Tacos La Esperanza

I don't normally order seafood at taco trucks. The man and woman running the place had everything super clean. Two different people said La Esperanza was exceptionally good, and the reviews seem to agree, so I ordered fish tacos. I am glad I did! I can't remember the last time I tasted such good fish tacos. They had grilled seasoned fish pieces, a small amount of shredded cabbage, Pico de Gallo, and a touch of sauce. The Pico had the slightest bite of jalapeño spice, and they put a whole jalapeño on the plate. Perfect. I can't wait to try their other food when I come back.

Waiting to pick up a table and my sister notices this truck. Says it's the best taco truck and she's never found anything better. I ask her how much different can a quesadilla be from anywhere else. Idk what it is, but hands down the best quesadilla I've ever had. Definitely coming back

These are so good I’m literally dying right now. The order was really fast and I got my food pretty fast it taste so good. I have to get this every Friday now.

Francisco and the La Esperanza taco truck are AMAZING!!! Their service and food is fresh, quality, fast, and TASTY!!! Their shrimp tacos are to die for, and I can literally drink their salsa verde! I am not kidding!!! I bring my out of town friends and family here because nobody makes Mexican food this good anywhere else, and I try Mexican food everywhere I go!!! AND…they CATER!!! They catered my wedding and it was so fantastic!!!! My guests loved it! They can do fancy or casual events and they do it with love! Having Francisco cater my wedding relieved so much stress and helped make my day a total success!!! Whether you like seafood or the down home traditional Mexican comfort foods, this truck makes it all the way it should be done; well seasoned, perfectly cooked, made with quality ingredients, and crafted with love! This isn’t just a food truck, it’s like family!!!

Great value… awesome attitude from staff.. burrito was tasty and after wrapping it they placed it back on the grill for a perfect lunch for $10…

Biggest complaint is when I've asked for something spicy, it's extremely mild. I'm not a big spicy person, but occasionally I crave the heat and have been disappointed. Not sure if their "spicy" is actually pretty tame or if it's repeated mistakes. Oh well. Ain't going to be a karen about it. Still great in all other ways.

Come with $5 and leave with a great meal. I am always worried about fish tacos at any place to eat, but these are one of the best I've ever had. The owners are great people too. Large selection. Tell them I said hi.

Best Mexican food within 50 miles of any other taco truck and restaurant. I usually eat here 1-3 times a week depending on my schedule and appetite. I've been to pretty well all Mexican food places nearby to compare and they are what I would recommend each time.

All in all great food and service, atmosphere is that of a taco truck,but this one is very clean and presentable. Fish tacos are the best I've ever had,and the pastor was amazing.

Flavors are very well-balanced, portions are just right. They do a great job of customizing requests. I ask for 3 tacos' worth of fixings in a big bowl without the tortillas. Best low carb meal ever! Always ask for lime wedges and crema!

Good, large portions of food. Very good quality meats and ingredients. On a few visits, orders were inconsistent with that of which we asked for, but otherwise very good. Would recommend this truck to others.
