We have passed this place for years and finally tried it and we now have a new favorite Mexican restaurant. For our first takeout meal we ordered Fish Tacos, Carnitas Plate, and Nachos (w/ Beans and Cheese) and Cheese Quesadillas. My wife loved the Fish Tacos and the kids loved Nachos and Quesadillas. The Carnitas were really good and I was surprised at how big the portion was. It all was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. On our next order I got the Chicken Enchilada with the red sauce and that was great also. They have a very extensive menu so I am looking forward to trying some of their other dishes. The staff there is really friendly. Their tortilla chips are great and they have an awesome variety of salsas. Overall the service and food have been great and I highly recommend them.
best 11/10 🔥authentic taco resturant, the staff is really kind and they got the best affordable tacos ever, always come out with a happy stomach, and the best tacos ive ever had. 🌮 (does take up to half an hour for food to come tho) They Give out free chips!!!
The food is plentiful and the service is prompt and it tastes amazing! The price is well worth it and reasonable! It is our new favorite mexican place to go. You won't leave hungry and the chips have the perfect crunch and taste.
Alex was a doll! Super friendly and accommodating when we first entered. Suggested his favorite dishes. Great customer service personality. Naturally friendly and genuine. I loved the mixed fajita entre on the sizzling skillet. The salsa was seasoned well, not too spicy. The red enchilada sauce was thick and dark like a mole and was delicious! Will definitely visit again to try something different. And yes, they have public restrooms and fountain drinks with free refills available during our visit 7/30/21.
My favorite Mexican place in South San Jose. Been going here for years. The grilled fish plate is healthy and delicious. Love their salsa!
Senor Taco hasn't failed me with my taco fix. Food is delicious and the service is great. I usually go there during lunch and surprisingly it's not busy. It's a delicious hidden gem
I ordered veggie burrito with fajitas veggies, it was really delicious, I also like the fact that they give you a free chip with your order. The lady who helped me was super nice .

We've gone to Senor Taco for many years now. It's a family business, not some chain fast food. The food is always great, portions are generous, and fresh. Our favs include Super Taco salads and super burritos. Check them out!

A well-balanced burrito, good amount of food, and the perfect food coma - enough to know your full and need to chill and watch a training video while digesting but not hard enough where your head is dropping and putting you in the layoff list..
Don't let the haters fool you. This place has consistently served up traditional Mexican food with authentic flavors that taste like they are straight from your abuela for easily the past decade. There is a reason the day workers eat here and not Tacos El Compa - which is great but definitely more Cali/Mex or Baja.
I ordered the family meal. It was $35 now it's $55 but is still well worth it! The refried beans are awesome and I really like the carnitas. Make sure you grab the various salsas as they are tasty. I have been going since the pandemic started and every time the food has been great.

The tacos come with grilled veggies and onions and a roasted jalapeños on the side. Casual atmosphere and a must try. To quote my husband from our lunch today “gawd, that was so good and righteous!”

Pros: Friendly and nice staff, good portion size, the owner generously offered us to try traditional drinks first and then decide what to order. Different types of sauce available to use and to go Cons: drinks in coca cola paper cups!! Tacos didn’t have any sauce.

Authentic Mexican Food. Small establishment. Quick food. Great for families. Don't forget to get your sauce to the left on the counter. They didn't offer it, didn't get it. Mexican food without sauce is no Mexican food. But did ask for a tip on a pick up order.
Service was fine, but the food was just okay. Meats were totally missing that caramelized flavor and tasted pretty bland.
I had Fajita mix (chicken and beef). To my surprise, food was bland, I mean it didn't have flavor even though it was served with sides. Clean store!
