The guys and gals behind the counter are so friendly! This is the perfect casual place if u want a great sandwich.

Soups, salads and sandwiches are great!! Line can be to the door at times but I have never waited more than 20 min to order and receive my food.

modest and cozy decor, with some of the best sandwhich bread in the area. their durch crunch is both crispy, yet soft to the bite and full of flavor. wont scratch your mouth despite the satisfying crunch you get from it, and all the snadwhiches are tastefully crafted with the ingredients and even their calorie counts displayed for you right at the counter. its an experience thats especially worth it for a casual lunch date. the cali clasico was so good i didnt even stop myself to take a photo

They have great food, the staff is very friendly and you can't beat their service. I always order the Turkey Walnut Pesto sandwich. It comes with sliced turkey, avocado, jack cheese, red onion, tomatoes and sprouts.

Great spot for a fast friendly lunch experience. Not to mention the food was wonderful and fresh the tomato soup was delightful! Paired with half sandwich it was a perfect lunch. Casual but comfortable.

The Hoodiscus Filmore machine that I gave to my pal Winslow Wackbeater is off kilter, so I went to Lafayette to help him fix it. I spotted Erik's DeliCafe on my way in and decided to get a couple of sandwiches for us, as it was lunchtime. It was a great decision.

Some really good sandwiches and service. They'll also customize anything you want and have really good prices for the portions.

Good food. Clean. We got our order quickly. The family in front of us didn't get there order at all until they asked. Then they made it quickly for them.

I haven't been to their place nor am i aware of the price hence the general 4 star rating srry. I have tried their sandwiches as part of lunch meetings and I love them, for quality of food definite 5 star.

My first time at the San Ramon Erik's. This location has ample seating & alot of natural light since it's the corner business at the strip mall it's in. Very clean & the staff was courteous & polite. The woman who took our order (sorry I didn't catch her name) was patient with my wife & I as we tried to remember what our usual order is. The sandwiches were made well, to Erik's premium deli standard! Definitely worth going out of our way to visit this location.

The soup was good and warm, but they pastrami sandwich didn't meet expectations. The bread was average, but they pastrami didn't taste like pastrami. I will not go back

They must train the front counter staff to interrupt you in the middle of your order. I don't know about other people but when i'm interrupted in the middle of telling them what I want, they scramble my brain trying to see if I want this that and another thing. Just let me get my order out!!!

Blend sandwich no sauces to add any kind of flavor. No salt too. The pita bread was chewy. Tomato basil bisque was super blend with lots of cream. High price for such a blend sandwich. Never coming back.

Finally got around to reviewing. Its been 6 months. The sandwich was not good. Tuna sandwich had a tiny amount of tuna and sprouts. It did not taste fresh. Ive been to many Eriks in the past 20 years. This was the worst. Seems like its cost cutting at work.
