutely correct. We both had trouble deciding what to eat after reviewing the menu and observing what others were eating. You can't eat every food offering in one visit, or so they say. The staff from the front door to the service was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was exquisitely prepared, bringing a sense of comfort with each bite. The prices were fair for the quality and portions. The atmosphere is cool casual. As evidenced by it's excellence, you'll be waiting a bit on weekend nights as locals love this place. Nice to have a great restaurant in South San Jose!!! Easy to park. The inside is very warm and inviting Finally a place to dine with nice lighting Perfect for dates and family events. The food is very well prepared. I’m a foodie that loves protein cooked over fire and here you have both options. Pizza oven and wood fired grill. WOW much success to you all in 2026 I think we have a winner here!

It’s basically our go-to spot when we bring the dogs. The heated patio makes it comfortable year round, and the Old Fashioned is consistently excellent. We usually start with the tacos, which are always a solid choice, and the rotisserie chicken is a standout—super juicy and a generous portion.

2/21 First time eating at Blossom & Bourbon. Arrived at 5:45pm thinking it would be early enough (they don't take reservations for less than 6) the restaurant was packed. We were told the wait would be 45 minutes. We stood in line to order drinks at the bar and then sat out in the waiting lounge area. We luckily were able to secure a couch for 3 of the 4 to sit. It's spaced out well but be prepared to stand during your wait if it's a popular time. The fires make it very comfortable and the glass walls keep the wind out. The bartenders are sharply dressed with nice hipster style leather and fabric tailored aprons. All three drinks we started with were well balanced and delicious. Potentially dangerous because they were easily downable! We were called after 40 minutes and sat at a lovely booth. The decor is very nice. Lots of wood in the decor but not old school heavy. It's mixed with delicate features like white blossom trees and light blue seating. It's very well done but not pretentious. Food: Goat Cheese Fritters - crisp & melty, 6 on the plate, nicely paired with honey. It was a hit for the table-enough that a second order was made. Lobster rolls! - 3 on the plate, delicious thick brioche bread with a decent amount of lobster, a lobster bisque to pour over really made them a hit! Yum! Wedge salad! - so crisp and fresh! Blue cheese dressing was light and delicious! We have never had it paired with balsamic as well and it was fabulous. The bacon was sweet and salty- nice thick cut caramelized to perfection. Brisket cheeseburger was the best burger possibly ever had! The meat was perfectly medium rare, the cheese and toppings were just enough and not a drippy mess. The bun was fresh and delicious. The fries are ridiculously generous, they are crispy shoestring that come with a really tasty chipotle sauce. Superstar of the table! BBQ Beef Ribs-truly fall off the bone! You do NOT pick these up with your hands they just come off the bone with the fork and knife. Again HUGE portions! Great sauce and depth of flavor! Seared scallops-they were 'ok'. The presentation was somewhat lackluster. The texture and flavor was good but not something to boast about. Might not be worth space on the menu. Diavolo Pasta-generous portion, nice heat factor but we had to send it back due to it being extremely salty. Adding a shrimp option or at minimum offering cheese on it might help. Not a lot of vegetarian options so it was disappointing it had to go back. Mac-n-cheese-appreciated the breadcrumb topping. The noodles were over cooked which is common for mac-n-cheese unfortunately. A better variety of cheese would've helped. It didn't have any standout flavor. The bechamel ensured it wasn't dry but it was a little empty. The bourbon flights were fantastic. The price points are great if you want to sample different labels and reasonably priced. You can't really go wrong with their cocktails. They were all fire! We will return for sure. The servers were great and very attentive. The restaurant is a scootch loud but we could still hear each other. Great job with a classy restaurant in a city with not many classy options. ❤️

My husband and I went here for a date night. We like the ambiance, the noice level is a bit on the louder side but we didn't mind. We went during the chillier season, so the waiting area had cozy fireplaces. The waiting area outside is very quaint. We were seated at a reasonably time, service was good, nothing stood out or was bad. We ordered chicken lollipop for an appetizerand it was too sweet for me. My husband enjoys sweet, but he also thought it was on the sweet side. Otherwise, the meat itself was juicy. I had the branzino, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The flavors are clean and light. The portion was huge, I was expecting half of the fish like other restaurants but it was a whole thing. I did not mind that at all. I like that they had a cover of the lemon to prevent seeds from falling in, genius. It came with greens, and the greens were giant full leaves, lol. Did not enjoy that. Husband had the skirt steak, medium rare, it was done well and he liked the flavors. The portion was good as well. We ordered the truffle fries for our side, I liked it a lot. Fries had good texture and crispiness.l, the crispness stayed even after we finished our meal. It tasted even better with the garlic aioli. Bottom line: Will be back!

I really really love the atmosphere. The decor is very appealing. It's the type of place where you feel comfortable if you're dressed casually, but somehow feel like you're in an elevated environment. The food is delicious!! Bravo to the Chef that put this menu together. Every meal is good and tastes fresh. The service is so- so. Sometimes it's excellent and other times I'm having to flag someone down. Still, they are ALWAYS very nice and cordial. It's a welcome addition to South San Jose.

Had no idea what to expect when visiting B&B. We went for a glass of wine and maybe a bite! Post arrival we were told that the wait for a bar seat was 1 hr 30 mins minimum. We decided being that Friday night just to wait it out! We had to wait in a line to buy a drink and were told to wait outside. One of us got two cozy chairs by the fire. All excited we concurred the world 😜 we started enjoying our yummy wine and carrying the conversation. A very young and when I say kindly” customer service unseasoned” girl ubraptly cut us off saying we are blocking the dining area and advised us to relocate to the area without tables and chairs. Determined not to get our night ruined we were met by Assistant manager Nathan and kindest Serena who were nothing but lovely and understanding and put a positive end to our experience. We learned lesson of making sure to have a reservation next time and to come with an apetite! We will definitely try the meat and fish dishes along with delicious wine we know B&B serves!

A resolution was offered, and I was led to believe the issue was being taken seriously. Instead, I’m left feeling misled and disregarded. If a manager's word doesn't mean anything because someone higher up can simply overturn it without notice or explanation, then what’s the point of trying to resolve anything with them? This experience has left a bad impression not just because of the original issue, but because of how poorly the follow-up was handled. It shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I would strongly caution others based on how my situation was treated. A business is only as good as its integrity — and this experience showed me there’s very little of that here. Tucked away in a mixed commercial and residential area, Blossom & Bourbon is modern, contemporary and classy, not stuffy our formal a fantastic find. For a business dinner with a party of three, we didn't need reservations, which was a bonus. The service was prompt, and our orders arrived quickly. We enjoyed the Margherita pizza appetizer and lollipop chicken, both of which were delicious. Although the pizza arrived rather quick, it was too cool and not blazing hot as if it was just taken out of the pizza oven. The real highlight was the impressive selection of spirits, including a bourbon flight option with 1/2 oz pours. This was a great way to sample different bourbons without breaking the bank. Our party member raved about the smooth and tasty bourbons. Our entrees were a hit! The veal parmesan was not only very good but also plentiful - easily enough for 2-3 people. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and was excellent. My scallops were seared perfectly, but the lemon orzo was a bit too lemony for my taste. Overall, Bourbon Blossom is a great spot for a business dinner or a night out with friends. We'd definitely recommend it for its food, drinks, and relaxed atmosphere.
