I got a burrito with a side of yummy KFC slaw!

I just can't tell you how much I appreciate people who work these minimum wage jobs and yet still managed to be friendly helpful and polite. You guys rock and you are the backbone of our society!!🩷🩷

You like chicken? You like tacos? Well this ur place to go n spend moderate amounts of money ...the best thing to order is the Chicken Pot Pie...it's sooo good?!!! However order early or call to reserve them cause they only cook a certain amount n they go fast..I buy two...one to eat right away...one to save for munchie time at night...Only thing I didn't like is that they don't have Coke..only Pepsi n I don't drink Pepsi...but they have lemonade...check it. Out!!

We had KFC food, but you can also get Taco Bell at this same location. Our chicken was fresh and hot and our sides very good. Counter service was friendly

Hysterical to rate KFC, however, it's a twice a year guilty pleasure! I'm a "tender" fanatic, yes Hummingbird Cafe in Fairfax makes the best, when you need a quick fix, here ya go! KFC, the methadone of poultry! Not a tagline I'll expect to see anytime soon!

Got delivered by Doordash on time and with correct items. Food was perfect, like the KFC we've eaten for many years. Perfect! I love this place!

Has the best customer experience this evening. I couldn’t go through the drive thru with my very large truck and I had to go inside where they only take drive thru orders. He approached with a smile and asked if I needed help. I told him my situation and I thought he was just going to tell me drive they only but was more than accommodating. He said no problem I’ll take your order. It was ready in less than 5 min and he handed my food with a smile. His name was Oliver and I couldn’t have been more appreciative of him. Thank you again! 🙌

Food is good here! Great service and the place is clean. Although, KFC/Taco Bell is weird combo.. and you can’t order using mobile app.. also, can’t redeem rewards for TB…. Kinda sad….

I hadn't had KFC in years and then all of a sudden we had it twice in a week. Can't say I was disappointed lol. The bucket fed our whole multi generational family with only a few extra meals to supplement. Very tender chicken.

The boys wanted to eat extra crispy KFC with me for Mother's Day. Everything was perfect. I was even able to get an original breast meat piece for E's momma. She is 84, and her favorite fried chicken is KFC original recipe, but it has to be the breast piece because it's the best piece 😋 👌

The gravy was served up lumpy like I like it and I only give the atmosphere 4 stars because they didn't have a Pac-Man video game machine

This location seems to be combined with a Taco Bell, and that meant it was confusing where the entrance to the KFC was. One complaint I have is, you need to ask for a key to get into the washroom. The key is also attached to some stick or spatula kind of thing. I don't want to touch this thing which is likely full of germs while I am eating my food. Even if you wash your hands, you still need to touch the dirty key stick after washing yourself. Then you are supposed to eat. Doesn't make sense.

They stop serving KFC after 10pm and continue TacoBell till 12am. (That was for Saturday. Dont know if that's every night...)

It's a kfc/taco bell. It's a little messy. Dirty floors and dirty bathrooms.

The chicken is the best but this one is much more expensive than any other I've been to. $5 fill ups are almost $7.

I Like this place but when I do place a online order and call the number just to do a pick up I never get a answer so I'm stuck at the drive though with traffic. Kinda like what was the point of the online order? I just wanted to pick it up from the door. Dont know if they have enough employees or maybe enough that actually pick up the phone?

Nothing stands out about it just Basic KFC and Taco Bell. I just left there. I like how all Taco Bells now have a viable vegetarian menu that's noticable to make it easy for vegetarians.

Descent quality, awesome pricing ..not everything is great on the menu but their chicken cheese steak and fries are awesome.

Food is great. Service is great. However their online prices did not match the drive thru. I went specifically there to purchase bucket with 8 pieces plus 2 sides for a hospice spouse, the price was double from $20 to $40. Disappointed I could not afford it

Drive thru is very short and tends to back up into the main street often. Drive thru employees can often be heard talking poorly about customers and laughing when customers can't hear them. I also dislike that when I make a order for Taco Bell the employees on several occasions have not given me what I ordered and blame me for ordering wrong. It is NOT convenient to return to get the correct food item.

They need more help, decent help, would be a plus. No green sauce for Taco Bell items? That's not good. Confusing hard to read.menu is difficult for some people to decifer. Spent way more because I didn't see the $5 Chalupa box.

I think the chicken is over priced, especially for the quality of food you receive.

Didn't have what's advertised in the kids meal. The people working there made my experience so bad I won't come back, because I came there for my granddaughter.

This place still isn't open normally, only drive through and online ordering.....Lame, that's not gonna save you from Covid.....

Ordered delivery and waited 2 hours for my food to come and many phone calls between the restaurant and doordash just to be cold, wet for some reason, and all of my sauce missing along with a sandwich and plates.

I arrived 45 minutes before the dining room was scheduled to close at 10pm and it was already closed when I arrived. I had to take the bus home.

So I went inside and asked If I can order inside , the guy said yes so I wait 5 mins, then there's a lady came said I have to go to the drive thru, I said I didn't bring my car. So she took my order but they gave me a sandwich with chicken that doesn't look good. They forgot to put the fries so the other guy brought it to the kitchen. I still said "thank you" .When I got home the coleslaw was missing, no ketchup at all and I couldn't eat the chicken that because soo spicy. ooh I forgot there's like 8 staff there, I felt so embarrassed when I left the place because they look at me like I am the weird one. none of them said sorry for their mistake. I've been to this place a few times, and every time their employees are so disrespectful and rude, they yield at me for taking a second to answer back. The food was raw and nasty. If ai could give less than 1 star I would.

We ordered for pickup. Got here and the sign says to call. After 7 call with no answer the manager comes out with a door dash. Tells me they are too busy too answer the phone. Then argues with me for another few minutes on why he did not answer the phone. If he was so busy why did he stand there and argue? DO NOT ORDER FOR PICKUP. It does not work!

Want frustration and arrogance? Go to KFC at 555 2nd street in San Rafael. Our group decided to have chicken for our 'game night' so my wife and I headed to KFC with our coupon offering 12 piece bucket for $14.95. The cashier said we could only get 1 bucket even though the coupon clearly says limit 4. After considerable time trying to get across to now 4 high school age workers that we wanted 2 buckets at the advertised price, I asked to speak to the manager. Now a male person, Zachary Harwood came to the register and said why could we not get 2 buckets at the sale price and his response was "my manager says only 1, if you want more than that you must pay the regular price for those". When I asked to speak to his manager, in an air of superiority he said "well I'm the assistant manager in charge and a part owner and it's a limit of 1 at the special price". We gave up and started to leave but decided to get 1 bucket so some people could have chicken and the rest of us could make sandwiches. Customer relations at it's worst. M Kline
