I made a reservation about 2 days before for Sunday lunch. There were a few tables available around 1:30pm, so reservations may not necessarily be needed (maybe for a larger group). The parking lot has quite a few parking spots even though it's shared with a bunch of other food places. Check in at the front and you'll be shown to a table when it's ready. The food was good! The tonkotsu ramen was creamy and not overly salty. The pork was really good - soft and on the thicker side with a slight char. It wasn't super thin like other ramen shops. I liked how the ramen didn't come with bamboo shoots either. I would recommend ordering the black garlic oil to go with your ramen. It does elevate it a bit. The spicy sauce on the side wasn't that spicy FYI. The crispy chicken was good as well! The sauce was a bit watery, but you do get a lot of chicken. Chicken was soft and pretty crispy. The crispy tuna rice was good too, but not sure I'd order it again. Not fishy at all and the rice was pretty crispy like a fried hash brown (rice doesn't stick to your teeth like other crispy rices).

One of best ramen I’ve ever had. Came to this place twice as it was so good. The black garlic side is amazing and their thick noodles are a game changer. Great service and I recommend doing rsv in advance as queue might take a while.

If you’re looking for delicious ramen near Santa Clara this is your new go to! The ramen has a creamy taste and delicious noodles and sides! Do not miss the spicy tuna appetizer or fried chicken appetizer to make your meal complete! Also make sure to get the thick noodles (you have your choice when ordering). While the bathroom could be nicer and there is only one the food is worth the trip!

It was our first time dining here after reading the great reviews, and it did not disappoint! We came to try the ramen and were impressed by both the flavor and quality. The customer service was warm and attentive, making the experience even better. We also loved the refreshing water infused with watermelon and pineapple — a nice touch! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.

"This is some of the best ramen I've ever had—absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The service was also great. One thing I appreciated was that the tip is already included in the bill, and they made that very clear from the start. Overall, a really pleasant experience!

Reserve in advance online. The place gets crowded quickly when I went for lunch (11:15 AM). They require everyone to be there before entering. Edit: It's still busy even during a weekday dinner 7:15 PM in 2025, so I'd still recommend reservations. The food was solid. My family got the Tonkotsu Ramen and I got a large Chicken Rice Bowl. The ramen from what I am told is really tasty with the spicy sauce. Spicy sauce and garlic are free toppings. Add as needed, you don't need to use all of it. The rice was filling, I probably only needed to order a small. The service was excellent. The food came within 10 to 15 minutes of ordering. The waiter/waitress checked on us regularly and both were very friendly or upbeat. I would definitely come back!

Went there for a quick lunch bite and there was plenty of seating available. It's a cute and cozy spot with a few vegetarian options. We liked the vegan ramen and the crispy chicken - both had generous portions and tasted fine. Easy to get reservations and lot of parking available.

I stopped in for a quick lunch near the office. I had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. I really appreciated their friendly service and efficient serving of their dishes. I tried their shiyo sauce-based ramen. It was very tasty and highly recommended!

The Tonkotsu broth and original thick noodles were great and the free garlic/chilli was divine (got 2 servings of the chilli) chashu belly was melt in your mouth delicious but portion wise was a bit lacking. The main pain point was the wait honestly. I think I waited about an hour due to a nearby convention and being a walk-in customer. Definitely try to get a reservation if you want to try their ramen. The MAIN thing I liked was how they included a 15% service feeand tell you about it upfront and don't ask for additional gratuity! What a huge surprise considering the other places I've been to. Side note: place is cashless.

It had been awhile since I had HiroNori. All three of us ordered the tonkotsu ramen with garlic on the side. We did arrive a bit before closing. Food came out quickly. Seating arrangement had also changed from a few years back. Auto 16.4% service charge included in the bill. Easy parking when we went, but definitely can be difficult during peak hours.

Shoyu ramen and edamame Ramen was nothing spectacular. The noodles were the saving grace. The lady stated they charge a 16 percent fee to use cards but also dont take cash. I dont live in this state didnt really understand. Im assuming that includes their tips

One order was taken incorrectly, and we only found out after asking about it around 30 minutes later. By then, my companion still hadn’t received their food. What made it worse was the manager brushing it off as “only 20 minutes,” with no real explanation or apology. I’ve been to this place many times, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. While other tables were already eating their ramen, my companion was still waiting even after I had finished my meal. When we tried to cancel the order, the manager said vegetarian ramen takes longer because the broth is frozen and needs to be reheated. I understand that some dishes take more time, but waiting over 30 minutes with no communication isn’t acceptable, and it’s hard to understand how reheating broth should take that long. 16% may not be high, but making it mandatory comes with expectations for service. And we still paid the full mandatory service charge. I expected better communication and accountability, especially from a manager. A simple apology and a clearer explanation would have gone a long way. It ended up ruining our Friday evening.
