I worked for this chain in college and this location does a lot of things wrong. The young man this afternoon left extra in nearly every blender, which makes customers feel like they aren't getting what they paid for. The recipes are literally measured out exactly, I have no idea how he got it so wrong every time. I bought a ginger shot, which was offered to be mixed into my smoothie. Since I saw his dirty blenders, I said, "Okay but only if you serve it in a larger cup." Cashier said, "Yes of course." What did he do? He served it in a small. Then I asked for the rest of my smoothie bc there was a ton in the blender. He said, "Oops my bad" and poured it into a bigger cup. I lost product in both the small plastic cup (which went straight into the garbage + a top) and the blender. And it was super chunky. What happened to 'witness the whirl'? For a $12 drink and ruining the planet, do not go to this location until they fire that guy. Oh forgot to mention that he is supposed to announce the drinks as he serves them. He just mumbles and does it so slow while he stares at the ground. Every single family was like Which one is this again? And this? Etc.

So it says they open at 7am, i showed up at 7:55 and they didnt open til 8:05. While i was early waiting someone REGULAR as the manager called, showed up and stepped in front of me and they just took her order and acted like i wasnt even there waiting!!! Then i ordered a large pb banana protein and they didnt even bother to fill it up fully, thats why i ordered largeee!!! To get that extra protein and nutrition!!! Shame on ya, lost a long time customer to JUICE ZONE forever!!!!

I walked in and stood there waiting to order a single item then the lights started to turn off and they said they were closed. It was a few minutes before 8 when they were to close. Maybe lock your doors if you’re closed and stay open until your actual closing time.

Customer Service Sucks. They turn off equipment and stop serving way before they are scheduled to close. Overall very unhelpful.

Got to the Jamba Waited and didn't even feel acknowledged at all by staff. Customer service sucks. My drink sucks it's gross but that's on me for picking this I guess.

Walked into the store and wasn't acknowledged for over 5 mins as I stood at the register. The ladies behind the counter were working and and saw me walk on and looked my way several times and said nothing. I had to ask if someone is working the front register and they had a attitude as if I was the problem. This store has horrible customer service. I'm a local and will not return

Poor service, I ordered a large smoothie and they messed up and didnt make enough to fill the cup. I heard one girl say "just add juice" Ended up with a cup of sloppy apple juice that was warm and not frozen. Disappointed they should know better

This place has the worst employees I've ever witnessed in my entire life!! No customer service at all. No one bothers to greet you or say I'll be with you shortly. I was in there yesterday and they had 6 employees and no one bothered to acknowledge me . After about 3 minutes, I left. These kind of places should be shutdown because first of all they keep raising their prices for the less than mediocre quality of frozen fruit smooties and other so called fruit juices, and then on top of that, horrible management and employees!!! STAY AWAY if you're not a complete idiot.

Horrible customer service! 3/7/18 12:25pm. Went to grab a juice at lunch and waited behind 2 other people for 15 min. without any acknowledgment from the young man and woman that were working. No thanks for waiting, or friendly service.. just "what can I get you?" I didn't have time to wait now for the 5 juices that were being made in front of me, so just grabbed a water and popcorn. I said, just this...then she asked me my name...???.... I said again, just this, and gave her my money, she gave me my change and no thank you or anything! Wouldn't go back to this location. Not the first time the service was bad.

I come into this exact Jamba Juice many times a week and I've never encountered employees being so rude towards customers!!! Today Saturday August 27th I came in at 4pm and was greeted with all the employees saying "welcome to Jamba" (as usual) as I approached the register the African american employee looked me up and down rolled her eyes and said "hi what do you want" as a person that goes to restaurants quite a bit I've never been asked "what I wanted" I told her my order and she continued to be so snotty. This was not the first time of complete rudeness. ALL of the employees were rude. So disappointed.
