I think this is the first McDonald's I've ever ran into with no drive thru service. It was fine and I got my food, but be prepared to use a kiosk and if you know Spanish, it would probably be helpful. They speak English too, but it looks like their regulars are all Spanish speaking. Mind you, I only visited in the morning, so that's when these people get up to WORK. Maybe later in the afternoon when the more privileged wake up, there is more English.

A pretty average McDonald's. It's like the others I have reviewed so far. Somewhat modern interior, low quality food, fast but lackluster service. This location is convenient for drivers since it's on El Camino Real, but a little inconvenient for those using transit since the bus stops are a little further away and walking is not the safest around there. At this particular McDonald's, the restaurant misplacing or forgetting about our online pickup order was one problem that occurred. I'm not sure what happened, but we probably sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes before one of us had to go inside and double check with the staff. It was not even that busy. It was a pretty minor mistake but it still left us a bit disappointed. That's the care you should expect from a fast food restaurant, though. Overall, 3/5.

My big complaint was the sign that says no free soda refills. It's bad enough mcdonalds got rid of the drink bars in many locations and now you now longer will offer a refill that costs about 5 cents! I will visit other locations instead. Really, if they did 50 free refills and day, what does it cost them? $2.50. Not good business sense as they would make that back by saving one customer in profit in one day.

If you're in a pinch it's a great place to go to the bathroom real quick but I would not eat the food here very unhealthy protect your family you're better off making food at home

They ruined the restaurant when they remodeled it. There used to be a long counter with multiple cash registers where humans took your order and there was an open view into the kitchen so you could see the food prep. Now there's a wall closing off the kitchen and only a small counter where they drop off your order. The vibe is very cold and impersonal now and despite the cutbacks in cashiers because people order via a touchscreen the prices are still higher than ever.

Ask for extra meat, got no meat. Not the first time I’ve had problems at this location. Before the renovation I never had an issue. They rectified the issue the next day. This restaurant continues to not impress. Almost every time we go. There’s some sort of a mistake. They missed something or make something incorrectly or forget an item. Not to mention it’s always a 15 to 20 minute. Wait if you’re ordering online. I can’t even count on two hands how many times I’ve had to go back in the restaurant to correct an order. If it wasn’t for happy meals, we’d never come to the place. And you can’t go to any other McDonald’s in the area because they’re all owned and managed by the same group. Foster city, belmont, Millbrae are also terrible. Good thing we have lots of burger options.

Placed an order on the kiosk at 0841 and received it at 0905. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a coffee and hot chocolate. Lady KS#2 short change me $5. Gave her a $20 and she gave me three dollars and some change. Asked her about it and then she gave me the cash. Absolute disaster with the people running this place. Food good.

I lost count how many times I order condiments and if it’s not every time , it is every other time that I do not receive them. On another occasion, I was also told that spicy nuggets could not be ordered with a happy meal, so why was my niece crying after the first nugget if only regular nuggets are suppose to be in a kids meal? Also had the pleasure of finding mayonnaise under the bottom piece of bun and not in the sandwich itself. Can people here read the orders ok? App says to contact store directly for resolution, but after the amount of times I have mentioned this is a reoccurring problem, wont seem to make the difference. Hope this review will make that difference. Word of advice, check orders before you leave the counter, making you waste your time and their time when it could have been avoided. I know the workers primarily speak Spanish but curious to know if they can read English just as well. I have tried speaking Spanish to the employees because I can overhear their gossip and have to call to them in Spanish so I can pick up my order from the inside counter.

First time ordering from this mcdonalds & last time, I went there to order some chicken nuggets to go & literally found a hair on them, I don’t know if the employees were rushing but feel like they should be attentive and check the food before handing it out to the customer. Not the type to write reviews but I was truly disgusted. Hair longer than it looks.
