The family deal offers so much value, and the food is on par, if not better than, the local Chinese restaurant nearby. The taste, portions and value is fantastic. $40 for two large sides and three large entrees. Easily feeds 5-6 people. The box they put the meals in is such a nice touch. It holds all the food stabally so the sauces do not tip out of the box. Management is fantastic here.

Best panda in the East Bay. Run efficiently, the cook makes their food just like a Cantonese restaurant. Yes, there is Wok he in their pepper beef. Yum! Portions are generous and you cant go wrong with their $35 family meal. Way better than the Chinese restaurants in the area and a great value. Will be back regularly.

Use to be a great location last few time service has gone down. Never enough help no one calling out when running low on a item and having to wait 10 min or more for food.

Place can be noisy at times, but that's to be expected; Good place to eat for a fast meal as opposed to the run of the mill burger joints !

If you want a quick lunch with reasonable good food and reasonable prices, this is one of it

The food was great, Fresh hot and tasty. Plenty of parking but lot's of people. The long wasn't very long, i felt it went pretty fast. I do feel like the customer service could have been better like maybe smile for instance, make your customer's feel welcomed.

During the pandemic and according to county law, they are allowing take out and pick up from the internet but you have to wack past and dodge customers currently ordering to pick up the order that you concietously order online , from the very back inside the restarant. How does ThAt, help the situation, order pick up should be at the front of the store by the door, am very concerned about this, may not return

Very lousy staff, they can’t understand what we ask nor make an attempt to understand what we are saying….we just have to understand based on their hand moments and our fingers showing what we want 🤏

Great place to come for fast, but not greasy, Chinese food. Lots of variety to please everyone. Clean and friendly service. This location does a good job of having the various dishes ready.

Every Panda Express has the same menu of "Americanized" Chinese food. The dishes are consistent, and varied enough for everyone to find something. I suspect these dishes are not for someone on a low sodium diet.

Note: I am an amateur Panda Express critic ;) . Panda express is 10/10 overall. I am reviewing this location compared to others. Place is clean. During lunch and dinner, there are rather long lines. Staff is mediocre. Food is mediocre, but can be below average at times. Verdict: Go here if you live near the place. Don't drive to eat here.

Quite mediocre asian food. as an international client expected something more flavourwise, but in fact extremely standard . Only thing that was special was spiciness, which came from a pepper... What a shame

Very bad service today. They didn't pack my order nicely, soy sauce is spilled all over the food and made my car so much messy. Had to spend food amount of money for cleanup now. The package was not good. No improvement yet. Got a bowl.. they given me kungpao chicken with no coven at all. I know it's inflation and cost cutting. But this is definitely too much of cost cutting..

We are an orange chicken lover family. But very disappointed with this particular franchise. The service is pathetic and the amount of food they fill the boxes with, is so less. It’s like they are the filling the boxes with the least they can to take more space in the box. Want them to know how to feed people by filling the boxes they are selling.

They were running out of some of the items (it was about 40 min before closing), they said they could not make any more of it and they were done for the day so I had to settle for the 2 pieces of tofu and 4 pieces of eggplant that were left...it was less than the size of even one serving spoon. The silly thing is that the guy working there (as well as the manager who probably over heard our conversation with him) did not offer for us to have anything else in addition to that very very tiny amount of eggplant tofu and they still charged us the full amount which isn't fair. I've been to another location around the same time at night (pleasanton) and they immediately offered to make more when they saw an item was nearly over. If this location doesn't want to make another batch, that's okay, but I shouldn't be charged the full amount when I got barely any of it. Won't be coming back here.

So, the quality here has gone down since the last time we came, and it also seems the portion sizes. In addition the cashier lied about cookies being included in the bag. Not a huge deal, but I can see why the place was practically empty at 5:30.

I have had more than a few unpleasant experiences here but yesterday was the final straw. When I checked out I had some change coming and the cashier asked if I wanted it. She seemed annoyed that I said yes. I then requested some soy sauce- she took out a packet and literally threw it towards me and immediately walked away into the back. I waited a few minutes and when she returned I said “may I have another packet and please don’t throw it to me”. She never said a word but took another packet between her thumb and forefinger and flipped it back and forth in front of my face before dropping it on the counter and disappearing into the back again. I will certainly never return.

extremely stupid and incompetent workers. i put in a mobile order and they did not include in my side. when i called workers were incompetent and did not do anything about it. count ur days panda express

Worse customer service. No one was there and the girl working behind the counter was so mad to see us at 830 pm even tho they close at 930pm she put half scoop of the chicken that we asked for. I asked while paying If she is doing ok and she walked away and never return.

The customer service is in need of improvement. The portions are getting smaller and ridiculous. There was hardly a tablespoon size noodles on the plate and 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken. The dinner plate is now more of an appetizer dish or a kid’s meal. Not Going back and would not recommend.

Orange chicken did not have orange sauce - tasted like vinegar. Out of: plastic utensils, fortune cookies. Had to wait for the bad orange chicken and the Bejing beef. When I called, they ssaid they followed the recipie. I guess they assume no one has ever eaten the orange chicken and has no clue that it isn't supposed to taste like orange chicken??

Only went here twice. Got sick - BOTH TIMES. Won’t ever come again. Either something wrong with the oil they use or the food itself.

I Hate to Leave bad reviews but it was time to make this location realize how to treat there customer’s, we get food for our company from this place atleast 3 times a week and see wat we get ( Box with Half quantity ) This happened with me and my employee many times before but decided today to leave review for there awareness and Make them realize to do there job right….. I ordered eggplant tofu and there were only 2 Pieces of tofu!!!! That is third time I have such an experience with this location. The employees are so rude too. I ordered my food online and when I get there I saw my food was ready but the cashier made me wait 10 minutes. when I told her I’m here for pickup she told me I have to wait even though she wasn’t busy and she just was waiting for the costumer in the line to come for checkout. Not recommend this location

Worst Panda Express ever. Half filled food packed for online orders, lost 30 mins to get back it filled from the store when kids are hungry at home waiting for the food. When went to the store to get it filled again the staff just took the box and gave back it to me and not even single apologized. I would definitely say staffs are rude and the quality of the service is pathetic after seeing this.

This is easily the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. They wanted to refuse to honor my order online with my Panda rewards. They said they don't have mustard. They gave me one packet of each thing. No silverware.

Echoing other recent reviews, the food here has gone dramatically downhill. Its not even remotely edible and just gets thrown away. They also never make their iced tea anymore, despite it being advertised on the menu and the machine being out next to the soda dispenser. I warn people since I don't drink soda, and they will not refund you after you find out they don't bother making the tea anymore. Insult to injury, the soda machine was out as well and I had to beg the manager to go replace it. For the price I paid, just go to a real Chinese food place.

The server gave me so little of my entree that I just walked out and ordered food somewhere else. This isnt the only time I've experienced this at this particular store but other panda express also. Management better tell their servers to give more because in not going to spend $9 on a bowl of rice. This store lost a customer.

My boys were extremely hungry and I thought this would be the perfect place as it was fast food . Horrendous quality . Except for the chowmein which I waited for 15 min extra for them to make it fresh . Most of the food was stale . Please avoid this location if you can . Not worth the drive not worth even a penny . Totally disappointed with the food and service . Big thumbs down to this location .Staff , Please check your food before serving the people . Major rant. I should have checked the previous reviews before heading there . Totally agree that the portion sizes are very very small .The one star I give is to the decor and the ambience which is definitely nicer than other locations .

Employees were extremely rude, the beef with broccoli bowl had a few pieces of beef, literally my bowl had only 3 pieces, and a lot of broccoli. I talked to the manager and was just as rude as the Employees and laughed with them as I was talking about the food. The customer service is terrible the Employees don't care about your opinion. I'm very disappointed, never going back to that place even if it's the last fast food place in the U.S. 😡

Bad customer service ,rude staff , delay of pick up orders even you order online way ahead of time ( today experienced 1 hour delay ordered at 2:35PM for 3:15 PM ,Order was not ready even at 3:20 They asked me to wait for another 15 minutes finally got my order at 3:35 PM), low potion ,incorrect order ( they change your order without informing ) and always missing condiments like sauce,napkin ,Utensils and fortune cookies. They are surviving because they are the only location in San Ramon .

well, I think I'm done at this restaurant. they never give you any food. I ordered string bean chicken and all I got was a plate of chow main with 3 small pieces of chicken 4 beans and a ton of onions. $10 for chow main and onions. And the staff are rude. I dont need this kind of experience.!!

Ordered firecracker shrimp and orange chicken takeout and drove five minutes to eat it. Within three hours I was violently vomiting, SEVERE stomach cramps,chills that lasted all night. I had to call off work and go to the ER for fluids and painkillers and anti nausea meds.😡

Very bad customer service.. my recent take out order was missing an item. I had asked for kung pao chicken with my order and the person ( a lady) who took the order also repeated the order which included this item. I called them to say it was missing the item they defended by saying that they never heard me say it. Not a very ethical way to defend their position. Needs a perspective change.. Hope they take this feedback seriously and make some improvements.
