Wednesday specials are great

Considering this is a student run cafe on a University campus, the food is edible usually. Don't get excited though, most of it is prepared off-site. Sadly the University has their own health and safety inspectors, so do not compare it to a real restaurant. The service is as good as could be expected considering the clientele, and the student help.

Good food, fair portions but don't expect to fill your appetite for super cheap.

Bar/tavola calda destinato a studenti e ricercatori. Ha una rosticceria orientale e un altro banco dove si possono ordinare panini o piadine, che prima e dopo pranzo fa da bar (servono anche espresso e caffè). In più, ci sono scaffali con varie merendine, un banco frigo con pasti pronti (panini, insalata, pasta, piadine), uno con dolci e yogurt, vari frigoriferi con bevande. Offre gratuitamente posate riciclabili, uso del microonde e molti tavoli sia all'interno che all'esterno. Si trova a meno di 100 m all'oceano.

Got a chorizo egg burrito. Tastes good but was room temperature/cold. I don’t have time to go back and get a switch or talk to the staff, had to toss it out after a few bites , but I hope this isn’t a reoccurring issue for other customers, or a health concern.

The Courtyard Café has wonderful staff and customer service. That being said, their hours are horrible. Most faculty and staff get to campus between 7:30am - 9:30am, and want to grab coffee and/or breakfast on their way into work. They are losing a lot of money by opening at 10:00am. If the hours were shifted to something like 7:30am ~ 3:00pm, they could better serve the campus community without compromising their operating expenses.

Decent food, but had a bad experience with the person running the business. I asked for receipt after about a minute after purchasing lunch because I had to show my food bills during any work trip. I was blamed for not asking the bill in time. After about 20 minutes, they still did not give the bill and asked me to wait for longer. I ended up not taking the bill. Rude staff.

Please take note, management team, send your barista for coffee-making training, especially on how to get crema in the pitcher so the milk turns out glossy. I bought a cappuccino and there's no foam at all.
