I couldn’t call either an authentic bagel or pain au chocolat but both were well made and delicious. Good value.

This shop was unexpected. Fast, high quality, and friendly. The bagel sandwich I had sent me into a wave of nostalgia... So good.

Great bagels Noah's used to be this GOOD back on the days, crispy. Cut in half bagels and fresh made. Today is a joke and this small shop is the place.. friendly staff.

Very nice independent bagel shop. Get a dozen for under twenty bucks. Good variety and bagel sandwiches. Very good quality food. Regular stop for me.

Delicious fresh bagels with a very creamy and not runny cream cheese and the service is exceptional. They are really friendly and kind at this spot.

We arrived almost at closing time but they welcomed us in, they prepared our sandwiches with smiles on their faces and they were really tasty! Our beverages mocha and coffee were also great!

This place is great! A real no-nonsense style set up. The cashier is ready to ring you up, and there are people dispatched immediately to work on your order. You can tell they're well-oiled team and ready for big rushes I am sure they get. As somone who's worked in places like this, noticing they had paper sacks pre-un-folded and puffed up ready to go let me know this. They're not a chain, so while yeah, they could have been more 'smiley', I was there to get coffee and a bagel sandwich fast, and they did just that (and the coffee was decent too AND I drink decaf and I can tell it hadn't been sitting out forever like decaf normally has). I don't usually leave reviews but this place and I doubt they'll ever see it, but it's just exactly what the world is missing nowadays. Simple menu, good prices, fast service, great food, no nonsense. The few seating spots seemed occupied by regulars who seemed very happy to be there. I don't shop in Northgate plaza often, but if I am ever there again in the morning I will plan to hit this spot up.

I usually come at the end of the day, nice to find a bagel place open until 5pm. I always get good service, can't complain. Compared to other bagels places that are okay, this one is very good.

Plenty of options and made while you wait. Very good! Besides a limited offering of coffee drinks, they have quite a few coolers filled with all types of juice, sodas, etc.

Always delicious, been coming here for at least 8 years and my order has been wrong literally 2 times. If you know the volume of business they do, you know that's pretty impressive.

Food is good The staff is friendly and quick however I do think it is a bit overpriced for what you get. That won't stop me from going there though. I enjoy it more than I am deterred by what I think is slightly overpriced food.

Pretty good place when I'm in the mood for a bagel breakfast sandwich. large portions. The meat is sort of non descript each time I'm there though and have different orders. Fast service though. They are a bit behind on payment technology and have a minimum purchase for credit cards. Used to be a certain sandwich was just under that price so they upped the price. They are definitely up on charging you for every little thing. Once tried to charge me for a coffee I already had and brought in when I was walking by and decided to pop in. It was in a Starbucks cup.

The food is good but the staff gives off an unwelcoming feeling. Don't dare make them repeat themselves or not understand what they said. They come off as being Jerks. I would have been visiting this place at least 3 times a week for the last 2 years if it weren't for that. I use to always visit the one in Dublin when I worked close by many years ago. I think their owner should come work at this location and put the staff in their place!

Whenever I’ve gone there for plain or sesame bagels, I’m met w/sour puss faced people working there. Never a thank you. I like the fresh bagels but not the service. Who would’ve thought 2 bagels would cost $3.50! For that price, I demand a smile.

RUDE AH SERVICE!!!If I could give 0 stars I would just walked into here sooo rude guy with black hair and beard unfriendly and rude his ugly irritated face as I nicely said can I get an egg sandwich he goes I’m sorry I’m pretty clear still with his ugly irritated face keeps on so I say disregard he goes “do you want it or not” then the just as unfriendly woman tells my wife $5.00 minimum to use card my wife asks if they have cream cheese no answer so she sees it grabs it brings to counter again rude as hell woman so she leaves the cream cheese as this lady tells ugly irritated guy she wants to take cream cheese yet she walked up to counter to pay. No offer to toast cream cheese nothing plus taste old and hard bagels

I received very poor service from one of the lady's working there. She was upset because I wanted to cancel pepperoni on my bagel when the pepperoni was not even put on my bagel yet and she says very aggressively to me that she had already charged me for it and couldn't cancel even though I hadn't paid for it yet. So overall, I did not like the customer service she provided and unfortunately I canceled my whole order. Never going their again.

The young workers struggle with providing good customer service. As soon as they pointed out that their mom is the boss/owner, it was clear that they were not concerned about being accountable and the customer’s experience was not priority. It is a shame that the manager is more concerned about being right rather than respecting his boss (mom) and focusing on growing the business. The roastbeef sandwich I ordered was prepared with fatty end cuts of meat (no slices). The rest of the sandwich was great except for the excess of mayo. I ate half of the sandwich minus the majority of the meat that was left partially chewed on the plate (sorry for the gross image). I peeked at the second half and the meat was the same low quality. I walked the sandwich to the counter to convey my experience and the first worker offered to open my sandwich and replace the meat with something else. I told him that I was not Ok with this solution and he pointed out that since I ate half (minus the partially chewed meat) they would not replace. It was clear they were not interested in the customer’s experience. The manager was thrilled that my family and I left the establishment and were not coming back. What a shame.

Guy sneezed all over counter, and continued to make sandwiches. He was not wearing a mask or gloves, did not wash his hands, nor did I see any sanitizing of the counters. This place used to be clean and I will never go back again. I spent 11.50 on a sandwich and tossed it as I walked out the door. Gross!

Racists kid working. Don’t ever go here. My wife is Asian. This was after I got hung up on when they gave me wrong order. I went back with untouched bagel and asked for my order. That kid is lucky to be alive for how he talked to me.

Check your receipt and understand the cost of your items. There is a new lady running the register and she has overcharged me two or three times (with cash and credit). Buyers Beware!

This place is open early and the bagels are quite good. The owners are very people friendly and will customize your morning bagel or your lunch bagel to your instructions.

Come to this location if you want to be charged 816$ for your 16$ order. I live an hour away from this location and had to go all the way back to right their wrong. The cashier laughed the entire time I explained the situation and was not that apologetic. She was the one that charged me last time. To top it off while I was on the phone with my bank, she informed me the cashier had charged me 800$ a second time while trying to transfer my money back. My suggestion is for this cashier to slow down. This situation has caused me a lot of undue stress to file a claim to get my money back. The least this establishment could have done is offered compensation for all of the trouble they caused but instead they were focused on getting their 16$ back from the original transaction. I'm not saying don't go here I'm just letting everyone know to ask for a receipt and check their bank account when they make a payment here

I gave it a try iso Starbucks to support the local business, but I should have gone to Starbucks. The place is hot inside as they don’t turn the AC high enough. Although I’ll need to say that some of the staff attending were kind, like the Latino guy who prepares the coffees.
