Delicious food and cocktails with a spectacular view of Cachuma Lake. Great day trip from Santa Barbara! Their burger was perfectly crafted as was their Cobb Salad. Live music on Saturday afternoons. Friendly service. We took a walk around the area after our meal and it was lovely. Perfect afternoon date location. Park entrance fee is validated with food purchase. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are regular boaters up at Lake Cachuma. We have had many items on the HOOK'd menu and they ALL have been delicious! We especially love getting a breakfast burrito and taking it with us on the boat! Today I had the sirloin sandwich. The roll was fresh and toasted and the sirloin was grilled outdoors on oak to perfection and sliced thin--best sandwich I've had in some time! I most highly recommend the food at HOOK'd--a well deserved 5 stars!!!

The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented! The salad was made with veggies Fresh from their local garden and the flavors were amazing— very hearty! Very friendly staff. The cocktails were delicious as well, hard to believe this place was hidden off the road, but that makes it a great spot for an amazing view of the lake while enjoying amazing food. Also the fries, OMG. You don’t often get great food, good service and amazing views all in one, but this is it! Worth the drive!

Fabulous favorites, like grilled cheese, hotdogs and burgers. We had a classic grilled cheese sandwich, hotdog and onion rings. Super yummy! The food was cooked "just right." Crispy on the outside, cheesy gooey on the inside. Great flavor. The place is immaculate and the staff are wonderful. Definitely, even if you aren't hungry, make some room for these classic eats. 👌

This place is just one of the many reasons I love to camp at Lake Cachuma. Their menu is not huge but what they have is nothing short of amazing. My favorite is the tri-tip sandwich. The sides are big and getting one to share is plenty. We always order the 50/50. Half onion rings and half fries. They do not allow you to bring your own beverages so a heads up if you plan to. Grab a table by the water and enjoy the view of the lake and the beautiful wildlife.

Great place for a quick lunch and hangout with family/friends

My partner and I were in town for the Reggae Concert and came down to HOOK'd since it was near the venue. We ordered a Bacon Burger and The Tri Tip sandwich with a draft beer. Of course, later, we ordered a few Palomas since they have a full bar. We sat outside by the fire pit and relaxed for a bit till we got out our food. I love the fact that the bathrooms are clean . Most definitely a nice place. The staff was professional the service was excellent will come here again with our doggo since they are allowed.

What a pleasant surprise! My family needed a lunch pit stop and happened upon Hook’d, located inside the park at Lake Cachuma. A receipt from the restaurant is good for 2 hours in the park. The food was delicious, the service was superb, and the view was fantastic. We sat outside at one of the picnic tables and enjoyed our meal in the shade.

We had a great burger, tri - tip sandwich with fries and an onion rings. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. There is a full bar with plenty of seating and tvs to watch two different games. Outdoor seating has a lovely lake. The only issue is a multitude of indoor flies. This needs to be handled. We ended up coming here due to the television commercial. Very recommended.

Restaurant is located at Cachuma Lake, recreational area. Tell the park guard that you're going to the restaurant and get your receipt validated for free parking. Great view of the lake while eating. There we live music on Sunday afternoon. I don't know how often there is music. Bathrooms are across the parking lot. It is a great place to stop and rest while traveling.

This spot is great!!! I highly recommend going in and enjoying the live music and delicious food. I wasn’t planning on dancing but the crowd was such a good vibe that i couldn’t help myself. This place is a gem.

Enjoyed the ambiance of sitting amongst the oak trees, next to the lake, drinking some beer on a warm, pleasant day listening to a live band on a Saturday afternoon. They have live music every Saturday from 4 to 7, and Sunday from 1 to 4, I'm told. This band was really good, singing largely 70's and 80's hits. They have a decent selection of drinks considering their size with some dedicated workers in the back kitchen for food. Very hospitable workers. I've returned and edited the times. The band moves inside for concerning weather.

Food and service were great, the service was amazing. Staff were so nice and lots of smiles. I’m coming back also you do not need to pay the entrance fee if you eat at the restaurant, just make sure to keep your receipt from the restaurant

The wife and I have always enjoyed lunch here at Hook’d. We are local foodies. Last night we tried the new higher end dinner experience. We absolutely loved the small but excellent menu. The chowder was top notch, a baked chicken with sides and rum cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. All must try. All with an amazing lakeside seating!!!

Always have a fun time making a trip out to the lake for some lunch. I have tried many of their sandwiches and they've always been great. They have indoor seating or a covered patio. The patio is dog friendly if you're looking for somewhere to bring your dog. If you are just stopping by for the restaurant, let the staff at the entrance know and they'll print you a visitors pass for 2 hours parking.

The food was delicious! We ordered a Cachuma Burger and a beef hot dog with onion rings. At dust I was disappointed that their most popular dish was out, but what we ordered was amazing! If I had to pick something to improve, it would be to turn on the outdoor heaters. It was a bit chilly and it would've made a nicer wait. The ambience at the order counter was interesting with fish on the wall above. Overall it was charming. The woman behind the counter was helpful with food choices.

Pricey but good, I suppose you have to pay for the beautiful view. Good people, good service. Darn good Bloody Mary and the burgers are pretty tasty too. UPDATE: They have new hours and have opened up the inside. They have added a full bar with a good selection of craft beer, too. I was camping at the lake and smelled them grilling tri tip outside and absolutely had to try a tri tip sandwich. It was delicious!

Wow, not sure what happened but the food here is really great! Much more than one might expect from a campsite restaurant. It's a really great menu. Over the course of 4 days we tried almost everything, you can't go wrong.

We ordered off the specials board. Wife had the goat cheese burger with onion rings. I had a cuban type sandwich with fries. Our puppy had a burger patty. Food is ALWAYS amazing, loved the specials, so yummy. We always eat here at least once when we camp, sitting by the docks and water is so peaceful and the staff are the best team, they go above and beyond. On Saturday and Sunday the have live music most of the time, check their website for details. Thank you Hook'd!

Solid menu options. Would like to see some lake trout featured! Vegetarian items need some TLC. After the 2023 storms, the lake is full and the live bands are a perfect compliment. Get there!

They have raised their prices AGAIN. Almost 20 percent on the hot dog I bought. I would drive from Santa Maria because they are good. They probably don’t care what I think. But today will be the last time I give this establishment my business. I wish more people would revolt at the prices being charged these days.
