Well, it's around lunch time and it's busy. The kids from the school across the street will definitely keep this place busy. I decided to call in my order instead of wait. The lady told me it would be 10 min till I can pick up my order. I came in at exactly 10min and my order was ready. She quickly checked me out and I was out the door. The smoothie was perfect and so was the service. I ordered a shot of ginger and a C smoothie. She informed me if I wanted a slice of orange on the side just to let them know.

New location so everything is clean. The drinks are typical Jamba Juice. Love them. There are a couple of things: 1) went to this location late in the day and the location looks closed. It needs more light or an OPEN sign. Something. 2)I know this is a new location but half of the location is empty. It makes it look like they are still waiting for tables.

Ordering in person is cheaper than through maps/online even though it says "no service fee" I rather get off and tip them the difference. Also, some things say they are unavailable but in person they are.

How does it take 45 mins for two bowls with only one other person in the store and 4 employees. I wish they never closed the South Coast Metro location. They should’ve closed this one instead

Came in this morning to get my matcha GREEN tea blast, worker Sunday March 10th totally didn’t make it right. I ordered online and she said I can’t get a refund. I been trying to get it online, but can’t get it. Went back in, asked worker and gives me attitude that doesn’t know how like you’re messing my order up the least you could do is find a solution. Horrible customer service. I don’t know what recipe she followed but this is not a matcha green tea blast!!

Well the employees move at a snail's pace. That's fine. I plan for that and I always call in my smoothie ahead of time. Today it took 8 phone calls before anyone would answer. By the time they did and took my order, I was standing in the store. Seriously, get faster workers and a better phone system.

Slowest service ever. And rude. I ordered and tried to pay with a $100 bill. First, there is not one mention any where that you do not accept bills over $20. And 2nd, i sis not appreciate being told in a rude snarky way. I understand if you don't accept them, but how was I to know. And he could have been pleasant about it

Terrible açai, I do not recommend it maybe the others fine but the açai is the worst ever its very sour everything is just very sour and for the price is not worthy, im brazilian and I can say it its not even close from a real açai or at least one of good quality.

My boyfriend always buys drink at this location and today was just bad so he picked up his order a little late so there was this white skinny girl with black hair that handed him his drink and rolled her eyes as she was doing that which is unprofessional and really bf customer service we will no longer go to this location because of her and will be reaching out to corporate people like that shouldn’t be working in places where you should be customer friendly!
