For this, I blame corporate. I ordered the item that was suggested, but I wanted the burger to be a double and the burger only, (not a combo) but the POS wasn't allowing the cashier to ring up a burger separately. Also, your menu no longer has a basic regular double cheeseburger! I left out of frustration and drove down the street to McDonald's! I always speak very highly about JITB, but not this time! Either bring back a basic double cheeseburger, or retrain your staff to maneuver properly throughout the POS, and a POS that doesn't require a master's degree to operate it.

Today is Christmas Eve everybody that worked this shift that’s answered. The phone was very rude and disrespectful. They kept hanging up the phone in my face. They have over 25 people in line. Whoever is the cook is moving slow . I was just let them know what was going on, and they are very rude and unpleasant Response should’ve been. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We’re moving fast as we can be patient with us, but I got disrespectful women that answered the phone and I don’t know why they even work here they pick this job. This location doesn’t do orders right, i had same combos handed to me. Not that mad about it but someone else will. They better do orders right or else it will be put on complaint and report filed with proof. For your orders please check your bags in case those servants hand you the wrong combos. Hope someone sees this. It happened 12/7/25 at 6:32pm. Let’s make sure we check our bags.

I was in the bathroom with one of the managers I believe due to her uniform, she’s a little overweight and wears glasses she was working drive thru to day the 13th of September. Anyways, after using the bathroom I’ve noticed that she just turn the water on wet her hand not even 2 seconds and left without properly washing her hands with soap!!!! This is disgustingly inappropriate considering she’s touching the food!!!!! Would you go back after what had just happened???? Let me know what you think! BTW, she was doing #2, in the restroom !!!!!!

If i can give it a zero star i would, i have to say this is probably one of the worst Jack in the Box area i have ever been too. i have been to many Jacks and they are completely great, just not this location. 1. When i sat down, waiting for the food to be called out, legit 10 minutes later they called out my number, like it does not take 10 minutes to receive the food, i simply ordered a burger combo, when the drive through is empty and at least 3 people were eating inside the place. 2. I was eating with some friends, you know chatting n all, until the manager came up to us saying "you can't be here for more than 30 minutes" like lady, you delayed my order badly, how come they don't say that to the other person next to me?? They been there longer than me. They want to kick us out cause they think we are doing something "bad" which i hardly see anyone getting kicked out in any jack in the box locations. i am not the type of person to leave any reviews, but i feel like i needed to say it, honestly they should remove that manager and replace her with a one that has common sense, cause clearly does not have a single brain cell

I bought dinner for me & my niece since I was spending the night at my sister's to watch my niece. I ordered two chicken sandwiches & 4 tacos the tacos were old & one of the chicken sandwiches was missing the patty. I didn't check the order until I got dropped off so I couldn't go back to complain & I starved that night since I gave the good sandwich to my niece. I will not be going back to this place at all

I had order 2 order of tacos, chicken wrap, chicken sandwich, jr bacon cheese burger and onion rings. I had came home to eat the food with my family and there was 2 eyelash strips on my onion ring box. I had called and spoke with the manger DANIEL he said I can get my refund back or make a new order of onion rings and they had forgot my chicken wrap which o mentioned to him and he was like yes I know they forgot to pack it and I was waiting for you to call to complain. I had took my foods back to get a full refund and I asked to speak with DANIEL and I was told by Siarie which I’m guessing she is another type of manager that I could not talk to him and what was going on. I stated that I was the one that called about finding eyelashes on my onion ring box she was completely rude and had no customer service skills. I did t even get a sorry for the inconvenience or anything just asked for my receipt and rolled her eyes. I told her that’s your customer service skills. She didn’t even look into the bag and just threw it away and told me to swipe my card. I then did and the whole time I was standing there the manager DANIEL kept on looking at us and talking to her threw her head set. I just can’t believe how this was taken care of and how unprofessional they handled it without any sincere or apologetic once so ever like if they where mad at me for catching their mistake. I’m. It mad about the food just how unprofessional they where. I will be complaining to corporate about this!!!

What happened Jack? I drove up and ordered. Notice price advertising was less than what they're charging. Complained to person taking orders. Went ahead and paid. They handed the bags they were greasy looking. Got home fries all oily (soggy) Hash browns was worse. Called left rating. William Kopczyk called. Acted like I was lying. Said I have pictures. He said he would look into it. BUT Did not apologize. Was the grease a revenge thing? See my pictures. I don't know how that got changed to a 4. But I changed it back to a 1 .

Was an a very tight time crunch so we mobile ordered for pick up at the counter. When we arrived the dining room was closed due to short staff. We head to the drive thru and there is the line from the parking lot and a second line merging from the ally. I couldnt find a way to cancel my order from the app so i call the store. The lady said come to the front. After standing outside 5 min. I call again and they said they were still working on the order. When we finally get our food all the fries were cold and my son was upset his pancakes came without syrup!!!!! Try to avoid this in San Pedro if possible
