UPDATE 2. The app finally works. The service seems to be better. Food still good though 😋 UPDATE. Food still good , service not so much. They keep telling you to order through the app and then you come to pick your food up and they don't even know that they have orders. Me encanta la comida de este lugar sobre todo los elotes, todo está muy bien preparado.

Everything is very good, very delicious, but the people who serve you don't have a friendly face. A long time ago I came and a customer asked them why they were taking so long and they began to comment that if I wanted a quick service I could go to McDonald's

I wish they had one person at the register. Most of them have to make the order and take it at the same time . This process can cause confusion on the orders which means more room for error . If they can just close that gap this place would probably be a lot more successful.

I won’t come here again, the lady at the register had an attitude and for the corn cup they didn’t even add a lot chile or cheese and for a small is overpriced. Won’t come again and if you order corn just be ready for it not to have the good spicy or cheese. As for the dirty ice cream they gave big Oreo cookies instead of crunching them to be eatable and it was over price.

Just be careful when you paid whit your card for extra"tip" amount even if you don't authorize at the moment of payment Be cause they just said "is nothing we can do" basically you tip them just for taking your order

My experience today was not great. There was unnecessary rudeness from staff, and an older woman with glasses rolled her eyes at me during our interaction. That behavior felt unprofessional and made the visit uncomfortable.

I placed an order, and Irma E. answered the phone. She was incredibly sarcastic and had a mocking laugh, as if the customer felt obligated to know the menu. The food was good, but Irma E. service was terrible.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now, however , recently they started to mess my orders up first they charge me incorrectly when I was trying to do two different types of payment. That one I understood because they were training but they made me go to my car to get the change in cash that I had to pay left. Then I come back a second time order a banana split when I get my order they had flipped it in the to-go container. When I opened it everything was upside down that was really disappointing. Finally I order a Biónico, with no banana and when I get home my order had banana on it. I’m really disappointed with how the service has been lately.

Mal servicio y muy mal precio burrito en el menu esta $4.99 y Ellos cargo de precio $5.99 mas $1.00. Por favor observer tu recibio. Nunca volvere ir. Bad service and wrong price burrito state $4.99 on there menu then they charge you $5.99 plus $1.00. When I ask they told me it was taxes. Will never go to place that want to steal your money i just ask if it was a mistake they kept telling me it taxes. It just the principle customers are always right they even try offer me a solution.
