I admittedly eat too much, and of all the places, this is by far the best fast food location I’ve been too. The staff are always consistently kind which is especially hard to find these days. And a little biased, the food is always good. Relatively clean and organized too which is a plus.

was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to Carl’s Jr. The moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed by the upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff. I stopped by this Carl’s Jr. on a whim the other day, and honestly, I was really impressed. I went with the Western Bacon Cheeseburger- and it tasted just as good as I remembered. The burger was hot, the fries were crispy, and the service was fast and friendly! Definitely coming back when I need my burger fix.

The food was very delicious, I ordered the Guacamole bacon burger and it was very good! I also had the chicken wrappers, one bbq and one Santa Fe, and they were AH-mazing! The cashier was just so nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant, the store was very clean, even the bathrooms! I had a great time and I’ll be going again soon, the price is well worth the experience!

Went to carls today and had an amazing time! The store was very clean and had a great atmosphere. I ordered the sourdough star double here and it came out fresh and hot. The first bite was delicious and I would 100% recommend ordering if you come to order. The price was a little high but everywhere prices are getting expensive. I’ll definitely come back to order more of the menu!

This location is great. They get our order right everytime and we never have to wait. Everything is pretty fresh and the parking is pretty convenient.

i thought the food was good and a good value on pricing, i would go to a Carl's if they where closer to my home this one was out of town for me

When you order through the drive thru, AI takes your order now instead of a real person. It was surprising accurate but I hope they don't fire employees now.

My daughter loves Carl's Jr burgers, they are her favorite! There is one staff member here who is so kind to her and waves every time we visit. The store could use some updating and they are the only Carl's Jr I know of that is not on the app program yet which is very frustrating if I wanted to order online or use their rewards. They just need to catch up with the times a bit but they have the service down!

Came here at 3:00 on monday nov 8th and found the drive through window ajar, the open sign on and 3 cars in the lot but no one to be found. Hungry, and the next place is five miles away. Maybe at least wake up to take the irder and super un safe. If ibwas a xriminal id be getting away w whatever food i needed and then some! Really hope the owner sees this and realizez the pri lems here.

Came here at 3:00 on monday nov 8th and found the drive through window ajar, the open sign on and 3 cars in the lot but no one to be found. Hungry, and the next place is five miles away. I went to the one in San Ramon on crow canyon on my way back from dropping a family member off at Oakland airport. I pulled into the drive though at 4:30. There was a sign that said they’re take lunch from 4-430 which is totally understandable, so I wait until about 445 and there is still nobody in There working the drive through. I get people can be off schedule, but I have now gone through the line for my 3rd time at 5:55 and there is no answer or sign of anyone inside the restaurant.

Turn off the AI drive through ordering system. It has never gotten an order correct. It makes ordering take longer and is frustrating.

Do you drive through is twenty four hours a day however, the Asian man that was in the restaurant walked away did not say hes going on break or anything and then he disappeared.. this happened on Tuesday at 4:20 AM at the crow Canyon road exit.
