Most people are already aware of this great burger shop. If you're new to it though, do a quick Google search for the secret menu and make sure you get the most of your experience. Their burgers are very simple and the quality of the ingredients are great. At the end of the day it's not a full on restaurant so if that's what you're expecting, you may be disappointed. But, they do what they do well and the employees seem genuinely happy.

I am surprised how busy this place was that late at night. Any how long line up the driveway but the food tasted really good. One burger with caramalized onions, animal fries and one normal cheese burger. All good, will visit again in California

Something about San Ramon do they cook with love I had many In-N-Out burgers in a lot of cities the one in San Ramona's hands down the best one. It's just like taco bell anything in San Ramon is made with love the way they wrap the burger protein style everything's perfect about my burger. It's In-N-Out burger the consistencies always the same, perfect.

I went twice this year when I visited Cali. Growing up in Cali, this place is the best burger. I'm glad no matter how many HS kids go through this place, it always seems the same. I'm so surprised though their prices haven't changed much. I will always get a burger 2-3 times from here when I visit my old hometown.

Had the animal style burger - it was good. The bun has a nice chew to it as well. Hard to beat something that tastes like that for the price. 50s decor suits the place.

A must have if you're visiting California and never tried it. You can order it any way you'd like as well if you don't want their special spread. Sometimes I would order just a hamburger with ketchup if I'm craving something simple.

In-N-Out Burger never disappoints. It’s a must-visit for any burger lover. ❓Why it’s so popular and always busy? They are known for maintaining a high standard of food quality and service. The brand has developed a loyal following, with many customers willing to wait in line for their favorite burgers and fries 🍟🙃 Their classic burgers are juicy and flavorful, with fresh toppings that make every bite a delight. The fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside I would love to recommend going to In N Out during off-peak hours 😜but apparently, In-N-Out's 'off-peak' hours are just peak hours with slightly shorter lines.

What can you say about In-N-Out that hasn't already been said. Always a stellar experience, always fast, healthy-ish, food. We always get the lettuce wrap double double and nothing else in our effort to try and eat semi-healthy.

One of the best In-N-Outs in all of Northern California. The quality is top notch and very consistent. Don’t let the long drive thru discourage you. They are efficient. My only area of improvement is sometimes they add too little ice for their drinks and make the shakes too early and the drinks are melting. Always a crowd pleaser at my family.

What's not to like! Incredible prices for a quality burger and freshly cut fries. Don't be intimidated by the excessively long line - it moves much faster than you'd think. Highly recommend parking and getting food to go if the drive through line is too long, it's often faster. Also recommended checking their website for the "secret menu", there's lots of good variations there - my favorite is Protein Style, which replaces the bun for a lettuce wrap.

I don't go there for the atmosphere, I go there for the very reasonably priced cheeseburger and chocolate shake. Especially the protein style.

The food here is always delicious, and the staff is incredibly polite! The only downside is that it can get quite noisy and a bit messy due to the large number of visitors. But that’s understandable – the team simply can’t clean everything instantly. As soon as the crowd thins out, everything quickly becomes neat and tidy again. Either way, this place is definitely worth a visit – highly recommend!

Sat inside and watched the crew here on Saturday, 4/5/25 from like 14:46 to 15:56… wanted to tell everyone how well they did as a crew. I observed everyone working cohesively and always busy and everyone seemed to work well together and the vibe seemed good. Nice to see bunch of young people working so well together and still have a good attitude. Food was good too.

I am always amazed how efficient the team is. Huge line of cars slowly moving. Insid, people are waiting for the food but there is no line. Things are moving super fast and I fed 4 kids for $35. Best ever

I grew up near an In N Out, and miss it greatly. There is one near the hotel we were in for a conference. We hit it twice in three days so I could get my fix. The burgers are as great as I remember. In-N-Out is a legendary fast food eatery found out West. The menu is simple. Burgers, fries, shakes or other drinks. Food is great. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Service is fast. Restrooms are clean. Prices are very reasonable. Recommended for any fast food eater. Great for families.

My favorite burger joint of all time. The food is made fresh. The service is on point and the wait time minimal. The place is clean and inviting. I had the double double animal style, which is the double cheese burger with grilled onions. I also had animal style fries which has grilled onions cheese and their special hamburger sauce. Also ordered a chocolate shake. Hit the spot after a long day of traveling.

Having heard my partner rave about In-N-Out, I had always been curious to try it since it wasn't available in my area. On Monday, October 23, 2023, I went to In-n-out and I ordered chocolate shake and fries . It tasted delicious. Their service was good. The bathroom was clean.

I went to In n Out and ordered a grilled cheese meal with a drink + fries. \nThe food tasted amazing, the staff was nice, the service was friendly and the ambiance was calm.

Typical experience here. The burgers are on the smaller size and they were fresh.

I would normally give any In-n-Out a 5 because the food is consistently outstanding at any location, and this one also has outstanding food. This location gets dinged a star for speed. I was there late at night so the line was unusually short, but I still had to wait several minutes after I was at the drive-up window. All I ordered was a cheeseburger, so not sure why it took so long. The food is still great.

Good food, good service, bad location with drive thru designed for failure. Come here at any busy time and you'll find a 15-car line pushing back into the road, while the counter has maybe 2-3 people in line. If you can park or go inside any other way, do it. If not, well, I had a whole meal before a car in the drive thru when I started got their food. There's simply not enough space here.

It has been 9 years since I last visited In N Out. Burger is still pretty good, especially considered the price. Service is fast and friendly. However I remembered the fries were much better back then. Not sure why but tonight's fried are soft and no taste. Will still go back for the burger minus fries.

The burger was perfect, fresh, hot, and as ordered. The fries tasted good but they weren't hot... Only just slightly warm. The chocolate shake was the perfect after dinner treat. Clean well lit dining room and polite counter service. The drive through line was 15 cars long so I decided to walk inside and order.

I was disappointed in their chocolate milkshakes. Either the hot weather or they changed their recipe but the shakes were not so much ice cream textured but more foamy textured. Will ask before I order another one.

It's hard to say there's a lot of atmosphere when your entire trip revolves around a large circle around the parking lot in a very very white building with some red trim. But it was clean and this location has much better traffic management than most? Food and service are of course top notch, but you'll still have to wait even when there's 20 people working inside. That's how busy they are!

Thank goodness for this place staying open late. We just flew in from Hawaii and picked up are truck via Uber. Starving after a long flight, this place was still open for seated dining. Burgers hit the spot.

One of the better locations in the Bay Area. We go weekly because we have teenagers. The last few weeks, the food was on point. Almost perfect I dare say. Buns were perfectly toasted, and the burger and all toppings were laid out in the where there is coverage with every bite. This was the last four weeks or so. This last week was back to ok. Wish they could keep the consistency but I get it when the crew changes. My other thing is consistency with portion sizes on fries. Sometimes you’ll get enough fries and with the gals less. Think associates are filling up portions based on personal preference but it should all be a standard size. My favorites are add pickle, ketchup and mustard only, fries well done or light. Still the best fast food chain in town and as healthy as can be for a burger joint. We’ll be back.

Drive thru order - I ordered the double double combo and I must say the burger felt surprisingly light for something so meaty. The burger is juicy but it is not the terrifying, artery clogging, cholestrol fuelled monstrosity like a Five Guys bacon cheeseburger, but maybe that's a good thing. It's a very very good burger 👍 the fries however felt a bit chalky

A reliable in n’ out experience. Good service, quick turn around, reasonable price for fast food. Everyone who helped us was very nice. The burgers at in n’ out are a bit overhyped compared to some other burger places, as are the shakes. So if you’re looking for a good tasting burger, this might not be your jam.

First time I tried it because I was traveling it was the best after. But after a few times it felt that it was consistent on taste. They should train the cooks the same way. I believe the cooks make a big difference on how they prepare the burgers. Sometimes I would receive it hot and sometimes cold especially with the toppings it makes a huge difference.

Food is as usual cooked fresh, but the prices seem to have gone up a fair amount. The size of the beef patties also seemed thinner and smaller.

This was my first time trying in-n-out and it was okay. The burger was good but not really anything special imo. The fries were not good. They brought the experience down for me. I have been to In n out many time. The prices for the food are excellent in this time of inflationary food chains. The burger this time just seemed so thin, an the fries really basic. I had just had lunch at The Habit, and had a very recent comparison. The Habit’s fries were outstanding and very plentiful, the burger extremely delicious. I guess it just comes down to a budget thing, and who you want to support with your hard-earned cash. The Habit was much more expensive. In n out was much more affordable and still very good.

It is our family's regularly visited In-n-Out store since it is near our home. Most In-n-Out burgers taste good and fresh, but the burgers and fries are sometimes salty at this location. Today, it was raining in the morning, and I realized when I ordered my food that they offer hot cocoa for children. But they refused to give it to me because it had stopped raining when I ordered the burgers. One of the employees asked his manager, but the manager kept saying no. My son was very disappointed and almost cried as he expected a hot cocoa. I could persuade him with a promise I would give him a hot chocolate as soon as we arrived home. The policy should last the entire day when it rains, not ONLY WHILE IT IS RAINING.

Went through the drive-thru but the burgers were heavily salted. Had to eat the fries to offset. Outside service was good, but the quality can suffer if you're constantly pumping them out for the consistent line outside. Could be better.

The food is always VERY agreeable to me. I love the simplicity of the menu and the burgers and fries are always excellent. However, I was skipped over at this location, and waited until I heard number 20 and 23, before I realized my number wasn't going to be called. The young dude at the counter immediately ran to the kitchen and got me order out in about 6 minutes. However a 2 for atmosphere. Only because there was no seating, and very sparse parking available outside. Use the drive-thru, right? Unfortunately, the line of cars was about 30 cars deep and extended down the street. I mean, good for business, but maybe another location nearby might alleviate such issues.

I live right next to this In and out so I go pretty often, I will say it’s one of the worst IN and Outs I’ve been to and I grew up in Southern California surrounded by them. On multiple occasions the fries are super soggy and one time the lettuce almost made choke from how stringy it was? I gave it a few more tries after those two instances but the food overall is mid. I’m sorry I don’t normally post bad reviews but it’s been over 4 times and I always wait for it to get better lmao.

I visited this location in April of 2019. It was an icebox inside, and I asked one of the employees to make it warmer and he seemed to have a little attitude problem. Also there were these couple trying to sell me a pyramid scam. This store has issues!

Well, after waiting in line for half an hour, clarifying order twice only to still not receive proper order was disappointing. Add on opened straw full paper removed punctured in...just all hit different. I know they get a lot of traffic but, just slow down a bit...just enough to get it right.
