Went in, the place wasn't too busy, employees were cleaning, but gave their attention immediately when I went to the counter. Food was hot and good. Employees were polite. I was there long enough that a few homeless people came in and they were not treated any different than I was and that impressed me, not very many establishments would do that. Definitely will return.

These dudes were absolutely slammed 10 minutes before closing. Everyone was being jerks the employee got our order spot on and quickly. People should really be nicer to whoever’s making their food

Excellent Taco Bell. I eat taco bell everyday and this spot is the best. The food is always good, hot, and ready. They go quickly and I rarely have to wait for food. This location is much better than the 41st one.

No drive through. The packaging is all hippy-fied. The service here is incredible though. Gotta say. This taco bell is the real deal. I said the word party pack and it was like optimus prime said "autobot, roll-out" I was in and out in under 5 minutes

Greatest Taco Bell in Santa Cruz California and maybe all of the US because of the food quality and serving size. The only thing missing is Public Rest Rooms. So if you visit don’t expect to wash your hands or go to the Rest Room.

This place is LIT ever since they started accepting EBT, last time I was here a mentally disadvantaged old man was collecting trash and organizing it into small piles on his table. Needless to say the police arrived shortly, and after getting the mans attention from across the dining room and beckoning him over the old man quickly got to his feet. Visibly flustered, the man muttered a few indiscernible phrases before pointing at the officers and clearly shouting 'YOUR GOING TO JAIL!' and hurling a taco at them!(I'm assuming, the taco never actually got close to either of them and instead hit the roof)The two officers immediately sprung into action safely subduing the individual before he could blatantly ignore any more health and safety codes or engage in any more unprovoked attempts at physical violence. Thoroughly amused I return to waiting for my order to be called(about another 30 seconds) After receiving my food and filling my soda at the fountain, I head out to my girlfriend's car, as I walk through the doors I'm not even slightly surprised to see 12 more police cars and a motorcycle and about 25 more officers one of which is finishing up interviewing my girlfriend. As we get into the car I noticed she's got a huge grin on her face .After I ask what's so funny she tells me the cop that interviewed her ended the interview with the question 'At what point did you know they were cops?' Now for the whole ride home I'm left wondering why that's even included in the line of questioning...

The young lady working this morning at 7:30 a.m. was wonderful. There was her and another gentleman only the two of them and you could tell the gentleman was new. So young lady was training him at the same time as taking customer's orders , preparing and training him on making the orders. And greeting customers and apologizing to them as they left with their food. Plus all the other little things you've got to do like make change drop hash browns to be cooked etc. She was great. Thank you. And food was awesome. Made right and hot and fresh.

Always very clean which is surprising for a fast food place considering how busy it can get in here, especially later at night. This location has the screens you can order at as well as ordering at the counter which is helpful during rushes and for people with cognitive issues.

I ordered a cheesey gordita crunch with the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos taco shell subbed out (this is probably my favorite Taco Bell item) and it was probably... in the top three best CGC's I've ever had. Nothing out of the ordinary, just well constructed and healthy portions of the ingredients.

Life saver on the way back from Santa Cruz. Picked up Quesadillas for the kids and freezes for all for the drive. Right next to McDonald's if someone wants something else. Clean place, with touchscreens to order - all convinient.

Located in the heart of Scott's Valley, it is one of the most convenient Taco Bell restaurants. The drive thru is quick and easy. Service is very fast. Parking is not a problem since the lot is huge (shared with other businesses).

It's Taco Bell, so you know what you're getting. Been going to this location for years and never had a problem. The staff rotate all the time, but always seem nice. The free Taco as a way to make amends for messing up my order was very nice. Also, the soda machine and sauce packets are not behind the counter, allowing for easy refills and stocking up on sporks. =D

It’s really nice in a way but the only downside is that you have homeless people laying down infront of the restaurant which is why they lock the front door. Also there’s barely any lights at the premises between Taco Bell and McDonald’s the parking spaces omg.. so difficult. Also the entrance to go make a left turn is difficult especially if there’s heavy traffic. Terrible spot also I had to go to the bathroom so many times already having heart burn like crazy this never happen to me before but it is what it is.

Certain staff have yet to fully understand customer service. Place always seems clean when I've gone to this location. I will say I stopped going to this location because it seems like I've put out certain employees out by ordering food. And everyone loves being greeted with hey what's up? Coupled with a n attitude as if I'm bothering the person.

Took me about 25 minutes to get my order (one quesadilla). They seemed to be busy but even then it's way too long. They also don't have a drive through which is no bueno.

I shop here often. The employees are great. The food good. The management I'm not so sure. Just stepped in water up to my ankle walking inside to buy food. Clean the drain peeps.

Good old taco bell. As someone who eats a lot of it I've concluded that at least half of all taco bell employees don't care if they are fired and proudly act like it. And I get it low pay hard job and all. But take that attitude and crank it up to 11 and that's this taco bell for ya. Emo lookin employee was flirting with some guy in front of line and when she saw me waiting she proudly rolled her eyes and said what do you want. While waiting for food you got employees taking selfies and giving you the death glare if you even glance in their direction. Afterwards our food was so over sauced and overcheesed it fell apart and was unedible. Thankfully since the employees don't watch the front I was able to make off with half their napkins stash so I'll give them credit for that one.

This Taco Bell is a hit or miss. I tend to order online/app for pick up and have experienced twice in one month that they forgot a food item. Make sure you check your bag before you leave.

I had to ask them to cut my quesadilla and they rolled their eyes at me...never have I had to ask a Taco Bell to cut my quesadilla. They also had only large drink cups, no napkins, no soft taco size tortillas...they managed to mess up the orders of the people in front of me and the people behind me in line. 4 people working...one was making food, one was at the register and the other two were aimlessly wandering around behind the counter. Countless issues with them messing up my order in the past. Not reliable.

Not as addictive or tasty as I remember. I used to be very fond of Taco Bell but I haven't recaptured that feeling in years and probably (thankfully) never will again. Plus, it is bad for me and certainly no longer worth eating.

Okay the food is good, but there are SOO many homeless people, druggies, and trashy people at this place. At 1am on a Saturday morning it's the only place, besides the 7-Elevens and the Safeways, open in this town! So, at that time of day (right before they close), everything here sucks! Check your order before you leave (do the food runner’s job for them). I’ve lost my trust in their consistency. Half the times, I have to tell them “I’m missing *blank*.” My orders aren’t even that big (usually just 1 meal), but I’m VERY sure that bigger orders WILL have something missing. I feel sorry to everyone who were too baked to realize something was missing in their order.

I haven't been to taco bell in YEARS, and when I did go it was because I was starving and wanted something quick! I ordered at 8:09 (time on my receipt), and it is currently 8:32 and I'm still waiting for my order. Ahhh!

Just left there. Accodently left my purse there and the guy with the dreads got it for me. Was in the exact spot I left it. When I picked it up 400 was missing for the pocket I put it in and they left us with 300 we are a homeless family and we really needed that 400. Now I have no money for gas or food for my 6 year old son. Thanks alot taco bell.. its bull we will never get that money back..

There has now been 3 different times that I have gone to this Taco Bell hours BEFORE they were supposed to close. The second time I was inside and half way through my order when a crying manager came out of the back and pushed all the customers out and said they were closed. Tonight I went there again at 6:30 pm and they were closed. I don’t even live here and I visit frequently over the year and this happens every other time I’m in town. It’s ridiculous and annoying. Worst staff ever.

The lady behind the counter did not acknowledge me for a very long time. The gentleman working in the backside of the kitchen saw me standing there for some time and came out to help. I have worked in the business all my life, but my mind was blown out ,when I went in 10/31/18 at 6:30 pm. No one was in kitchen. Staff 2 men were eating dinner and told me I would have to wait 16 minutes or more. By that time there were 6 or more people in line. I know they got to eat but seriously !!! I'm a tourist... We went to this Taco Bell on Mission Street. First off I want to say. It was signs on the door, the menu, etc. States they don't have beef, lettuce , guacamole, and other items. So I ordered a coffee. The machine broke and had to get a refund. Staff was nice but was a bit disappointed I wasn't able to order what I wanted. This had to be the first time I've ever seen this happen. I have to sat worst service ever.

It seemed dirty and unkept. Staff extremely unfriendly. I asked for the bathroom key TWICE explaining that we had just come out out of a long car drive and my two young children were desperate. They didn't care - we ended up having to run across the carpark to McDonald's to use the bathroom. Unfortunately we must have picked the worst outlet in all of America - we haven't bothered trying another in our three weeks here.

Taco salad gave me food poisoning. It was stale and gross. Highest price item and it was horrible. I'm really sad because Taco Bell is usually good. This was the first time I've gotten bad food from here low staff and they always seem confused and take forever. Now the change so you can't see them making your food. 2:00 in the afternoon and they're out of beef. What kind of management fail does it take to not have one of your main ingredients on hand? In my worry fast food experiences, I've never run across a burger joint that ran out of beef patties or buns.

This is by far the WORST Taco Bell! Twice Ive gone here before they are due to close and was told that they were unable to take my order becasue they were short staffed they were still open with 20mins. to close.... If you can't honor the business hours of operation posted on the door, then change your hours! Its Bad Business to turn customers away when your technically still open.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is horrible. I ordered at the kiosk inside and waited for 20 minutes to get 2 spicy tostadas and an order of 3 layer nachos. There were 5 people on duty, 4 on the line, but apparently no manager. That was the excuse I was given a to why 3 people that came in and ordered after me got their orders before I did. I'm not counting the mobile orders, just the people I saw order at the kiosk after me. A woman that had to get back to work had to leave without her food or a refund because her break ran out. She had ordered a single burrito and taco and had been waiting for over 15 minutes! Taco Bell/Golden State you're wasting you're money and ruining your reputation by hiring and keeping these completely useless "employees". I use the term loosely because if you can't manage to get the job done property and efficiently they aren't doing there their jobs. To the the parents of the college students working, you're wasting your money too. If you can't figure out how to delegate and run a line by the time you've reached college, then there's no hope.

I’ve never posted a one star review due to the weight they carry these days, but I type this after 50 minutes of sitting waiting for my to go order to be remade. They got it wrong the first time after a 35 minute wait. This is insane. Love Taco Bell, but this location needs new leadership. The employees are incompetent and slow.

I pull the nacho fries out of the bag first and they were warm and soggy . I eat my other food so it doesn’t get cold. And take the fries in and their response is of course I gave you the fries awhile ago that’s probably why. They gave me back the same fries cold and soggy. lol I actually was okay with it because I have no expectations of Taco Bell but my wife was the one who insisted and the fact they couldn’t help her out is what got this review. The rest of the food was good. At least the two stores were fresh. 12:30 ish pm

My Oder is always made incorrectly they never give me the sauce I Oder just a lame Taco Bell that doesn’t care like I ordered 3 burritos with 3 add ons that totaled 2.80$ and they didn’t add anything I have worked fast food and I know not to experience the best but this place has just no quality control just go to the soqule location if you want what you ordered.
