We went during their happy hour and were able to load up on fresh seafood. I had some crispy calamari which had a delicious Chipotle aioli for dipping and a loaded up lobster roll. They had a nice atmosphere and friendly service, too.

This is a perfect place to grab lunch while visiting the Camarillo Outlet. There is plenty of free parking, right next to a new Starbucks store with plenty of seating. Back at the restaurant, they offer a variety of menu options, including lunch specials. We ordered their clam chowder, tequila lime shrimp pasta, and sand dabs. They serve a complimentary warm baguette. The food was delicious, along with a professional and friendly server, Nick. We will definitely return.

Had lunch at Lure Fish House in Santa Barbara and it was such a good call. I had oysters and ceviche with a glass of white wine everything was super fresh and full of flavor. The vibe was relaxed but nice, and the service was really sweet too.

Great place to eat, staff is friendly! Our food and drinks were AMAZING. I Will definitely be back when I'm in town! The only thing was the bread that came with my Pasta was extremely hard, I couldn't eat it but still loved this place.

Today I treated myself to the best hot fudge sundae in the Santa Barbara region. I was enthusiastically greeted by the hostess and then Valerie did an exceptional job on her second day working at Lure. Many staff, including the manager came up to see how I was doing + this was really nice, especially since I was sitting on my own. Dropped by here over the weekend for some seafood cravings and I absolutely loved trying this place. We started off with oysters that were larger than any I’ve had before in a warm buttery sauce along with some of their delicious clam chowder with bits of bacon! To top it off, I personally had the fish and chips with shrimp, which was an amazing combo! Can’t wait to be back, beautiful place with amazing seafood.

Great local spot with a nice atmosphere and consistently good food. The service is friendly and attentive, and the menu has great seafood options. The BBQ oysters are delicious, and the fresh sourdough bread is always a highlight. Definitely a solid place to come with family and friends.

I was quite impressed by Lure. The happy hour menu was great, lots of seating. The clam chowder was VERY good and the muscles were the best I’ve had in a long time. Our service was kindof weird and inattentive but the food and drinks were good. The oysters are massive. I’d definitely go back.

Nice atmosphere, we sat in the bar for happy hour and it's pretty noisy in there. If you get a table on the patio I'm sure it's less noisy. The happy hour specials are a good deal with good amounts. I enjoyed the Clam Chowder and Pop Rock Shrimp. The Calimari was good but the sauces weren't my favorite. The dishes came out quickly. Service was friendly but perhaps too busy to give our table focused attention. We had to ask 3 times for some tartar sauce, two dishes came to the table that we didn't order, and they forgot that we had ordered a Cod Taco. It's a good place to get some happy hour specials and a drink or two but there may be some areas that could use improvement.

The lobster roll was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The rockfish was decent too. However, I told the waiter about my dietary restrictions, but they still served food containing those ingredients!

Great value! Management needs to support their staff more for when they get slammed; they know they're the most reasonably priced place for good quality seafood, and SHOULD expect getting hit. Hadn't been here in a while. Music didn't seem as noisy. Left VERY satisfied after having been to the old Beachside couple times. Still also a bummer Enterprise is gone. This place is holding its own. On point oysters. Shrimp cocktail was money.

The experience was overall pretty good. We went for my aunts birthday and they gave us complimentary ice cream fudge. I got the lobster ravioli, it had little bits of lobster shell in it but other than that it was yummy.

Lure Fish House in Santa Barbara offers a stylish, coastal-inspired atmosphere and a strong reputation for fresh, sustainable seafood. The setting is relaxed yet upscale, perfect for everything from date nights to family dinners. The main menu largely lives up to expectations. That said, our recent visit had a few disappointments. Most notably, the kids’ linguine with butter sauce was virtually tasteless—a barebones plate of plain noodles with barely any seasoning or richness. Even for a child’s dish, it felt like an afterthought, lacking the care shown in the rest of the menu. Service was also inconsistent. Our waiter was frequently nowhere to be found, leaving us waiting to place orders, ask for refills, or even cutleries are heard me. While it wasn’t a full house, it felt like we were forgotten at times, which affected the overall experience. Lure Fish House still has a lot going for it—especially if you’re there for the seafood—but between the underwhelming kids’ option and spotty service, there’s room for improvement. Hopefully just an off night at an otherwise solid establishment.

Today, I came for lunch with my friend and my husband, who was visiting Lure for the first time. I used to really love this restaurant, so I was disappointed with both the service and the food today. Usually, the servers here are kind and have great table manners, but unfortunately, that was not the case this time. Our server did not show professional service manners. When she served our water, she almost banged the glass on the table, and she repeatedly made loud noises while placing our dishes down, compared to other servers. She also did not place the dish in front of me. Instead, she set it far from my seat without asking where it should go. The order in which our dishes were served was also unusual. The starter bread was very soggy inside and tasted old. The main dish and salad were brought out at the same time, and my cioppino was not as hot as it usually is. My husband ordered the tuna poke, but the ingredients did not blend well together, and the chips that came with it were soggy. The salad was delicious and the fries were crispy, but overall, the experience felt disappointing. Because of the service, I could not leave a good tip. I felt unwelcome and unable to enjoy my lunch, and my husband and friend felt the same way. I hope the restaurant can improve staff service manners and greet guests with a warmer, friendlier attitude moving forward. The host was friendly. Lure has always been one of my favorite places, and I would love to enjoy it the way I used to.
