Always good wings, although sometimes the wait is a bit long, especially on evenings around 7-9pm, it's worth. And you can skip the wait by downloading the app and ordering from there!

Came here today for the first time. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was kept clean despite it being very busy. We were helped by Deysi. She was extremely helpful and patient, as I was so indecisive on what wings I wanted. I will definitely be back. The food was delicious!!

My daughter and I LOVED our Wingstop experience today 8/14/25 at the Santa Ana, Macarthur Blvd location at 6:45pm. It was our first time ordering at this location. I had just picked my daughter up from her volleyball game and she was famished. A Wingstop near her new school was what she wanted. And she wasn't disappointed. We were greeted and warmly welcomed by Antonio and Dulce. I thought one of them said "Hello, welcome to Wingstop", or something similar. We felt welcomed right away. Both were friendly, while being professional. Antonio was patient with us while we were looking for what my daughter wanted to try and patiently explained to me what the Combo meal included. Dulce then was quick and efficient in having our food prepared. Within minutes, our combo meal came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. What stood out most was how friendly the staff at this location was. My daughter commented "they are all so nice here." And they looked like they worked well as a team, staying upbeat and making sure every customer was taken care of. I thought that this location's staff, represented by Antonio and Dulce's responsive and friendly service, aligned and represented well, Wingstop's core values of being "Service-minded" and providing excellent customer experiences. Shoutout to both of them for their great attitudes and excellent service. We'lll definitely be coming back because of this experience and recommending this Wingstop location to the other moms at our school nearby. Oh, and the food, was hot and delicious!

Good wings, bare bones atmosphere and open late. The one off of MacArthur has outdoor seating but not many inside seats so I went to this one. Just sit facing away from the large front glass wall because of the glaring headlights when people park. Sauces are extra and I wanted a lot so the large container is a better deal than 4 regular container.

This is my first time at Wingstop and I was impressed they have several flat screen TVs playing all different sports and the bar has a wide variety of drinks. I was there to order takeout and had arrived just minutes after the kitchen stopped taking orders. The hostess told me to check with the bartender and thankfully the bartender was willing to place the order. I'm grateful that the hostess bartender and Cooks were willing to fulfill my order. Restaurant had a fun vibe and was clean and the staff provided excellent customer service!

Tasty wings. Service was excellent. Restaurant looked clean. Restrooms were clean. Was busy and I got my wings pretty quick. They didn't seem under staffed which was great. Great prices.

Manager went above and beyond helping me on an issue with a delivery order. Not their fault, but they did everything they could to make up for another company's mistakes. They're also fairly quick for being as busy as they are.

This is my first time at Wingstop I know it's been around awhile never bothered to stop there I've been hearing how good it is and they were right they have boneless and bone-in wings chicken tenders and extremely good fries I got the cheese fries and oh they were so good I didn't try all their sauces I did try the honey mustard and the ranch make the wings taste even better the wings. I didn't eat I took home make my own BBQ sauce with a hint of brown sugar in it yum yum yum and the salad was ok people add that to the list of places to go

Loved the food, but I got the wrong item when getting my food, and the place could use a little cleaning. Otherwise, it is a good place to go to with friends.

Great spot to get your wing fix with decent prices. Don't forget Mon & Tues $0.60 wings. Highly and strongly recommend placing an online or phone order. Their wait time is longer than they lead you to believe

The original hot boneless wings were crispy and saucyy👍👍the fries felt a lil soggy, so I might order them well done next time. I also liked how they have combo options.

Food is fabulous. The dining/eating experience is something else. The music is so loud you cannot hear the cashiers nor can they gear you.

Good place. Food was ok ,it just tasted a little weird . Hahaha a friend of mine tried some and got diarrhea bc of the wings. I don't know but for me it kinda tasted like low quality food , it felt wet . Just weird. I said no drinks but the cashier still charged me for it . At least he got my name right . Recommend maybe if you want something on the quicks but the wait for your order to be ready takes a long time.

It’s a small place. Food takes forever but it’s good. Unfortunately the 40 minute wait caused me to be late coming back from my lunch break so order way ahead of time if you come here

Being served French fries crumbs was uncool. The boneless wings were so so. Not hot enough. I like my food hot, not lukewarm. 3 stars it's generous of me.

Limited seating inside, workers always carry an attitude. Last time I was there I realized they rent cups. Yes, 2 females drank soda, continued to refill then went to the counter and asked for a refund on their drink. No questions asked they got a refund. Am I missing something ??? Anyways. Sometimes you're not even greeted they just get to the ordering. They dont even offer ranch or anything and when asking for some they act like it's a drag to get one.

I have been to other wings stop, but this spot had bad customer service, wings on the floor in the kitchen no one would clean up they walked by and no one cared. dinning messy and the food her was way spicier then usual

Didn’t get my order correct I ordered 15 wings a received 5 wings . I got my money back thanks to Ubereats but they should pay more attention and also go over the order with the Uber person

Had the bone in wings. Usually love them from wing stop because they're nice and crispy. This spot they were soggy and chewy. The skin looked white. Was gross. Didnt even supply napkins or enough utensils. Had 4 combos and they gave me 1 fork and no napkins.

Took over 40 minutes to make a small and simple order. Even though I ordered online and AHEAD of time. No napkins and no utensils. Workers didn't even inform me when my order was ready. So I just stood waiting even longer for absolutely no reason. Horrendous customer service. Will not be coming back to this WingStop and urge other people to stay away. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Go to ANY OTHER WingStop.

One overweight staff walked out as a mother with her toodler and food were walking out and she closed the door. I dont know what kinda people they hired but I wouldn't want her to represent my company.

Honestly super dissapointed. They messed up on our order, a gentlemen named Isidrio called my wife back and was extremely rude and said he was the manager. When my wife asked for. Refund he rudely answered "well give me the wings back and I'll give u a refund". Then after arguing with him, he hung up on my wife. So I decided to call back and talked to him and spoke with him and then decided I would call back with how I wanted to proceed. After 30 mon I called back and was answered by a gentlemen named pedro who then claimed HE was the one in charge so the other guy lied. And after trying to speak with pedro the one in charge he basically shooed me away and just tried to "resolve" my issue by basically not listening to what I had to say about the other employee and not taking responsibility for their mess up. Doesnt care about the customer and how they feel. Doesnt know how to speak to customers.

Horrible service. They need to be re trained to handle customers better. It's like a large clump of madness when they get busy. Should have the people working the counter better . Etc. Worst wingstop in oc!

This is for the pricing. It was just last year that the 10 piece wing was $10.99 total out to be $12-13 after tax. Which is reasonable I think. Now, they raised it to where the same total out to be $16+. I just don’t get these places, Covid is way over, does employee wage go up for restaurant? Are they now making $20/hr ? Has the chicken price at vendor or market gone up? If labor and chicken price had not gone up, then there’s no reason to keep raising price and put it on consumers. So that instead of eating more we just eat less many times now. Overall, you still lose money.
