I had never ordered online from LC but the app is very easy to navigate. The only bad thing is that when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready yet, but it was worth the waiting, the Supreme pizza was super hot and delicious! Better yet? They took it to my car! Great and courteous staff, very pleased, definitely I will keep ordering from this location!
Service can be really slow workers are always hustling ,busy area, however food and drinks have not disappointed.
Could not place orders online and tried placing a phone order, but nobody answered the phone. Tried calling several times. Finally went drive thru and waited half hour. Team members looked depressed or apathetic. There's clearly a management failure here. The pizza is fine, but service is atrocious. It needs a work culture change that only comes from good leadership. Voting with my dollars here. Not coming back.
Few min ago my husband went to order something and the lady there said ITS NO PIZZA AVAILABLE ONLY WINGS, but than I was parked front of the store and 4 people walked out with a pizza, they are to lazy to make the pizza and they getting paid to give customers an attitude, terrible service, if they dont like their job they can start looking for something else that fits their needs Janitor job doesnt required for customer service skills and them both look like janitors Terrible service.
Always out, service is terrible, and the food is bad consistently. Sucks that this is the closest to my house. They never have breadsticks either. Terrible location
Hire better employees, this one didnt wanna open and it was 10:40am and my order was ready at 10:20am. Manager didn't care after i made a complaint Never coming here!!!
Restaurant is good minus the manager present is Lucy she is always on her phone she also got upset with an employee in front of customers. No customer service
I recently decided to give Little Siccors a shot, thinking, “How bad could it be?” Well, let me tell you, I now know the answer: very soggy! It was like they took the dough, gave it a dip in a kiddie pool, and then tossed it in the oven. Seriously, I could’ve used the pizza as a flotation device!The only folks making pizza in the back were kids who looked like they just got out of a finger-painting class. Maybe a little adult supervision would help? I half-expected to see a “Pizza Under Construction” sign out front.And let’s not forget, they’re the only drive-thru in the 956! I guess that’s because you need to make a quick getaway after tasting this soggy disaster. If you’re looking for a pizza that’s a little less ‘waterlogged’ and a bit more ‘delicious,’ I’d suggest driving right past this one. In conclusion, if you want a pizza that’s more like a soup with toppings, Little Siccors is your place! 🍕💦
Half an hour for 2 pizzas. Workers walking around talking to people in no rush at all. Terrible.
The online order wasn't delivered on time; it took too long. The app said it was ready. The order was incorrect. I ordered a pizza with pineapple, onion, and smoked ham. The onion was rotten, and they didn't add any smoked ham.
Took an hour to get my pizza. Kids were messing around. I waited the 20mins they told me to kept watching them laugh and play around I got off to ask if it was ready not even a “my bad” or even a it wasn’t ready just walks off the register to say “ hey dude you never made the pizza hurry up and do it “ had to wait even longer horrible service all the time they don’t take the job seriously.
Deplorable store/location. Place was empty no line, took 10 min to acknowledge customer. Manager lady was right up front on her cell. Ordered two pepperoni most, they were pitiful! When I explain this isn’t what I ordered, they simply looked around not knowing what to do. Staff asked me what I wanted to do? No resolution, no apologies, management was still on cell TikTok. There has to be accountability at this location, new management and employees eager to work, there’s people whom enjoy working.
Yesterday night had my worst services, ever they have kids of 15 /16 years old running a store. Where's the manager at? What has this come too it's like they almost through the pizza in my face with the worst attitude and they should have corporate or supervisor involved. I'm taking this to workforce. I always come here. Cause i live close by. And now it turns out that kids running stores at night.
Worse experience ever today. Placed my order over the app and once it said it was ready I got to drive thru and that took awhile because of cars ahead of me, so it gave them more time. Once it was my turn they told me another “10min” for part of my order to be ready. To wait at the front. I waited about 30mins before I got the rest of my order. I asked for a simple ranch that cost maybe $1 for my inconvenience. Manager or lady who was in charged refused. When I asked to speak to her to refused. Please don’t go to this location. If I could give negative review I would.
Absolutely the worst one I’ve been to. I waited 1.5 hrs to get my online order. When I tried asking about it they’d ignore me, as if I was a ghost. Every time I go there’s somehow no crazy bread, I went at noon, then 4, then 8. Never any bread or sauce. Pizza is mostly crust. Horrible food, horrible service, horrible environment.
First time at this location and my last. I ordered online for pick up. Of course it was not ready. That would be okay, but this place has absolutely no meaning of the word customer service. It’s not just about making the pizza, come out from the back acknowledge and greet your guests. There was no sense of urgency.
First time I used the little caesars pizza app. I was supposed to be able to pickup my pizza at between 6:55 pm and 7 pm through the window. I waited in a long line that moved so slowly in frustration I got down to pickup inside. 5 customers were inside waiting to pickup their orders or to place. One lady said to the employee her order was 1\2 an hour late. Another lady left after being told her order was going to take 25 minutes to get. I picked mine up 32 minutes after it was supposed to be complete. I think next time I will go to a competitor. When I use their apps I sometimes wait 5 minute later to get my pizza.
