Food is good, my orders have always been right the drive thru just takes too long compared to others. Definitely not a place to just "drive thru" and grab some food. Stopped by twice this week because I had "extra" time to spare, almost late both times. 1st time no other cars in front of me, 2nd time 1 car ahead of me, both took way to long for breakfast burger combo.

I wanted a Double Famous Star Cheeseburger, and I know I'm not going to a 5-star place, but I took my chances. The burger was watery like dripping ketchup and mayo, and the burger itself didn't have any taste without me putting some salt and pepper and ketchup on it. It's a hit or miss fast-food place, and for me today, January 5, 2026, it was a miss.

I crave carls maybe at least twice a month, and every time my bf comes back with the food, it's honestly sad. It's either my fries are cold, the burger is cold, or like today, the Big carl is a cheese burger. It doesn't even have the sauce that separates the two burgers..... again, it's sad, I guess the drive to the next Carls will be worth it, and you'll end up like KFC, shut down.

Asked for no onions still got them a super messy burger come on really waited 12 minutes for slop not great the coo k s need better training disgusting burger overfilled with mayo and ketchup the buns fell apart lettuce wad bleak tomatoes too so disappointed i gave it to my dog so it won't go to waste

I love Carl’s Jr but this place was just bad. My burger meat was way too pink was not cooked through. My mom got a burger asked for it to be well done but was not. I honestly recommend you find another Carl’s Jr.

These two people in the photo just spend their time playing and talking to each other. My order took more than 15 minutes to be ready due to the ineffectiveness of these two employees. My order was as simple as 10 nuggets, large fries and a shake. The manager or manager of this place should hire people who work not who are playing.

Something spilled on the floor and its was poorly cleaned up. They mopped and put 2 signs up. But when it came back they never clean it up again. They were not That busy and they decided to clean the drinking fountain area instead. The employees were walking in and out of the kids area and just walking over the spill. With kids around they didn't clean it up. I was there for an hour and it was still there even after i left. What a joke. As you can see in then pic it was right in the entrance of the play area.
