It's easy to get in and out of and I like their patio. Plus it's near a lot of stores I shop at.

Capistrano is beautiful as a city with nice cool weather. This Starbucks puts in a good mood every time I come back. Inside and outside seatings are never get bored 😴 arras. Thanks to Baya for a great service.

Pretty normal wait time for the morning, but pickup orders were made before in person orders were filled. Distracted staff, they were having a meeting; I understand, but don’t have it on a Tuesday morning at 7:30 am

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jay’De for making our visits to Starbucks truly exceptional. His upbeat, go-happy attitude and genuine conversations made us feel more like friends than customers. He clearly knows the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations that my wife and I really appreciated. His passion for what he does shows, and it’s the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. We actually came back two days in a row because of how great he was—and we’ll definitely keep coming back to this location because of him. Thank you, Jay’De, for making our Starbucks experience something to look forward to.

I don’t demand much, so within that boundary, this is a good coffee shop to me. The cups leak sometimes. It’s unexpectedly busy, but the toilet doesn’t have paper covers. After the renovation, the place looks great. The old crews were very friendly but are not around anymore.

I love this Starbucks location! Always friendly and great service, but I do wish that it was a little bigger inside for seating and capacity for dine-in options. And I don't know why they decided to take out all of the outlets for charging or using devices while staying here, they should put them back for use to the customers again soon!

Convenient location because its local to my house. Really don't like the remodel the chairs are uncomfortable in the seating is really not private. They made the seats very uncomfortable so they keep the turnover. I'm still love this location because everyone is very nice here. It's still ice cold though and that makes it hard to sit more than 20 minutes.

I had not been in this location for quite a while but I stopped there the other day and was pleasantly surprised. This area is probably I'm guessing 75% Hispanic. This fact was never well reflected in the employees or the clientele for that matter. Hispanic spanish speaking customers were being helped by spanish speaking baristas and cashiers as it should be. I'm ashamed to say that they also spoke better english than I do I was born here. Good for you Starbucks

At little harder to get to from Obispo. Between Pets Plus and the bank. A local would probably say, close to Molino de Oro, a great taqueria but I'm off track here. Chairs n umbrellas outside. Enter order counter straight ahead (inside pic posted). Smaller SB, with one unisex restroom down the far left edge past order counter. I've often found the restroom clean and stocked. Left wall in main area has nick knacks and there is a small bagged treats rack. Main area has two huge circular tables with about 5 chairs each, great for large groups. Three or so regular tables in opposite corners. Then my fav, a counter next to the front window with four stools great for singles or chummy couples. All those tables and yes, plugs too! As some SB have pulled a few out, I assume to kibosh lounge leeches. Service has been nice, grumpy grump every now and then, but hey were all human. Most of the time I've heard them be very helpful and suggest things for customers. Not a huge mobile order store at least for lunch or dinner when I've visited. Pretty quiet, many singles, couples and a random family. TIP *** The "later" closing SB @ 9pm average in SJC. The others close earlier.

I rarely go to a Starbucks because I brew my own at home. Met a friend there yesterday. The minimum wage for fast food workers went up to $20 an hour. The prices reflect that. Two drinks is $12? I just ordered a vente decaf latte and my friend ordered some pink fufu drink. The place was dirty (I picked up napkins off the floor that was already there) and the barista forgot to take down my name for the order. I had to remind her and the response was that she just got there...meaning what? If I go to this Starbucks it will only be one time annually. I can't see myself buying coffee at a mediocre coffee shop. I like my money too much.

Felt like more of a place to get a pour over and sit but the vibe felt hurried and chaotic. They must get huge rushes here. My big issue is they didn’t have 90% of the food. The pastry case was full, but it was all “display food.” It was an enticing disappoint. Mainly because I stopped in for some of their holiday snackies. Just seeing them but not being able to have them. It’s like standing at the gate to Disneyland and not having a ticket.

I really can’t comprehend why anyone would drink Starbucks coffee. It’s horrible. Bottom line STOP SUPPORTING CORPORATE GREED. SHOP LOCAL.
