This is also the breakfast buffet for the hotel, so really it's two reviews. The five stars is mostly for the breakfast and dinner service. The breakfast is an OK selection. Pretty typical for a hotel. Was a little disappointed at the lack of local flair, but the staples were there and well presented and executed. Coffee was really good and strong. Meant to ask what they used but forgot 🫤 Ordered dinner for the room one night, but did to-go from the bar so as to have a drink while waiting. Night staff was also very friendly. Food was packed well to take away. It was pretty good. Side note: If you are used to "spicy food" Purto Rican food is not spicy, even when the dish is listed as "spicy"

Located at the second floor of the Sheraton hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Don’t need to be staying in the hotel to eat here. Breakfast buffet is great! $25 plus tax and tip for one person! ❤️ I’m definitely returning!

Palio is a great restaurant. They have amazing food, drinks, and staff. I don't know our bartender's name, but I'm pretty sure he's the head bartender and the guy is pure awesomeness. Super professional and nice. I hope he's still there when I go back next year.

A great place to grab breakfast. The buffet can be great and most times it is. Grab a table by the window or sit on the patio. Great view.

Nice and tasty breakfast, both buffet and a la carte. We had Genesis as our waitress most of the time in the mornings and she went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time there. One of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. Unfortunately one of the days we had a different person, a male and the difference in the quality of service was big. Also the waitresses during the night was exceptional and was very helpful with her recommendations, I didn’t get her name but she had braids.she recommended the calamari and the ocean mambo beer and they were both delicious, also the mamposteado croquettes. Keep up the great work and thank you for all the help.

Food is ok but not worth the price with so many options near by. We stayed for several nights at the Sheraton and our lodging included "free breakfast" at Palio. (more on that later ...) The Good - Palio is located inside the Sheraton so it is convenient. Food was typical breakfast buffet and included bacon, links, scrambled eggs, home fries. The Bad - The oatmeal was a sugary/syrupy concoction which I did not care for. Good luck if you eat oatmeal to stay healthy. The preserves in the pastries tasted artificial and not the real thing. The Ugly - #1) By "free breakfast" they mean only one. Everyone else in your room gets a 20% discount. #2) On top of that, neither the host or the server disclosed that there were a la carte options besides the $20 buffet. #3) Did I mention the automatic 15% tip add to the bill?

Nope. Don’t waste your money.

If I was just rating the food, I would give it a 4.5 star. The food was delicious and the drinks were great for a good price. As for the staff, I would rate it a 1 star or even a 0. I waited and waited to be seated and no one ever came so we sat ourselves. There was only 2 other couples there, so the staff was not busy. 10 minutes later someone came and gave us a menu. After another 10 minutes they came and took our order. After they dropped off our food, I never saw an employee again. I never received even a water until I asked another waiter twice. Good luck getting a refill. When we finished, after 20 minutes of waiting, we literally had to search the restaurant looking for someone to pay. I even said to the waiter “I should not have to hunt you down to pay you”. And he just laughed. I’ll never go back, and would not recommend it.

I don’t know if the other food is good, but i got the sliders and a chicken cesar salad and all of the meat was dry and bland. People who ordered there food after me were served first. I was very disappointed.

UN RESTAURANTE TAN BONITO Y TAN ABANDONADO( EN SERVICIO A EL CLIENTE) Entiendo que ayer era SV y estaba lleno, pero el mesero de las mesas de adentro que quedaban para la terraza. Estaba totalmente desorganizado(También esta brutal porque estaba prácticamente solo para 12 mesas) Pero su interés era nulo en atender. Estuve 40 minutos esperando porque a penas me cogieran la orden de bebidas. Llegaron 2 mesas después de nosotros , comieron primero aperitivo y bebidas. Luego a la hora del plato principal, le sirvieron a otra mesa más q llego después de nosotros. So 3 mesas comieron primero que nosotros. Llegamos allí a las 7:50 y nos fuimos a las 10pm. Sin postre, porque madrugaba a el otro día. Decidí irme porque cndo se pedía algo tardaba de 20- 30 minutos en traerlo así fuera una simple bebida. Por mi no regreso, una pena porque la comida estaba deliciosa (friaaaa) pero deliciosa.

El mesero ( Hector) no es ameno, tampoco atento, no se esmera por brindar un servicio de excelencia y de calidad , no está pendiente de las comidas que uno ordena, la comida llega primera que el aperitivo , por el no estar pendiente a que llegue a tiempo lo que uno ordena, hasta para pedir la cuenta se tardo un montón , el arrebato la cuenta de la manos a mi esposa ; en fin el peor servicio que hasta ahora menos recibido y lo irónico es que el lugar no estaba lleno y la comida es de buen sabor
