Regular, chicken burger spot, nice for youngsters. There is a drive in option with the car also. We tried spicy chicken menu. It was all okey for a fast food place.

Not sure what's going on with the chicken at this chain but the quality is bad - must be all locations. Not worth the $$

Bit into a regular chic Fil a sandwich and it was disgusting…. A tendon or ligament was definitely present. Nuggets were dry and made me gag…. Gross!!! Their soup is the only thing worth eating and it’s ridiculously expensive….. I do not get the appeal of this so called restaurant….. Popeyes RULES chicken. Oh, the “waffle fries” are dreadful…. Nobody serves those stupid versions of FRENCH FRIES….

I’ve been gong here 2-3 times per week for at least 5 years. It’s always been extremely consistent and the service was fantastic. As of the last few months, I’ve noticed a nose-dive in food quality and the drive thru service. It’s always busy, but lately it seems like they just don’t have enough people on staff. Very disappointing and I won’t be going back for soggy sandwiches and subpar service. Every other order of mine is missing a requested sauce, a straw or the fries are just dumped into the bag. A very sad situation because this has been my favorite place for a long time.

Personal on the drive through is so rude! Always making a mistake with my sandwich.\nAnd the drinks the same and I had to come back to get it prices are extremely expensive for the same sandwich.

chicken strips our always pleasing & satisfaction. Even the smallest orders are served with delight helpfulness cheerfulness at Chick-fil-A. They have something for everyone.

The manager Janet, along with a team member Arturo had the audacity to laugh at me. When I asked for the amount of nuggets I paid for. They shortchanged me and then laughed at me to my face for asking for the amount that I paid for. I have no idea why that was so funny. If I paid money for something and you do not give me that in total why not just give me the amount that I asked for?

What is the point of having 3 lanes when you don't have enough staff to service all 3 lanes? 2 lines go down and down and the third sits for 20 minutes waiting for an attendant to start taking orders. Insanity. Always. What is the point of your stupid app to order ahead, if you won't start making my damn food until I'm at the restaurant?! I'm stuck waiting the same amount of time, it's ridiculous. Your entire system is wacked.

Terrible staff. Went inside to order and only one person was taking orders for a long line. THREE other employees behind the counter were just hanging out not even working and refused to take orders. It’s an absolute joke. Management needs to address this.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until visiting the Santa Barbara location. From start to finish, the service was just plain awful. Nobody came to take my order, so I ended up having to place it on my phone while standing at the counter. The food came out before the drinks, and it took an extra 5 minutes just to get an iced coffee and chocolate milk—by then, the food was getting cold. When I asked for the missing sauce and creamer, I got eye rolls from the staff instead of any kind of courtesy. Really disappointing, especially since Chick-fil-A is usually known for great service.

If I could rate lower, I would. I placed a mobile order for pickup to make things easier and faster during my fiancé’s one-hour lunch break. Instead, the staff let a complete stranger take our food — no receipt check, no name confirmation, nothing. Just watched them walk off with our paid meal like it was a free sample. When my fiancé arrived, the employee casually said, “Oh yeah, someone grabbed it.” …and??? That was the end of the protocol? No accountability? No urgency? What’s worse is that during previous visits, the female employees have actually done their jobs — they ask for receipts and verify orders. But this time, a male employee didn’t bother to check anything, and now we’re left waiting around and wasting time we didn’t have to spare. This was supposed to be fast, convenient, and respectful of our time. Instead, we got disorganization, carelessness, and zero sense of urgency. Extremely disappointing. I hope the random person who stole our food enjoyed it. Because apparently, they got better service than we did. Edit: The employee remade the order… and it wasn’t even correct. I ordered nuggets and got tenders. At this point it’s actually insane.
