I never knew TB had a fantastic $7.00 option. Wow! It was delicious, hot and quick.

The people working here are so nice. There's one kid, I guess young man, but a kid to an old lady like me, and he's just so nice polite and friendly. A really good guy. I hope his mama is proud of him. He's so pleasant and does such a great job with people.

It's a huge menu and there's not a lot of staff I can see usually working but how they have been in my experience has always been extremely impressive! They all do a good job and it's commendable! Than you!

This Taco Bell has some of the fastest service I've ever received from any fast food, I went into place my order, and when I was finished with my purchase, the food was already there. The crew here needs a raise. They got the food a hundred percent accurate... Well done

Regular spot for my Taco Bell fix. My orders are always correct (though they are simple). Only complaint is the small lot and drive thru gets jammed up often.

$3 per piece for chicken... 4pc w/biscuit over $12... went through drive-thru, and they were unable to process 2 orders from the same vehicle...

Taco bell has some great vegan items. They also are launching a new vegan menu which I am looking forward to trying. They have great prices and the flavors to really make their customers come back. The 7 layer burrito is quite good and always vegan tacos with beyond beef crumbles is epic. I heard they are going to start featuring beyond meat in several entrees. Beyond chicken and beyond beef will be available as subs for most burritos, tacos and other fave items.

I have a love/hate relationship with our local taco bell. Staff is rude most of the time. You have to ask for taco sauces before you get to the window or they will only give you ketchup. Who eats ketchup on a taco!? Half the time the machine got baja blasts is not working.

I only have used the drive through here although it is very convenient and never have I had to wait in line or for my food for more than a couple minutes. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The only issue with this location is that they don’t always get the brand new menu items because it’s also a KFC. it’s pretty great to be able to get your nacho fries and kfc’s Cole slaw at the same time.

Not a huge deal since there's other stuff on the menu I like, and it may not even be their fault, but I can't give this place 5 starts because they have repeatedly not have what I wanted in stock multiple times. That doesn't change the fact that I'll still go there on occasion and I still like their food.

The staff at this location frequently close earlier than the posted hours. Most likely this is done without the knowledge or approval of management. Everyone likes going home early. But closing the store early is a broken promise to customers and especially frustrating when someone travels a distance to get to the store in advance of closing time.

Taci Bel and KFC combo. The KFC regular chicken sandwich was nothing special. I will try the spicy version next time. I can take or leave the nacho fries. The rest of the food was OK. Wish they had Coke...

Every time I order a chalupa, they give me a crunchwrap instead. Without fail. But it's always a well-made crunchwrap!

So much waste. Ordered 3 meals for dine-in. Each meal came in a separate bag inside of a larger bag. Why? We were eating at the restaurant.

It is good food when they get your order right. I think the management has a harder issue keeping homelessness out ans away from there building and space. More of a city issue. But if you need to get your KFC on, this is the place.

To use a register... Should be a prerequisite for drive thru worker. The girl who took my order got it right but the order in bag was incorrect and then to top it off I handed the guy in window 22.10 for a 12.10 purchase. He handed me back the 2.1 and said it was 12.1. I calmly explained that yes I was aware and that I wanted a 10 for change and he looked at me with no comprehension. So I accepted the money back and paid for the purchase to later look and find out my order was not what was paid for and listed. I didn't receive a couple items I bought but instead I did get a famous bowl in the bag lol so they probably got the next person's order wrong too. All in all it was not the best experience I've had but it is taco bell and it works. The line at this taco bell drive thru is usually ridiculous so be prepared for that

The service at the window was good, as was the food. However, the line at the drive-through was on par for Taco Bell...VERY SLOW. Fast food at Taco Bell is an oxymoron. Unfortunately, I've been to Taco Bells where if they moved any slower, they'd be in a comma. The BEST Taco Bell is in Sonoma. Food, service, congeniality and rapidity...FIVE STARS!!!!

Tried to go inside to order because I've never been there before am I stalled it would be better if I went outside and ordered through the drive-thru well with people behind me and me not having been there I didn't get what I wanted because I felt pressured! When I finally did get the dinner it was just okay!

I used the rest room here and got locked up from inside for 2 mins. I was knocking the door from inside and no one bothered. My daughter was outside and asked her to ask the store guys to unlock it. If someone forgets their phone and get locked up inside. Not sure why they have such mechanism to lock it centrally, they could institute a door lock code.

This location still takes forever to get your order to you.at least 10 minutes. Let you wait talking to yourself for awhile before they acknowledge you at the drive thru or will take your order. Didn't put receipt in bag or offer one. Didn't offer any sauces. Didn't confirm order. Wasn't busy at all. The remodel didn't help them get any better.

Absolutely filthy. The guy working at the register, did nothing at all. Very monotoned. Never look at me or any other customer. When asked a question, he would say "Uhhh, I don't know. Or I think it's too late to add that" . Really? When he wasn't ringing anything up, he literally just stood there. He could have been cleaning. The store was filthy.

Two problems here only worsened by the pandemic: 1) They randomly close early without warning, reason, or consistency (was closed at 10pm yesterday, for example, despite their own signs saying 11pm and Google saying midnight) 2) Wait/order times per car have regularly exceed 5 minutes throughout most of the last year. Cars are almost always backed out to the street, which is clearly exasperated by the slow order prep time. As little as 3 or 4 cars in line ahead of you regularly causes a wait > 15 minutes. For reference, 2 competing drive throughs in Marin County take roughly 30-50 seconds per car, indicating this specific restaurant takes ~500%+ longer for orders than most alternatives in the area. Unfortunately, this is the default at this restaurant and not an isolated incident.

The past 2 times I’ve went thru they have forgotten more than 1 thing from my order. This last time I called and the woman on the phone after attempting to call 3 times said “just pick it up” not a sorry for the inconvenience at all... before leaving the drive thru I even asked is everything InThe bag?” And the woman in drive thru said yes. Such a inconvenience to pay money for things I don’t get for one, and for 2 waistline my time to go back and get things that I should have gotten in the first place.

Terrible customer service and food! We waited 20 minutes for a simple order with only a couple other customers. My meal came without the meat I ordered in my Chicken Power Cantina Bowl and the rice was undercooked. We will not be back!

The drive-thru closes at 10pm. It says that it closes at 12 am, but it in fact closes at 10pm. Please change the hours.

Review for 9/2/24. Arrived a few min before 10am and saw someone inside. At 10:05am front door was still locked and had to leave for work. Their unpreparedness wasted my time.

The special people who work there constantly forget the simplest of things like the sauce that goes in the burrito or an ingredient out of their most commonly ordered items. Constantly waste your time and money by incorrect orders, not to mention the drive through is always crowded and there’s a 1/3 chance you’ll get cut off by some entitled Marinite in an Audi who doesn’t want to wait in line.

We arrived at this Taco Bell at 11:45pm on a Saturday night. We were at the window to order at 11:53pm, only to find out they were closed. You may not list hours "til midnight", and stop serving customers 7 minutes before that. We were then trapped in line with upset customers behind us. There was no way to back out. By the time we pulled up to the pick up window, it was 12:01. The server refused to speak with us. In fact, he/she hid from the window, rather than explain to a customer why they closed early. This company's motto is to deliver "the 4th meal". Closing early goes against the values of the franchise. I will not be eating at this particular Taco Bell again.

This was absolutely the worst food I've ever tasted. The oil was so old and nasty it made the food inedible. Words can't describe how foul this food was. I ended up having to throw it all away.
