I never been to a taco bell cantina, it felt weird but cool to see beer on the menu, lol

The food might give diarrhea, but dam! It tastes so good. Indulge sparingly. They also remodeled. Huge flat sceens with video games, Dad rock playing on speakers. Who could possibly want for more?

I eat at Taco Bell quite a bit and this particular Taco Bell has very fast and friendly service although it can be crowded at times. It is kept very clean. Seems to be somewhat of a hangout for the high school kids at lunch.i never see any problems. Clean restrooms. For fast food very well prepared tacos, burritos, quesadillas and other items. They are not just thrown together. Hard working employees.

A lot of people get angry when its “slow” and there’s a long wait time. Yet it should be noticed that they aren’t standing around. You can notice that they are putting out large doordash/mobile orders. Good customer service and quick checkout with the kiosks

I tasted a lot of taco bell it's one of my favorite fast food restaurants. This one has to be the best one it's in San Ramon they must make it with love they just don't throw together like the other taco bells. Hands down the best taco bell I ever tasted

I recently visited the Taco Bell in San Ramon and was incredibly impressed with the overall experience. One of the standout elements of this visit was the exceptional service and atmosphere fostered by Assistant Manager Temeka. From the moment I walked in, I could sense the positive energy and efficiency in the store. Temeka greeted my Son and I with a warm smile and the staff was attentive to my son and I bringing over our food to our table remembering what each of us had ordered. What else truly set this Taco Bell apart was the cleanliness and organization. Temeka was constantly moving around, ensuring that the dining area and restrooms were spotless. Her dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness truly reflected her commitment to customer satisfaction. She was friendly, approachable, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that each customer had a great experience. Overall, our visit to this Taco Bell was exceptional, and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

There's nothing wrong with San Ramon that isn't obvious to everyone... Except for those that are unfortunate enough to live here, and about the best thing about San Ramon is the Taco Bell Cantina, it's a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ joint! So, when Haggard Pinnpickle, the ex-conductor for the now defunct Concord Naval Weapons Railroad and Munitions Transport called and said he's moving to Napa to lead the Napa Wine Train, I was all in to help him move, but first I want Quesadillas from the Taco Bell Cantina! They're always a 5 star item! ☆☆☆☆☆

Taco Bell's been here for quite a while it is one of the few cantinas I think in the area that sells alcohol large area for seating there is no drive-thru so that is one negative but I think that's because it's a cantina style very friendly service for the guy that helped me fast service zero complaints

This was our on the way stop and go to get some Bean And Cheese Burritos to go as we still had an hour and half drive home. Little did we realize that this was not your average TB with a drive through. This was the recently introduced "Cantina" version that not only serves the TB items but also Alcohol. We only had heard about it but this was an experience we could not pass so we went inside. Order placed 100% on a kiosk and waited to have it delivered over the counter. For the experience, I ordered a drink from their Alcohol Menu and I chose to try their Cantina IPA. Our food was handed over first along with the sodas. We asked and checked for NO MEAT in our all beans only order and it was prepared correctly. Finally we had to ask for the Alcoholic beverage and a pleasant server carded me for 21 and over ID, then popped out a plastic cup 16 oz and placed it vertically over an array of some nozzles and to my surprise it started filling in the IPA from the bottom of the cup. It was amazing to see the clear cup fill up from the bottom for a first time. I took the cup and had a sip. The Cantina IPA tasted amazing and so was the rest of our food order. Oh and while waiting for the food inside, we noticed there was a gaming section setup with 6 X-Box consoles. 4 monitors for 4 consoles in the middle and one each Monitor and console for Left side and Right side. Allowing gamers to play for free. This was a first of its kind experience observed where Video Game Console available for playing for kids and adults alike. Great Thinking Taco Bell Corporate. I wish you success and hoping the folks who visit enjoy their time spent at TB Cantina. This was location in San Ramon, CA. Taco Bell 4 Life.

Clean establishment. I really like the updated Kiosk look & feel. Service was relatively quick but it depends on the time of day. It's not a quiet place to choose for food digestion. Interior noise was loud in combination with people chatting can be unnerving for people with sound sensitivity, so you might want to get in & out! No Drive Thru! Food seemed good & fresh as can be for this type of eatery.

If you are looking for a place for your party, here they offer the opportunity to do so.

Taco Bell cantina so they sell alcohol, have sports up on the screens, have PlayStations for people to relax. It's a great upgrade from the old tables everywhere atmosphere. The food is still Taco Bell so not much improvement there but if you're looking for a little sports bar that's pretty casual this isn't a bad choice. Right next to a Tesla charge station so a great place to recharge you while your car is charging.

Quick and easy process. The catina was PACKED! Love that you can walk up to the kiosks, punch in your order with any modifications, pay and they start right on your order. While you are waiting there are Xbox games to play with a bleacher type seating area. No more waiting in line to order and then waiting for your order. They did a great job on our food as well. Fun atmosphere. Love the remodeling.

About average for the food, but the wait time can be overly long. I stopped in for three bean & Cheese burritos and it took over 15 minutes wait on my order....only two people with similar meal orders ahead of me. Stop here if you're hungry, but be prepared to wait.

This is a Taco Bell Cantina now. It looks pretty cool. I played a little bit of Xbox while I waited for my order. I came in at 11:30 for lunch. The food was about as hot and fresh and neatly prepared as I have ever seen at any restaurant. No music though, which killed the mood. I usually like the music they play in Taco Bell. So four stars.

I ordered onions on my tacos and I was in a hurry grabbing a quick lunch so By the time I got back to eat my lunch. There were no onions on my tacos even though I paid for them. The tomatoes tasted extremely old. There was hardly any meat.It was the size of a pencil worth of meat in my taco.It was a lettuce taco. Terrible. I will not go to them again.

I never see any of the gaming consoles being used or on. Also everytime I go and order an adult beverage they are always unavailable. Always told they are out of order or something along those lines.

We may be just a bit old-fashioned perhaps, but having to use self-serve kiosks did not appeal to us. Anyone with special dietary needs must navigate to the sub menu where customization can be made. It seems like a trained cashier could power through those sorts of changes rather quickly, but that is not possible apparently. Having alcoholic beverages at Taco Bell is a little unusual, but it must be working or they wouldn't continue. Guests can play Xbox for a fee either while they are waiting for their food or perhaps as part of their outing. There were not enough indoor seats to accommodate all of the guests, it's obvs set-up to be a self-serve, take-out place, which contradicts the Xbox side. They use far less space & have less work to do, but it's nice to be able to sit down inside especially during inclement weather so we'll adjust our expectations if we stop by this location again. Took longer than expected, but they must've had lots of online orders to catch up on. Really small portions on added tomatoes, lettuce, & onions.l - less than a tablespoon; however, food was warm & Taco Bell style tasty.

sub-par service. thus has been converted into a taco bell Cantina, meaning they serve alcohol, but the order process is completely automated. customers are intended to use a kiosk versus speaking with a person, and the only human interaction would be if you are paying cash. not a fan of this, nor of the homestyle video game setup they have...honestly, if you have to play games, then your food is taking too long. I don't think this is a good corporate evolution.

The food is sub par compared to other Taco Bell’s. No one ever cleans the place so it’s really dirty. There are napkins and food all over the floor. The tables are never clean either. The service is really slow as they only have 2-3 employees in the kitchen at the same time. At some times, you have to wait 30-40 mins for your food.

Waited to open (Wed 11/21), then to be told not serving any food, just coffee. They could have posted a note on the door, this way, NOBODY wastes time. (12/21), not open on time, you knock and they just ignore you. Maybe they're short staffed (management issue IMO), Usually service is good and so is food. Waited until they opened 20 mins later (so much for fast food)

Waited quite awhile to get a beef and cheese burrito. Got home and I got a rice and nacho cheese burrito. They are too busy filling phone/online orders. Many people waiting for an individual order. I love taco bell, but this was not cool. One man was so upset because he waited a long, long time, he told someone on the phone that he would never come back.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Orders consistently take twice the time that they should to make. Store hours posted were until 1am. I arrived over an hour before this. The employees watched me park, jumped up to turn off the lights, and then laughed as they watched me walk back to my car. Atrocious customer service.

I am so utterly disappointed… It’s was a full house today and I get the workers were stressed, but the guy at the kiosk disappointed me so much… I waited more than half an hour for my order that I ordered on the tablets. While I was waiting, I saw them calling out and preparing DoorDash orders. Shelves upon shelves of DoorDash orders they created laying out there, and very FEW doordashers were collecting them. Then, I decided to ask the guy about my order. He said “I don’t know when it will be ready.” I suggested that you guys are working so hard on DoorDash orders that no one is picking up, why don’t you guys start working on some in-house orders? I said this because most fast food places prioritize in-house orders over online orders. Why don’t they get some of the in-house orders out of the way for the customers who are ready to pick up their food? He rudely then said, “No I don’t wanna hear all that!” And basically threw a fit and said, “Why don’t you go somewhere else?!” And I tell him I’ve been waiting for more than half an hour, I do not want to hear that you don’t know when my food is going to get ready. I did my part and waited patiently… He rudely gave me a refund in cash when I paid with card. When I asked him about it, he rudely ignored me. A really disappointing experience. I get that you guys were busy but this was unprofessional and unorganized.
