But call also in case they don't see it. That happened once but they quickly fixed the order. We do this to remove the nuts from our orders.

I liked this place! The employees are very friendly; The food was great.

I would recommend the orange chicken and beef because I found them delicious and tasty. Will come back.

The manager exhibited a disingenuous demeanor and openly displayed annoyance when we inquired about the spiciness of an item. Throughout our meal, the manager consistently scolded, corrected, and lectured the employees, adopting a condescending tone. This behavior was so prevalent that it sometimes resulted in the manager neglecting attending to the customers. As a result, the overall atmosphere of the place was far from pleasant.

Decent food and nice staff. Unfortunately this is what you get for their confusingly high price. I struggle to find reasons to go back to panda after they have made it clear this is the direction they are going with their portions.

they don’t wash the pot right all i saw was them rinse it and the food was falling out of the plate and they used their hand to put it back in with no gloves, they all have no gloves and they’re touching the same screen and utensils. very unsanitary and the food is stale and the chicken tastes like the shrimp and it’s hard and just gross. the chow main has 0 flavor.and there’s a bunch of kids running around.

I've purchased food here about 3 times, the last time the food was dry, no flavor on the chowmain no veggies. The chicken was dry and full of fat. The egg rolls were cold . Also I noticed that they serve portions depending on the customer. The person in front of me they put a large amount of food and for me they bearly even filled up the plate

I ordered a orange chicken and white rice plate. The orange chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a long time and was not hot. The white rice was clumpy. I also got a glass bottle of sprite that was supposed to be sitting in ice but it all had melted. It was room temperature. I also ordered a bowl and asked for more honey walnut shrimp. They said they could only give 7 pieces even though there was still room in the bowl. It was $1.25 extra for the honey walnut shrimp “premium entree”.

There is a huge difference between fresh hot orange chicken and warm orange chicken that’s been sitting out for god knows how long. Also the orange chicken should be smaller pieces. Nothing worse bitting into a giant sized piece of meat it’s gross and just makes me want to spit it out.

Worst Panda in this area, they let you waiting for a lot of time

I will never recommend this restaurant the service is terrible I ordered online and they want me to wait a long time for something that I ordered online I was so hungry and I had to go home without my food also they say they will do a refund and I never got it I’m done with panda express 👎👎👎👎👎

I got the worst food experience. The food is greasy and smells awful. The crab Rangoon, which is a separate item from the meals, was burned and stale. People were intolerant to questions! The serving is tiny and costs extra than what is on the menu.
