Great workers here! Everyone is very kind especially the person who took my order. I believe her name was angie. She was very kind a patient and she got my order correct. The whole place is a great place to go eat.

When you're craving a good fast food burger or tacos, this is the place! I love the sourdough jack and the tacos. Just add some of their ranch on the burgers and youre good to go. I also add their hot sauce on everything because their hot sauce is that good. The service is quick and the place is neat.

Quick and easy dine in and drive thru. Employees were very patient. Great atmosphere, clean and pleasant. Big bathrooms that where exceptionally clean for a bathroom.

All the ladies especially the cooks are amazing they're fast efficient customer services overwhelmingly good I will keep coming back just to buy something because it was so amazing

I gave it five stars for convenience. Ever get a craving for a sour dough jack after midnight and your brain and stomach won't accept "no" for an answer? You know the feeling. The drive through at 2am is always open to satisfy the urge. The new grill chicken sandwich is also an option (at any hour) when a burger is not going to fulfill the need.

I believe this is the second time I've gone to Jack in the Box recently and I've been impressed. Each time I was pleasantly surprised by the energy of the employees. The food has been hot and not overcooked or burned. Also with none of the good having a cold center. I've been impressed at my last 3 visits in 2 different locations. -Thanks

This used to be the worst of all jack in the boxes in a 50 mile radius. After not going back for many years, I came back this weekend a few hours before sunset. Service was good, order was correct and nothing seemed fishy. Maybe ownership finally got it together.

There are right getting the orders and if they ever do a mistake they make it up for you they're open 24 hours and the drive through it pretty quick most of the time

Cashier didnt understand what I wanted I had to draw a picture for her to see and understand what I wanted to order and how I wanted my food items.

I had a very long wait today, more than 20 min in the dining room.It seemed to be a little unorganized, I don't speak Spanish so I don't know what they said. I stood there while other ppl came in after me got there orders. And no one said sorry for the wait. And the food was ok.

Just like any other fast food trying to deal with big orders they seem to not be 100 percent (6 orders) the customer service is 50/50 to great to terrible when it comes to attitude but other then that food here seems to be cooked fresh not sitting under a food warmer

The service as far as ordering and paying isn't bad at all, they're actually pretty friendly employees. The only problem I run into basically every time is that they either don't put everything in the bags that I ordered and im missing one to three items per visit. The other alternative problem is that they forget an item or two but somehow give me two to four items I never ordered. So it's like... do I wanna go back or just take what they gave me? Sometimes I just say screw it and take what they added and just chalk up the things they forgot... it probably is about the same money wise... I can not give this place 5 stars due to having to back up Everytime I make a purchase through the drive thru because they can't catch my license plate on the screen the first time I arrive at the window to pay for my food.

Every time I try to come to this Jack in the box they don't have anything they're out of something they don't let anybody know then there's no way to get out of the drive-thru five cars pull up behind you get stuck. Or the service takes forever I've been almost late to work because I've had to wait in line for more than 30 to 40 minutes on my order being the 7th person in line.

Very long wait for a simple one item order. There were four people that ordered after me and somehow they got served first before my single order of a milkshake came out to me. Highly disappointed and uncommon for a Jack in The box franchise to be so slow. It's understandable to prioritize drive through traffic first however do not have customers waiting for 30 just to put an order in.

I frequent theaters. I went to this one. They sold me a ticket for the wrong time. The movie quit playing in the middle of it because it said there was nobody in the theater. Getting money back never happened. They gave me a comp ticket. But it didn't equal amount that I paid just for the movie that I saw. They made it like it was my fault that they sold me the wrong movie time ticket. Management is horrible, I ended up actually calling the main number on the website during the movie because we ha missed 10 min of it while they tried to fix the problem they created. The popcorn selection is never filled. At some registers, you can only use cash at others.You can only use card.The whole place is in disarray

Ordered online through the app, I announced i had a mobile order and supposedly it was never received. Then between the drive thru workers they started trying to figure out the order, but apparently it was given away accidentally, and had me wait 30min for the food to get ready and didn't even bring it out, i had to go inside and get it. Everytime I come here they mess up my order. I order right off the menu, no changes to the menu item and they make it wrong. Extreme Sausage Sandwich with one sausage patty not two, sandwiches missing cheese or just the wrong sandwich. This time I got the loaded mini tacos. No sauce or cheese, just covered in lettuce. They're terrible at there job. Just avoid this area for food. The restaurant's in this area are just terrible.

Got the wrong order. Didn't know until I got home and the kid took one bite and says "this isn't spicy." I said no cheese, not no condiments at all. None of the phone numbers work. I have to get back in the car and go all the way across town to fix a mess I didn't make. And none of the published phone numbers work.

This place is no good. They don't let you use the restroom even if you are a customer. I ordered a sourdough chicken sandwich and it used bread that you buy from the store. They charge you 25 cents for one sauce. I usually don't review places but it was bad.

food waa horrible, the oil used for the French fries was old and left residue on my fries from other foods, burger was cold, and my shake was poorly mixed (ordered a regular chocolate and the bottom 1/3 was white). I was charged almost $5 for a regular shake which is absolutely ridiculous. I will never return to this location again, not even for a glass of water.

Went there today and I tried to order churros to my order and this Mexican girl was so rude said she had too many things going on and couldn’t refused to add it to my order. This is the worst location. Even after sharing my receipt with the workers in the drive thru I got home and my order was still completely wrong, the loaded tacos were not loaded and looked as if they just poured hot sauce on them and the wait to even get the food was way too long we were there at least 30 minutes and my order was still incorrect. This place constantly gets it wrong the only good thing about it is that it's convenient but I'd rather drive across town to avoid ever coming here again.

When trying to hand my money to the drive thru attendant, the woman at the counter released my money and it went flying towards the street....after I had to get out of my car to retrieve it the woman was gone and it was a different person at the window. I said hello and was ignored. I asked if everything was ok and again I was ignored. I told him that his attitude is bad and this is why people don't like to come here, to which his reply was "Well don't come here then". Got it. You must get a lot of complaints. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger plain with a small coke. Just guess what was on it ? Mayo, ketchup, mustard and enough of it for the burger to slide off the bun. This means the person taking the order does not know how to ring it up as a plain no condiments item. This has happened twice different days. So people who don’t know something apparently don’t ask for help. There was no urgency as nobody was behind me in the drive -thru.

I went to jack in the box at night and they have the lobby open and I asked if they were open and I don't know if it's the manager but he was rude to me and he didn't take my order. I understand that you're not gonna take my order but why if you have the lobby open you don't wanna take my order. I went to the drive-thru and he yelled at me saying that I was disturbing the customers, when I literally just wanna buy something quick. If you're a manager or supervisor you have to try to be kind and respectfully with customers. that's something that I didn't have that night.
