First time ordering from this location. Unfortunately it may be my last. I ordered the pasta and paid extra to have cheese bread sticks. $9.99 vs $7.49 for just pasta. And I was ripped off. I did not get the cheese bread sticks. So was not too happy with that. Pizza did not have much flavor. Been years since I had Pizza Hut. Apparently quality has gone down. At least I got my cinnamon rolls! The delivery driver was nice so I will give them that. And the Fees good Lord Service fee and delivery fee and then of course adding in a top. So pick up your order if you can. Save some money and get everything your ordered!

I recently ordered carryout from your location and arrived when the estimated time said it was ready. After paying in-store, I was told it would take a few more minutes. The cashier left and returned 8 minutes later, only to discover that my order had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. When I got home 5 minutes later, I was disappointed to find that the pizzas weren't packaged in the standard personal pan pizza boxes. Instead, they were stacked on top of each other in a foil container with a plastic lid, which had melted onto the pizzas. The resulting damage made the pizzas inedible, with hard and sharp plastic chunks embedded in the cheese and bits of foil between the slices. As a customer, it's understandable that you're busy with a promotion, but it's concerning that the packaging used wasn't suitable for the product, especially since families with kids often purchase these pizzas as a treat. I hope you'll consider using your standard packaging or something safer to prevent similar issues in the future.

If you order a pepperoni melt just be aware that the side of marinara it is served with is about 1/4 full so they charge you additional money to get another one to equal to one full 2 oz cup of marinara for $1.35. They basically rip you off because of their own incompetence.

The night time service is the worst. First of all when I called they answered in Spanish and was a little confused because I wasn't calling a Mexican restaurant why did they spoke in Spanish, so I asked if they can talk to me in English. I went in to order because I didn't understand the lady and she did not look like she wanted to be there. I just left and bought frozen pizza from the supermarket. This happend at June 18th at 9:30pm.

2 problems...I placed the order at 4pm for a 5pm scheduled pickup and they obviously cooked it too soon because the pizza was lukewarm and the crust was dry & over-crisp when I picked it up (5:05pm). And I ordered boneless wings with honey BBQ and they instead put buffalo on it -- and I even ordered a side of BBQ sauce as well, which I'd think would make it all the more obvious.

Pizza hut was very good pizza some time ago, now they try to save money by stealing from customers and that is a big mistake, food quality is a priority for every food business, because that way there are more customers but the owners lose that vision. I recommend round table pizza from Dana Point, all the vegetables are fresh and the pizzas are prepared with quality.

I am a older man, who has been a Pizza Hut customer for many years. on 2/6/2023 I went to the San Juan Capistrano store at 10:45 AM to order a large, hand tossed Pizza with only mushrooms' and onions. Tammy was the order taker. she charged me $23.95. When I protested about the price, she would not budge. 15 min. later, I was presented with a full Vegs pizza with only the lightest sprinkling of toppings including olives and green peppers. When I examined my bill, I was up charged $1.74 service charge ???. the Pizza, besides not being what I ordered, was dry and tasteless. The Pizza was twice the cost it should have been, it was NOT what I ordered...Pizza Hut has lost it's way and a life long customer, I will never return.

Every time I order pizza from this place through a secondary app like Uber eats they always mess up my order and never get it right and I’m always missing items. I recently ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and they messed up my order which is about the third time in this month and did a half pepperoni and a half of another topping. And every time I order online through their website or through the app it always takes about 20 minutes longer than it says it’ll be ready.

Pizza is very thin in middle where all toppings seem to be. None are up by the edges. Crust has a bad taste and does not taste like pizza dough. Prices have gone up and end up paying 20 dollars or more for delivery. Pasta is one layer thick in pan and is just a couple of bites not a serving for two. No cheese in stuffed crust but a few drops here and there. Spent 89 dollars for garbage.
