All I can say is that this burger King is there best one around everytime I go there for a quick something to eat the items are always FRESH even the produce on the hamburgers and the fries are always hot cudos to the manager and crew at that location

Best Burger King I've been to. Always good tasting and hot. Good service as well. Only problem is the older heavy set buss boy always butts onto everyone's conversation and won't shut up. He just talks about stupid stuff. It's annoying. He should be told to leave the customers alone and mind his own business.

I've been coming to this particular BK for the past 9 months and the dining room and kitchen is ALWAYS spotless. I mean it is seriously the cleanest BK I have ever been in. Besides this, my order is always delivered within a few minutes (like literally 3 minutes) and is always cooked and prepared perfectly well. All of the employees I have ever dealt with have been very friendly.

I was in between interviews for a job and really needed something to eat. I haven't been to a Burger King in years! I was there sometime around 10 am, there wasn't anyone in line so I was quickly able to get my food. I parked in the back of the Burger King so that I could eat and wait for my next interview which was about 5 minutes away. And that time I saw other people pulling through the drive-thru and also get food. It seemed that everyone is moving quite quickly. I got one of the breakfast burritos and it was actually really good.

It was nice seeing that the app acknowledged they were open since I could create a breakfast order. I ordered some croissandwiches and a biscuit sandwich, some with bacon, sausage or ham. Also used an offer to get $1.49 large hashbrowns and used my rewards to get a free five-piece French Toast Sticks. Everything tasted hot, fresh and chewy for the croissandwiches and the biscuit sandwich was all right. Glad I went when Burger King was newly re-opened since no one was in the drive-thru line for me to wait and the food was freshly warmed up or fried; those hashbrowns and French Toast Sticks were just crispy to the bite. That same kid was there from before the remodeling, and he was as courteous and friendly as the time before. AND, the restaurant is a 24-hour establishment now! At least for the drive-thru, it is!

I got good service and the food was fine my only complaint is that it was $24 for 3 burgers and 2 onion rings!

The employees do a great job and often don't get the appreciation they deserve for their effort. Next time you're there, smile and say thank you!

Typical burger King, ok fast food and affordable price, especially on the discounted items. Due to Covid 19, there's is no dine in. But there is drive through, delivery and take out.

Good old classic Burger King prices have gone up a little bit over the many years but all in all I still like coming here for their Whopper

2 for 4$ croissants... The lil hash browns are awesome. Not over salted and good potato flavor. Not greasy. I tried their cold mocha but it was bland with too much ice. Easy to access.

I was the only person in line took 4 minutes to come to the counter and take my order. King meal deal one chicken and one hamburger. I got chicken and a cheeseburger. they indicated it was my fault for not saying no cheese. I took it back and brought me out a freshly cooked cheeseburger for the second time. Third time worked out okay

Feeling down? Have a whopper, takes the blues away. The quintissential meal for the common man/woman. There were 5 cars ahead of me and 2 staff(a manager and crew) one taking orders at the drive thru and the other doing cashier and assembling orders. All 6 cars in line were in and out in less than 10mins. Good job!

I understand during rush hour you may get busy and backed up but the drive-thru line is laboriously slow... Would avoid drive-thru during rush hour

Very hit or miss. Sometimes they mess up your order and sometimes it takes 15 mins to get through the drive-thru.

The food itself is what you would expect - good for fast food. The drive thru can be excruciatingly slow, however.

Place isn't clean. All tables had crumbs from patrons who had visited earlier. And the burger bun wasn't fresh as its supposed to be.

We got there just after 11:30 in the afternoon and they were super busy. What was bad was that there were only two people working the front, one to take orders and the other working the drive through, which was packed. It took forever to order, but not very long to get our food, which was good, and it was hot. The only problem was that it was wrong. So maybe avoid this place around 11:30 in the afternoon in a Monday, specially if you are in a hurry for lunch.

Orderd a Texas double didn't have jalapeños in it asked for no tomatoes I received my burger with tomatoes the onion rings were great tho

Haven't been to a BK in a long time. Chanced a breakfast there today. Egg and sausage burritos. I'd give them a 4 outta 10, since I was hungry and had no time. the hash browns were swimming in salt, but that's expected.

This is a sub-optimal franchise. They only get the order right about 50% of the time. The employees are also rather gruff and impolite.

I'm not happy with them because I can't say yeah I don't twice already. I mean you can't excuse let's take a order. I don't recognize you know more awesome people? Don't? Care about morato. I'm carrying so this is what you get away from order.

They serve only drive through, dine in hall is closed since the pandemic till now, staff isn’t friendly, they give you an attitude for no reason, this opinion based on many visits. If you live in this neighborhood go to Dublin store a way much better, service and food quality.

I ordered the tacos, they looked nothing like the advertised picture and my tacos had about 3 shreds of lettuce and a corner of what I think is the ground beef?? All I was eating was taco shell and sauce... they were horrible very disappointed! Again nothing like what the picture looks like

Why can't we go inside? It's March 18th 2022 and every restaurant in the area has indoor maskless dining.

The problem was one of the workers was being extremely rude she held at my younger sister for something as simple as ice all my sister wanted was ice the food was great but my problem was the service it was horrible she had the worst attitude ever and it All started after she heard us speak Spanish please don't go to this burger king it's horrible

Went here twice both times they messed up my order by charging me to much and when I corrected them it they where rude to me. Staff is really bad and the managers are the worst of them all.

Horrible experience today in the drive-thru. It took over 30 minutes though there were hardly any cars, which means the slowness was due to shortage of staff or something else. Left with a bad taste in my mouth.

They're in desperate need of new employees I know this because two employees literally walked off the job when I was waiting for my order so for anybody looking for a job any teenage kids out there and I mean teenage kids this is a good beginner job for you I'm not saying the existing 5 senior citizens who are employed there are extremely slow when providing service they just need some rabbits among the turtles that's all I'm saying average wait time is 30 to 45 minutes and I'm being nice.

All while as customers we are bound and helpless to trust that they will (surely without fail) fulfill all the items we have paid for. Deligience towards ensuring that all the terms paid for IN FULL "UPFRONT" is in the bag or not is none of their concern really. All they want is your money !! WHILE OUR STOMACH REMAINS HALF EMPTY AFTER HAVING PAID A SORDID FULL PRICE UPFRONT !!

The drive thru is one of the most ridiculous I’ve ever been too. It feels weird to write a review for fast food but over half an hour in a drive thru?! Food was okay but seriously? Half an hour for drive thru?

The assistant manager was so rude to me and my family for no reason we asked for ice because the machine didn’t have ice she said no I don’t have time I’m busy and my dad said why are u mad she your costumer He said that cause she had a attitude she said I’m not mad if I was I would be cursing I was like what, usually in other burger Kings they gladly give u ice our something u ask but this time I didn’t have a good experience and I noticed she only did it to my family and I overall the food was great just the service wasn’t great.

I made the mistake of eating here today because I was in a hurry. This place should be shutdown by a health inspector. While I waited 25 minutes for my food I noticed some serious gross disgusting things. There is no way this place would pass a health audit.

The drive thru is super slow it took us more than about 25 minutes to get what we ordered and it wasn’t even busy at all.

Just picked up a chicken sandwich got home. .....stinks and tastes like fish. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Sort your griddles and fryers out. If I wanted a fish sandwich I'd have ordered one

If I could have given them a zero would have called to tell them half out order was missing all they wanted was an ordered number....guess what I did not.have it....husband threw it away. If you are going for mozzarella sticks they are gross and rubbery, went and it wasn’t busy yet they were sitting out and both bags I got were not crunchy and were rubbery.

They keep giving me a different shake on doordash every time I order now. I always order a Oreo Cookie shake but since they probably ran out they don’t take it off their doordash menu but still give the customer a shake but the WRONG shake. This is the 3RD time they’ve done this. Ridiculous man.

Worst service ever. i feel inclined to inform you by writing my 1st review! The lady misunderstood me when i was ordering. when i tried correcting her she told me that I was wrong. That I told her something else. Not that she misunderstood me. No. i was wrong! the customer! i let it go and get to the window and handed her my card. i look over a minute later ovserving her waving my card at me like im a dog waiting for a treat! she didnt say anything. just waved it at me with an impatient attitude! whatever. when i get my food she had already finished taking the other persons order that was behind me so she was free to greet me off with appreciative words. i grab my food and she turns away quickly. no "thank you" or "come again" or "sorry for the inconvenience". Rude! ill take that as they dont want my business. last time i go there! Horrible burger too.

This place does not care about your time! If your on lunch don’t go here they will make you wait at least 15 min every time in the drive through. Service sucks at this place I will never go back for lunch I didn’t even have enough time to eat my food. This place has no consideration for your time.

Traveling south on 680 from Pleasant Hill to Livermore, I had try multiple BKs before I ate. One had a slow drive thru and two were closed for no apparent reason. Very odd...

Horrible. We have allergies in the family, had them check the order, still got it wrong. Put mayo(allergen) on a burger, no cheese, when a double whopper was ordered with lettuce, pickle, and cheese only. Sent it back and they literally put cheese in the same burger with the mayo( allergy)and gave it back. NOT ok.

Takes this place 8 mins to process one drive through. Been waiting for 32 mins in this short line that just doesn’t move.

Extemely understaffed. There's only 3 people in the kitchen serving both the front counter and drive through and staff are shouting at each other in front of customers. They are obviously overwhelmed and can't handle the volume of orders. Expect to wait in line for at least 10 mins just to get your order taken and another 15 mins to get your order made. I walked out without my order because it was a waste of my time and Burger King still charged my CC for my mobile order. Will never go back.

The staffed seamed very over whelmed. They didnt have large cups but still sold large drinks. They should have told customers that they had no large cups. They did try to give me a large by giving me a medium and small drink which was nice, but I didnt want double the cups. Had to hold drinks in my lap since there wasnt enough cup holders (3 people ordered large drinks)

Danville BK has the worst service, the worker was so frustrated that she was making mistakes and complaining to customers. Some of the customers had to wait more than 15 minutes for orders to be fullfilled. I went there to get some fries and a drink, there were three customers in front of me waiting. The management was oblivious of the situation and did not care. I wish I should have recorded a video to prove it. Avoid bk in Danville.

At lunch on 01.17.18 i purchased an original chicken sandwich that was all burnt looking and nasty. after work, I took it back and Sharon so kindly refunded me my money and stated my next meal was on her. So toady 01.19.18 I go to get my meal and guess what it was the same. I can't keep running back and forth to return food. The quality of my food sucks. Just not a Burger King standard in my opinion. No more for me.
