Even though they were closing in a half an hour they still let us dine in and gave us the best treatment and service the barbecue chicken pizza with excellent along with the pepperoni and sausage one👍👍

Apparently this place just opened? We came here for a large event hosted by someone else so we traveled a ways and were pretty happy with our experience there. The food was good, priced pretty average for Round Table. The employees were very kind and even turned the arcade games on for my kid.

The restaurant was bright, light, and clean. Pizza was great. Will return - easy place for a quick bite to eat.

It's was clean and all employees were wearing their masks properly. Pizza was delicious. I will be making this my go to location.

Fariba and the whole crew here are just great! Carryout pizza is always ready 20 min after I order it and it is perfectly cooked! This restaurant is very clean and welcoming.

Amazing!!! In a valley with more than a few pizza places this new Round Table actually fills a need! GREAT place for a large group party- clean, friendly and the food is fantastic. Fresh pizza, which came out quickly! We had reserved the party room for my foster daughter's birthday and the staff worked with us to make sure the night was magical. I was able to provide a feast with drinks and games for less than $10 per person. Teens ate and ate and we even had a few slices for the next day. Since the party was a teen party, no beer drinkers but the beer wall is cool.

I have to say a HUGE THANK YOU to you all. This is the best pizza in the area by far! Even compared to other Round Tables (sorry to say) you are doing something right that all the other's are doing wrong. They don't cook dough properly or they are making it up ahead of time...their pizza dough is raw in certain places. Not just RT either. So we were all pleasantly surprised at finally a great pizza pie! Will definitely be back. Bravo

What can I say? Its the best commercial franchise of pizza. I love to deliver a Round Table Pizza the aroma from the pizza is phenomenal. Keep up the good work and San Ramon Round Table Pizza is the best around

OMG I never thought I'd give Round Table 5 Stars!!! That's why I don't have pictures, but I swear to you it was beautiful. It looked even better than the picture in the advert. The Italian Garlic Supreme. I had them use their zesty red sauce instead of the garlic cream sauce. It was packed with super fresh toppings and it was delicious guys. Also had the garlic parmesan wings which I only got one because my girl devoured them.

Very nice place with excellent food. Way over priced for pizza, probably why we were the only two people there on a Saturday at dinner time.

Nick provided excellent service! The place hasnt had a grand opening yet but we were very excited to try out the assortment of taps and their lunch buffet once everything is up and running. Awesome dogs!

This place is awesome! Not only does Roundtable have the best pizza and wings they added self serve beer and games!!that to me is the best combination! It's such a spacious area perfect for parties. Good food and good times!

Their pizza is the best Round Table pizza I have had. Compared to other big franchise pizza places, this one is at the top. If you compare to local Pizzerias, then it becomes a matter of personal taste and choice. They have beer on tap self service and a game room for the little ones.

Clean friendly place went there for lunch and was pleasantly surprised how fast the table service was nice table lay out plenty of room along with plenty of seating plus to do have a good sized meeting room if needed. They offer a nice looking salad bar a d will be offering a buffet soon which should be a huge hit. Defintely not you traditional round table pizza place. Will be visiting again

Often chosen as a sports team gathering place. Pizza is mediocre compared to other round tables. Service is ok. Good spaces for groups to gather.

Slow service, pizza was late by 20 minutes even though the front end guy asked the people in back for the order when I arrived, I still had an extensive wait time. Also, one guy try to give a customer wrong order and one customer got 2 out of 3 pizzas and waited almost as long as me for his 3rd pizza.

Do you like great pizza but also love to be talked down to, overcharged, and lied to? Then this is the place for you! Apparently the place is owned by a guy named Tom, but the employees are not allowed, or won't, tell you how to get in touch with him if you have a question or complaint. Therefore, I get to write a public review about the worst experience at a pizza place I have ever had. Tonight I brought a gathering of 30 youth girls from our non-profit for a team bonding event to the Round Table Club House. We called ahead and had tables reserved. We thought we would be able to use our $7 off coupon for being a Round Table Royalty member, but alas, they do not honor Round Table Coupons. Instead they were not interested in honoring a coupon to take anything off the over $400 bill. I can chalk that up to my fault for not checking ahead with them. But what I could not handle was the cashier's arrogance and smug demeanor when asked if we could use the coupons. Every question that we asked him was met with a reply like he did not care that he worked there or if we ever brought business back (which we will not). After our meal while cleaning up, we noticed that the pans for our XL pizzas were different sizes. We ordered multiple XL pizzas and some were Large size and some XL. When I asked the man at the register, he said they use the same pan for both XL and Large. DO NOT BUY AN XL! It is the same size and $6 more according to the guy at the registers logic. The fact that we were ripped off was further proven when we asked for boxes for a leftover full pizza and he gave us Large boxes! Don't get me started on how he is ruder to women than the men. Finally, I asked for the owner's card or a phone number to reach him. I was told his name is TOM and I need to call the store at random times throughout the day to reach him because he does not have a set schedule, or a phone number, or an email address. I guess it is no surprise that after the event I was able to see that the place is for sale. I guess the employee (Zach) really does not care about his job. So if you are looking to buy a pizza place with terrible customer service and a stink of arrogance, this is the deal for you! (The picture is of 5 pizza pans. We ordered 4 XL and 1 Large and had 2 XL and 3 Large pans)

When I visited, There was no activity... I noticed there were employees in the back office... It took 4 times for me to call out, and get an employee for service... I don't understand how it could be busy with no customers in the store... I felt like I was ignored after calling out 4 times...

Messed up our order for a kids birthday party and they were not accommodating at ALL. We will never order from there again!!

This place is always way too crowded. I always watch my pizza sit in the window getting cold while the staff has to deal with someone else asking for something. Tonight I was lucky enough to get ranch dressing with my food and since the lid wasn't put on all the way I ended up with ranch dressing all over my seat, down the side of my seats, in the seat belt connection and I got to go home and clean my car for 30 minutes in the rain while my cold pizza got colder. All because someone in the front got a glass of wine and ended up needing 3 employees to help her since her glass was dirty.

Horrible customer service made my pizza incorrectly the expected me to bring it back. Then when called to complain the lady told me to call back so in an attempt to show them how to properly follow instructions I called 26 times but the lady said it was 40.

Manager Hassan is horrible. Worst customer service. Complained cause it took him 30 minutes to find our place. Said he would not deliver to us anymore. He doesn’t have to worry because we will no longer go to round table ever again.

Was hung up on ten times tonight. Finally got through and they put me on hold for ten minutes. Rude when they did talk to me. NEVER GOING BACK!

This place has the worst customer service I've ever encountered especially for the neighborhood in the city they are in unbelievable when asking such specific questions about pricing it went from a small pizza to a large pizza and the difference was $5 I don't see how that's possible whoever is running the store needs to be reevaluated by the franchise very rude unprofessional and I will make sure to let everybody know that they are this way I work for a large construction company and always seem to get the short end of the stick when I come in with 10 people or more very upsetting I will never go back I will take my money and my company's business elsewhere

Terrible service time. 1st time at this Round Table. Orderd online with 40 minute lead time. Got there right when it was scheduled to be ready and had to wait an additional 30 plus minutes to get it. As well as 4 other people.

Warriors playoff game, 3rd quarter manager turns off volume on game! Terrible. Everyone there were warriors fans.

I said clearly this is too difficult for you so I’ll order elsewhere (which I did Tandoori pizza in Blackhawk is better and closer anyways than pizza from down the hill). I think I know which woman it was that initially had issues because she helped me before she couldn’t comprehend basic responses and charged me for 3 ranch when I got none. Also messed up my order but I was just happy to receive an order. I will not be ordering from here anymore, another round table half a mile away is better and more competent

The manager was terrible in providing customer service and his attitude towards customers was rude. I saw a customer who was upset when we walked in and it seems like this is an issue with the manager there in handling the situation. This spoiled our night and turned us away from Roundtable forever - not going again!

I called about a month and a half ago to reserve the party room, was told it was free, gave them all my information and was told I was all set. They called me so many times to confirm, like they’re extremely unorganized and incompetent. Today, the day of the event, I called about something else and they told me the party room actually is $75 unless you have 40 or more people and even though they had told me that I had a reservation for the party room, I didn’t and they had only reserved a table for me. The man I spoke to on the phone was really rude and clearly didn’t care about the fact that they messed up and left me in the lurch. I was planning on making this event a monthly thing and it was already growing for the future. They lost a lot of business.

Worst pizza I can ever remember eating. Zero flavor. I could only eat half a slice of each Variety I tried. This is not the Round Table pizza I remember. The Man who answers the phone and the man at the counter I found to be very rude. If he’s this rude to the customers imagine how he treats the staff. And if this location doesn’t care about how they talk to customers it makes me wonder what else they don’t care about. Will definitely never go back to this location.

Don't order delivery. They use doordash and not once have I had a good experience with doordash. Just now had to argue with a guy who barely spoke English that he delivered to the wrong address. I said I'm literally standing in front of my door and he said no you aren't. At least I think that's what he said. After some time trying to explain that he wasn't even on the right street a lady finally intervened I eventually got my pizza but it was chewy and cardboard and the ranch had been spilling all over the delivery bag.

I was a regular customer, but after many fiasco’s at this location, I stopped ordering here. Today, after a long time, I decided to order here again and I got severely disappointed. When I arrived at the register, there was nobody there for a few minutes because the staff was outside re-arranging the patio furniture. Once they were done with that, one of the guys ran into the kitchen and grabbed the pizza in a rush. So much of a rush that he did not wash his hands after handling patio furniture, unless he washed his hands within 1 second, which I’m sure is not possible nor compliant with food safety codes. Eventually, I got my pizza and at home I saw a burnt pizza. This explains why the employee skipped washing hands, he must’ve realized that the pizza was still in the oven. This is not the first time that this location has dropped the ball when it comes to product and service quality. Wrong orders, burnt pizzas and a manager or employee (lady by the name of Fariba) who likes to argue over the phone about black pizzas, claiming that they are not burnt, then conveniently tells me that it is a mix-up and that they accidentally switched up orders, to finally start haggling about compensation. Here’s an idea: train managers to be professional and competent so that employees will see and follow that same behavior. Does corporate have any quality control measures in place at all?
