Always great way to make a quick stoo to grab a bite. Restrooms were clean as can be and both drive thru and curb side are reliable.

They deliver food to your table instead of calling your table number. Clean, cozy. Next to Costco. Like it!

I'm not a big fan of fast food but at times it's just needed and let me tell you you did and let me tell you guys this young man named Jose Wow. Iced coffee is always fresh, food is hot, hasbrowns are never stale. I special order but it's still always made right. All the employees are very friendly despite how early in the morning it is, especially the manager, Elias. Definitely prefer this one over the Canyon Del Rey location, at least in the morning (not sure about evenings).

Order was right, food was quick, the guy at the window was very nice about us having to do another order bc some people in the car decided they were hungry after we already ordered. He was totally cool about it and got it in quick. Thank you for the service and patience!

Disappointed. No walk in so we are to order with the app. No problem, I've done it hundreds of times. Problem it is 10:30 on Sunday breakfast is served till 11. But the app wont allow you to order, item unavailable. I talk to a polite girl at door. She asks Pamela the model and I'm told, " there's nothing we can do to serve you." Obviously, they could manually ring it up as cars are rapidly being processed through the drive thru. I've encountered this manager before, unfortunately she has bad customer skills. I'm guessing she's good at paperwork or they would have shoot canned her tush on the first day.

This is a typical McDonald's you'd expect to find. Standard menu, average service. Nothing remarkable, but it gets the job done if you're craving fast food.

Food was freshly cooked but, I was told I couldn't order 20pc spicy nuggets for $5. So I bought 10pc spicy nugget for $4.98. I used the McDonald's app to get a buy 1 Mcflurry, get another 1 for 0.01. This was a pretty good deal. Had to try the new Chips Ahoy Mcflurry. I thought the new spicy nuggets and Chips Ahoy Mcflurry was good.

Food is consistantly good. Service seems a little slow, but they have a very busy drive-through that requires the staff's attention. On a busy thoroughfare so you need to be patient getting in and out.

We had a quick breakfast for the family here. Together we had two Sausage McMuffins with hash browns, juice and coffee, and a ham, egg, cheese breakfast sandwich with applesauce and milk. The portion size was good. The order was correct. The sandwiches weren't greasy at all. The service was friendly, fast and efficient.

Typically they are very quick. Mostly I find they get my order wrong then I have to go wait in my car around the side. They are great when it comes to special food orders for humans and dogs too....lol. Very nice employees.

Usually closed for dine in. Staff always take us to the “take out” designated parking and we wait for a long time. They dont know who they are giving the food to when workers deliver the food to us. They have once questioned if we actually ordered the food thinking we were trying to steal someone elses order. I like mcdonalds tho.

McDonald's, in my opinion has made their most famous side item..French Fries a horrible tasting attempt at cutting costs, I have tried several locations and the Fries taste like used and dirty oil. BLEH their burgers are why I still eat there.

Service is very friendly, food is decent for a McDonald's, dining room is reasonably clean. Areas for improvement include cleaner better-lit restrooms, power outlets at tables, and increasing the customer visit limit from 30 to 90 minutes to better capture business from the nearby Transit Hub, Beach Access, & Starbucks.

I understand it’s California, but they lock the bathroom and don’t allow refills on drinks. First McDonalds I’ve ever been to that doesn’t do refills because it’s their “policy”. Not a nice part of town either. But food was accurate and timely I suppose.

I stopped in to buy a couple of double cheeseburgers without onions so that I could split them with my dog cuz we were hungry. What I got is two McDonald's double cheeseburgers without onions. I don't need a lot of fast food, but I do find myself in another part of the county with my dog, who won't eat before he gets a chance to play. A fast food minimalist cheeseburger goes, it's not the worst option. But they are what they are, and the McDonald's corporation TurnKey Style does not warrant a review unless something is exceptional, which the system doesn't really allow for, except cleanliness and price. This place came in handy one afternoon what temperature expectations are at McDonald's for God's sake. The biggest thing to watch out for with them is price days, as with all other fast food corporate machines. When you can go into a restaurant and leave with better food better service and better value, the future of "fast food is not good"

Overall a pretty average McDonald’s. I am not a fan of lake of counter help. I have seen this at McD in a few states. They don’t allow refills for your drinks and we didn’t get apples with our happy meal and had to ask for them. They were friendly and helpful but would expect the have a complete order.

i go to McDonalds ALOT. most of the time breakfast hours. this is the only Mcdonalds who's employees are rude for no apparent reason. never have i had an issue at any other McDonalds when i order my mocha frappe with xtra chocolate and xtra caramel drizzle. this place is the only place that the morning ladies tell me they can't put extra because they don't charge for it and when i tell them to charge me for it, they say they aren't allowed to do that.... they ALWAYS get my orders wrong, to the point where i think its intentionally just to mess with me. i rather drive 5 more minutes to the other one by home depot and save myself from unpleasant and rude employees too early in the morning

The bread was stale and they did not provide straw for the drinks. My complaint is leaned more towards the fact that the bread was not fresh and it was noticeable.

It makes it easy to review McDonald's because they are all supposed to run things generally using the same repeatable processes to get you your order. I have dealt with the lack of trained customer service here many times. Several instances of getting the wrong order or having to come in from curbside pickup because they wouldn't go back inside to get a fresh ice cream cone. They had it waiting on the counter where it was melting and they actually brought it to me while it was dripping down the employees hand. I asked her kindly to please get me another cone. She literally stood there and told me that this is what they gave her and that she couldn't do anything.

We came in and every single table was filthy. Asked an employee if they could please clean one table off, that all of them were dirty. Nobody came out. Decided to place napkins on the table instead… Had to go and ask for napkins because there were very 3 napkins in the bag even though it was over $30 for our order. Then ordered a chocolate milk to be brought to the table, waited 8 minutes and found it myself at the counter. Overall filthy dining conditions, terrible vibe, high prices for what you get and are expected to dine in. Food quality was what you get at most McDonald’s.

This McDonald's is always understaffed. Which leads to the drive through being slow. Which leads to angry people. Also they have no spare people so don' t bother doing mobile order with curbside pickup, because no matter how long you wait they will not bring it out to you. Which defeats the entire purpose of curbside pickup. I really wish google would make a 1/2 or zero star. Because the food is also cold most of the time.

This place gave us the runs. No kidding, My wife and I got coffee with creamer and my friend got a latte. He had it the worst, coming out of both ends and my wife and I with less milk, just got the runs. Our other friend didn't have anything and didn't get sick. It must have been the milk.

This McDonald's is an absolute joke. They open 15-20 minutes late on a regular basis. Knowing that, I went 40 minutes after they are suppose to open, the lights are on, drive through is lit up, people inside, I pull up to the window after no response at the drive through microphone, and a lady inside just looks at me for a minute or so, finally opens the window, and says they won't be open for 30 or 40 more minutes. After a similar scenario several months ago, I haven't been back until today, and same shi#. Thanks for wasting most of my lunch break, again. Never again, and I'm telling every single person I know not to go there.

After asking them to double check my order at the drive through window...BEFORE pulling away...and being given a mildly sarcastic Yes, Sir...its all there look...I pull away. The manager and some of the female worker was rude. No outlets to charge phones, no refills, no toilet seat liners in either bathrooms and it's been that way for years. On top of all these inconveniences, they also won't help you in the lobby but instead walk an 80 year old lady to a self order kiosk that doesn't even have an option to buy a senior coffee. The owners of this "restaurant" are aware of all this, they just don't care because they're cheap and don't want to hire a cashier just because the minimum wage went up to $20.00

I will never go into a McDonald's again. There is no menu on board, You order from a kiosk and pay to the kiosk. Has to be a card, debit, or credit. The only time you see a person is when your order is called. No receipt was given. Order was missing items. They lost me as a long time customer.

I asked for a water in the drive-thru and a employee got sent home for giving me a water. They have a machine I guess and it ran out of cups. So she went to get some more and the manager told her to park me for a cup of small cup of water. She was yelling at her as she was trying to explain why it was taking a little to the manager. My family and I will never come to this mcdonald's ever again for how she treated that nice employee. Who ever that manager is working (6/24/24) needs to be fired. This is outrageous.

I have had three bad experiences with this now expensive chain this summer - from Colorado to California and in-between. The last one, egg shells in my sausage egg McMuffin in Monterey, was the last straw. From messed up orders to just bad cooking and prep, and horrible tasting food - I'm not game any longer.

you could be on fire and the staff from tonight would still have ignored all of us. several people standing waiting for help but they couldn't be bothered. one guy had to wave his hat around just to get their attention and then they immediately turn around and ignored everyone else. whoever was on staff tonight around 8pm should not be working with the public. very rude with everyone. there's no reason to treat people so poorly. they knew we were all right there too....

The lady at the drive thru has rude and snappy as I tried ordering. I have an accent so I understand if she struggled to understand me but she had no right to berate me for trying my best. I ordered 2 McChicken, 1 Big Mac Meal, and 1 Orange Juice but instead got 2 Big Mac Meals and 1 McChicken. The man at the window was also rude as I tried telling him that my order was messed up, he snatched the receipt from my hands when I handed it to him and keeping muttering things I couldn’t understand. Even when they “fixed” my order I still didn’t get my Orange Juice but instead a McFlurry, when I tried telling the man, he just left. So I went home after waiting a couple of minutes for him to come back to the window. I’m very heartbroken because I don’t understand what I did to receive such treatment.

I ordered take out, but when we arrived to pick it up, the McDonald’s was closed and I couldn’t pick up my food. Had to get an entire refund.

First disappointment is you have to order in the app or kiosk because no one is in the front desk. Know they say no re-fills of your soda and i asked for ketchup on a 20 dollar order and only received 2 ketchups.

We got a to go order and most of our order was completely wrong. Our fries were also not cooked all the way. The lady at the second window kept asking us what our order was (and then kept giving us the wrong food).

I just wanted an egg and cheese biscuit as I’m allergic to pork. I was given the wrong order multiple times and no refund, even after proving a receipt. Manager could not understand that I could not have meat, insisted that the wrong order was my fault as they didn’t do orders with no meat. :( If they had told me that when ordering I would’ve gotten something else, but I’ve had this same order at the same location many times before. I would have been thankful to get a refund and go somewhere else.
