This place is amazing! I went for the first time and was greeted with a smile. The place is cozy and they play rock music. I got a cappuccino and a breakfast sandwich. We played some games and the seating is very comfortable 💖 I’ll be making this my go to coffee spot

New favorite coffee shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the environment is next level cozy/chill. I had set up as a vendor and the ambiance was perfect. There is also a big area for live music which is always a plus in my book. Go out and support local and order The blue hope, it’s coconuts good ✨💕

I don't agree with a previous review left for the girl with the bangs because every time I've gone her customer service is spectacular. Her demeanor is always friendly/helpful. I've gone to the coffeeshop during rush hour and she manages to get orders out efficiently. I don't have to wait for my coffee too long.

Awesome coffee shop! Very comfortable interior and relaxing energy. Staff is very friendly. Their blended matcha is unmatched and have a great selection of teas and other coffee-type drinks. Another plus is that they are open basically always. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area!

I went on Saturday during the live show, I had never been to 707 before but it exceed my expectations. The cafes atmosphere is so chill and the art is super neat! The drinks are super good and I love the fact the pastries are served hot too. I’ll definitely be telling my friends about it.

Came to 707 Coffee House to study and get a literature review done and gosh, the atmosphere here is amazing for college students to get their homework done. I did not know what to get but an employee here, Serenity, suggested the tea rosella. It was amazing. The sweets such as banana nut bread was so good too. The music is the perfect volume. There is also pretty photo spots. It's so calming, and nice here. I definitely will be coming back with my study group. Also, shout out to Serenity for bringing me my orders and going out of her way to take my photos. I greatly appreciated her time and everything she did to help me out!

Beautiful coffee house!! Very nice staff with quick service. A lot of seating areas, decorated and furnished very nicely. I love that I was able to bring my furry friend (dog) inside to sit with us while we just hung out. Great job 👏

Awesome and spacious new coffee shop. Indoors, there are many tables to sit, plug in lap tops and just read and do work. There are also bar seats and couches and a pair of big clean rest rooms. Outdoors there is a patio with picnic tables, out door benches, lawn chairs with umbrellas, and even a large gazebo to relax under. I had a chai coffee that was as good anywhere else, but I also ordered a detox cucumber tea that was highly refreshing. The drinks were good so far. The menu is fairly diverse with teas, cold and hot coffees, pastries, and a few other snacks. Maybe other coffee shops could be better but prices here were decent and they include military discounts which is an honorable mention for good business ethics. It is the atmosphere that is like no other coffee shop in the entire RGV. This place has awesome space and it's put to good use. I strongly recommend just for the privacy you can have with a small group or individually. If you're not local, it is probably worth the drive if you just wanna disappear and relax with good drinks.

It’s an amazing place to drink coffee and relax. Great service. Great coffee. I go there often to write and just have a nice quiet place to relax. 10/10 recommend. I read the reviews and they don’t get the credit enough for there hard work. Great people.

Great stop to chill, refresh, unwind and get side tracked....on TV, classic video games, work- good wifi available or do nothing. Good coffee and variations to your liking. I think the breakfast sandwich is actually good for a microwaved snack. It is tasty. Bring your own condiments, they don't offer any....at all. I recommend and will return.

Pricing , if it’s not basic coffee like an americano, expect to spend about $6+ on lattes/tea drinks, fraps are $7… (I get it’s a small business but other shops price ranges are more accessible for a frequent customer, add-iba also rack up pretty quickly, ex. dairy free milk in a latte + a flavor= 99¢+89¢… so plus $3.50 of base drink and taxes just for drink it’s already about $6+. only reason it’s a 4 star is cause you can take fur babies just not sure if they are allowed inside. (They serve puppuccinos). Also their Wifi is decent, haven’t had issues. I believe you’re not obliged to buy to sit in. Cute/creative artwork around. Saw some flyers for events at location. Card/Apple Pay/Samsung/Google Pay accepted. Cash is preferred exact count. Restrooms are clean and well kept. Extractor/Ventilation might be needed in RR. Not sure if you can take in outside food/drinks. They have an Instagram, wish it was updated and drinks were advertised more on their stories. Place has a really nice atmosphere. Used to go there to study, chat, and do homework. The people are really nice. However, never had a paid 18 almost 19 bucks for two 16 oz drinks...I think that is incredibly overpriced.

I've been coming to this location for about a year now and have noticed a STARK difference in the upkeep of this place. The location is near to a school so be aware of students coming in and out at 4PM- I can imagine that it's hard to clean up after them every day. The bathrooms and outdoor area are in dire need of some TLC, including a couch that looks like someone chewed on it for several hours. The coffee is a hit or miss depending on which barista makes it. I will admit that I love that this coffee house is so supportive of local artists and offers a cozy ambiance, great for a laid back hangout with friends. Also note that the music played inside is sometimes VERY loud; wouldn't recommend studying here. TLDR: not one of the worst, overall a mediocre experience.

Yesterday was my second time going to 707 coffee house. I decided to order a caramel macchiato and a banana nut muffin. The coffee was great, the banana nut muffin was just ok considering it was nearly $4. It could use more banana. Today, I made a trip to sam’s. And to my utter shock, I see the muffins I had eaten the day before, in the bakery section at sam’s. At sam’s, the muffins were sold in variety packs, each muffin averaging $0.83. I am deeply saddened a small business would resell items at such an outrageous upsell. Other than this, my experience was good.

I don't know why two cups of coffee came out to 16 and some change. Starbucks isn't that expensive. and when i tried to ask for a receipt, they couldn't give me the amounts i paid and for what. Asides that, i like that its spacious and very cool vibe.

Love the place but the hours are terrible. Closes at 10 pm on Google, 8 pm on the door, and wasn't open at 5:15 when I went on Aug 13th 2025. Could do with updates posted to Facebook. The events are fun too.

I wasn't going to write a review, but I really can't stand the changes they made to this place. This was my favorite coffee place in the valley, and they ruined the entire vibe of this place. Gone is the coziness this place had and instead replaced with bright lights and white walls, a bunch of bright red accents and hard wood benches. Like dude why would you get rid of the cozy book nook, the fireplace, and the little arcade area. Everything that gave this place charm. Most of points are honestly purely from a aesthetic point of view, but honestly that was the best part of this place. The drinks were always just average and the prices weren't crazy or anything. The servers were nice But yea, sorry I won't be coming back I'm not trying to get flashbanged with an aesthetic of white walls.

They're never open in the morning anymore, what's the point of a coffee shop if you can't get it in the morning when most people drink it

First and last time visiting. Visited Saturday 9/21/24 just after 11am. The atmosphere was great but the coffee was terrible. Definitely not worth the money for the quality of coffee. Ordered a 20oz blended mocha with 2 shots of espresso and coconut flavor. No coconut flavor and it tasted very bitter and grainy. Apple pastry was ok.

I like to visit and support local coffee shops in the valley, therefore, I've been to 707 Coffee several times since it's in a convenient location for me. The place is spacious and the staff is always friendly. However, when it comes to their coffee or other drinks, they're usually watered down or overly sweet. There is also a interesting after taste with their espresso. It's nice if you need a place to relax, but don't expect for your taste buds to be blown away by their coffee.

Went here yesterday at 2pm and it was closed. Google said it was open as well and the sign on the door said they were open but no one was there. Drove 20 min to try a local business and was disappointed. Please update your hours of operation so this doesn’t continue.
