The Sweet Spot

Just tried the Sweet Spot for the first time and we loved our goodies! I ordered the deep fried tres leches. I would like to assure anyone that thinks that sounds good, it is indeed on the top 3 tres leches I’ve ever had . You get the crunchy outsides and then the soft goodness on the inside. My fiancé got the churros and he said they are delicious! I wish I would have taken better pictures to capture what to expect :) that just means you should come try for yourself!

This place is absolutely ADORABLE. And even better AFFORDABLE (compared to most coffee shops) I’m used to paying 15 dollars for an avocado toast. It’s 6 here with an egg! Also outlets at every seat :)

This was my first cake decorating class and loved it. Had a great time with my co-workers. Staff was incredible. Highly recommending this place.

With this TX heat--what a welcome place to come by! It was a hard decision between Banana Pudding Ice Cream and Blue Panda ice cream--but the Panda won! Great Staff, cute shop, merch & gifts, etc. Will visit again!

The staff is as sweet as their goodies! Super cute spot that's brought fun new energy to N LBJ! While my body is a little too sensitive for their goodies, it's been awesome watching them grow, add products, and bring new life to the space. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth or wanting a fun atmosphere to hang out in/study.

It's a cute place with great coffee. We loved the churro bites, but the fried tres' leches were a little too dry. The afogatto, hazelnut latte, and caramel latte were good. It's still a cute place to come and hang out.

We got the piggy pancakes and barbacoa croissant, both served at breakfast time. Each of these dishes were PERFECTLY balanced with sweetness & savoriness. My friend & I split them, & we left feeling very satisfied. We will definitely be coming here again!

Very clean , the two girls that were working tn definitely were so nice and smiled the whole time even though we walked in 30 min to close . Very helpful. The place and restroom itself smelled clean. The whole environment was nice . I don't have anything bad to say about it at all. Highly recommend coming here the prices were very reasonable nothing crazy and the snacks were great !!! 10/10

Went for the 1st time, and the place was great!! The food is amazing and came out in a reasonable time. I got the pulled pork sandwich, which also comes with a fried egg, cheese, and avocado. It was very good, and the Hawaiin bread was super soft and delicious. My partner got the concha french toast, and it was a hit as well! The fruity Pebble milkshake was fantastic, pretty sweet, but as to be expected. The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations. 10/10 is a cute place for a quick bite or a little date.

Omg this place is so cute!!!! There’s even little shopping spot with cool items from local business , I had Avacado toast the “og” and a cloud 9 sugar free iced latte! And bought some cute items from the shop! Will be back again!

I really wanted to love this place! I discovered it on TikTok and, as a local, I was excited to give it a try. When I walked in, the strong smell of cleaner hit me right away. While I appreciate a clean environment, I was hoping to be greeted by the inviting aroma of coffee since this is a coffee shop. I spent $20 on four different coffees, but unfortunately, none of them hit the mark for me. I ended up trying a Red Bull drink called the Jolly Rancher, and surprisingly, it was pretty good something I might order again. Still, I was really let down by the coffee; it wasn’t sweet at all, which was disappointing. We also sampled a cookie, but it didn’t impress either. Overall, I was hoping for a better experience. The customer service was friendly, but I wish they would have considered offering a small refund since I barely touched the coffees I ordered. I really wanted this to be a great visit.

Will never return. Drink was horrible. Asked for replacement and they said they had to charge me. Customer always leaves happy or they don’t come back. I’ll go on down the road. Nasty drinks. Don’t go here!

Sweet Spot? More Like Sour Experience. We were really looking forward to visiting The Sweet Spot — the place is cute and has a fun vibe, but unfortunately, the staff ruined the entire experience. Katerina, who we were told is a manager, had an awful attitude from the start. My son ordered cotton candy ice cream, and after a few bites, he realized it just wasn’t for him. He politely asked if he could switch it out, and instead of showing even a hint of understanding, Katerina snapped back with a forceful, “Yes, but you’ll have to pay full price.” We didn’t mind paying again — it was never about the money — it was about her completely rude, merciless attitude. No kindness. No grace. Just pure attitude, like we were a problem. Sorry, but if your business is centered around experience, this is not it. To top it off, the trainer from New Braunfels added to the mess with a lack of professionalism and zero warmth. It’s a real shame — what should have been a fun, sweet family memory turned into a sour, disappointing moment.
