there is a new Wendy's in San ramon ca.i love the fresh meat hamburgers.much more tasty than down the st in n out burger.wow there's going to be a hamburger war between the two. right now Wendy's is winning. fresh taste better fries

So I just left wendy's & it was the best costumer service I had in a while. I ordered 2 jr beacon cheese burgers... u can totally taste the freshness of the burgers, also a general man that gave me my ordered was the coolest!! Thanks for the frosty 👍

I happen to think Wendy's is a cut above Carl's, Burger King or Micky D's. Just seems fresher right down to the bun. Still a big fan of In n Out though...

If you're tired of McDonald's this is a great place to go get some food at a reasonable price, cheaper than McDonald's quicker to get to no waiting in the parking lot.

Great burger and great drive-through team member. Opened window with a smile. Food hot. Came back 15 minutes later abd ahe remembered me and had another nice smile.

This is the first Wendy’s I’ve been in that was clean and had a homey atmosphere. From the entrance with the fireplace in the wall and comfy chairs to sit and enjoy it to the super clean bathrooms and the friendly service, I was in awe. I only wish I lived closer. This would totally be my place!

I have been taking my kid here for the chocolate Frosty's and the spicy nuggets as a special treat over the last few months. Usually I use the app and order ahead and pick up in store or the drive-thru. Every encounter we've had has been especially friendly and sincere. Yesterday, we decided to eat in the store. I got the chicken caesar salad and it was very fresh! The restroom was VERY clean-unlike what you typically experience in fastfood restaurants or stores. But the thing that struck me most was that one of the employees smiled at us and said goodbye as she was leaving her shift. That was just what I needed after a long week! :)

Cleanest, nicest, and fastest Wendy's I have ever been in, probably the best fast food experience I've ever had. The parking is a little odd but if you can figure out your way inside you won't regret it. This will become a regular stop for me!

Absolutely wonderful! When you enter the place you feel like you're in some sort of ritzy, hip-happening restaurant! Well...until you get to the front counter of course! There's a nice layout to this Wendy's, with a more open floor plan and lots of space between tables. Also, on top of that hip feeling you get when you walk through the doors, you get this sort of warm feeling, almost as if you were walking into your own home...of course that could be from the fireplace ask decorations on the wall! If I wasn't in such a hurry I totally would have sat down and enjoyed by meal at this place. Friendly and helpful staff work at this place and compared to a lot of Wendy's that I've been to in my life this one definitely has some food there that is what it's supposed to be and looks like the picture on the menu! They were quick getting my order to me and let me reiterate on the fact that the food that I ordered was very well executed. I think the only problem that I had there was with the parking. But that's not something they can change. Great place to eat, for a fast food joint!

THIS Wendy's is now changed inside poss franchised out. For years prior to C-19, this was BRAND New for San Ramon nice nice interior around the corner is private semi half and a full booth. Wendy's is Wendy's Dave gone ...the food is still good with fresh meat not frozen upon delivery to it's stores. Dublin just needs more clean I ng more accurate orders but dublin has been around fir decades and remodel twice. Dublin,OH is their HQ and food is warm fries seem fresher than DUB or Livermore locations along the 580 680 cooridor. Will SAY @0630 ~Wendy's drive-thru opens ready for any more breakfast items early. Dine in later but maple chicken biscuit or brioche bread is really tasty fried.chicken.in the a.m.! Can't believe I am rating fast food on Google Maps when doing Yelp. I won't. .

Ordered a combo and was startled by the price, an increase of over $2 since my last purchase of the Baconator. Food was fresh and fries were outstanding. Might as well as sit down somewhere for this price.

Typical Wendy's but the location has been remodeled and looks nice! Open til midnight so that's a plus! Usually fairly quick service!

It was a big online order, $85+ took a decent time to get it ready but everything was there, straws and plenty of napkins.

The menu is simple enough and the service is fast. Bacon cheese fries could be hotter and fresher but all the important parts were there.

We had the chicken parmesan Caesar salad. It was very good. It may be the only fast food choice where you can get a quality salad

Received attention when I asked for a meatless burger, the bag was arranged neatly with different items in different bags. But had to ask for receipt and my last minute order of fries was missing.

Got our order wrong again. Ordered two 4 for 4 jr bacon cheeseburger meals and two 4 for 4 crispy chicken sandwich meals. Two were supposed to have spicy chicken nuggets and two were supposed to have regular chicken nuggets. Received 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers, 3 spicy nuggets and 1 regular chicken nuggets. Had to go back through the drive thru to get the 2 chicken sandwiches, didn't bother with the chicken nuggets just gave them to my husband. Their order screen wasn't working or we would have caught the mistake and not have to come back through the drive thru again 😠

I had a Tmobile rewards for me & my Mama which I uploaded at your Wendy’s App for pick-up at your 2222 San Ramon, Valley Blvd., San Ramon, CA 94583. When I did to pick up the bogo burgers & i was told code was redeemed already. I showed the cashier & told me I could not redeen them anymore even i mentioned our names & they don’t know anything about the TMobile Tuesdays reward that I upload to your Wendy’s App!! What’s going on. I had to buy a combo of your Bourbon Bogo Cheese Burger without the lettuce & hamburger pickles!! So disappointing taste & customer service as you do not provide customer relations training!! Disgusting!!

There is a height limit of 9' in the drive thru. Only reason is for a rain cover over the speaker box. If you have a taller truck go somewhere else because you can't go inside either.

I’ve tried this place a dozen times over the years since I’m a Wendy’s fanboy and it’s close to my house - but it’s just disgusting. Everything is either soggy and smashed, or so old, stale, dry and over cooked it’s inedible. The franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered an Asiago chicken club combo with no tomato. With a chedder and bacon baked potato. I received a sandwich with a piece of chicken that was disgustingly dry and tough with ranch and pickles only and a baked potato with chives but no cheese or bacon. Even if I excused the fact the order was wrong, the quality of the food was so bad that I feel compelled to write a review telling others. The chicken had the consistency of tough beef jerky. I hope this is not a common thing but I for one will not be returning to find out.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through. Wouldn't be a problem except it was just me and one other car. And to top things of. The food wasn't even hot. You think after waiting that long the food would be hot.
