Everything is great 10/10. Food is amazing. Super friendly fast service great for grownups and kids. We loved it.

Thought it was pricey at first, $30 for a Ceviche Plate de Camaron. After I actually started eating it I realized it was a few pounds of really good food.

It’s outside this is the pink mariscos food truck. You can’t miss it. My mom and my cousin told me about this place. I have seen it before, just never went. Mariscos is better if someone else tries it out first. You can see my mom is having fun.

Ordered some shrimp empanadas and the Tostada Caliente. I wasn't prepared for the journey my tongue was about to embark on upon taking a bite into that empanada. The empanada was so good that it made me forgive everyone that's ever wronged me. The tostada caliente was so flavorful, I wasn't even prepared for it. I gave some to my neighbor, we've been fighting for years. But after sharing some of this food with him, we're now pals. We're supposed to grill next Saturday. All jokes aside, food is great, customer service is excellent. And I highly recommend.

Love it here. This food truck does not disappoint. I've been here twice and the food is great. 1st try was the aguachiles negros - the salsa they use is just super tasty and this is one of our favorites. We've also gotten the empanadas de camaron each time, which seem a bit pricey for a dozen, but they're totally worth it. 2nd time we got the aguachiles rojos, which were also really good. The only critique we have is that they cut the cucumber a bit too bit for the aguachiles, but that doesn't take away from the flavor profile they've developed. Highly recommend it here, as the staff is super friendly and the service is great. They also accept credit cards, so don't worry about needing to bring all cash - just expect to spend about $50 if you're ordering for 2 people.

This food truck is the bomb! A hiden gem in Santa Ana. Portions are suger big, the food is flavorful and everything is fresh and made at the moment. Try the "Tacos Chumina" an exquisite combination of shrimp, octopus and cheese. If you want something fresh try the "Ceviche plate" or the "Ostiones preparados" they are amazing. And on top of having excellent food they have an incredible customer service, super nice and friendly. This will be one of my must go places. Thumbs up for this place!

Street parking only. Food takes a long time but it was good. Don't recommend ordering online, you will likely still have to wait 20-30 min because they are popular.

I have been coming here every so often for the past 3 years. Initially, the food was pretty damn good, but like most restaurants in CA, they went completely downhill. They used to have really good gobernador tacos filled with large, plump shrimp, but now they have 5 tiny, micro cocktail shrimp inside of a dry toritilla. The ceviche and party platter were some of the worst Mexican seafood I have had. Even the shrimp empanadas were so dry, I just threw it in the trash, and I never throw food away.

I’ve been here a couple of times before with friends this place is ok it used to be so good! The cook the lady is really fast I did notice a few things that caught me off guard there seems to be so many people inside the truck who seemed to just be hanging around and I saw they were there without even wearing gloves and without a mask, by then my food had already been given to me (the cook was wearing a mask and gloves) I even over heard someone sneezing and that man didn’t even have a mask on or gloves! Do better be clean! wear a face mask and if your sick don’t show up to work! Never coming here again!!
