Small but well spaced restaurant with classic tastefully executed dishes. Simple menu keeps it easy and not overwhelming. Fantastic service from lady at front counter great attitude and very knowledgable about the dishes. Delicious milk tea for a reasonable price, All around good pricing. Deals of the day added a nice touch my coworker got his soft drink for free since we ordered more than 8$ worth of food.

Food was fresh and flavor great,and the service is awesome. And talk about friendliness. They have it in spades.

My wife and I moved from Southern California and we wanted to find a real good spot to just sit and eat some real good food. And we found The Boba House!

The food is amazing

I LOVE their Kung Pao. And they let me substitute celery for zucchini b/c i'm allergic to zucchini. They never get the order wrong either. And they portion size is ALWAYS enough for two meals. The flavor and tenderness are spot on. I've gotten other things, but Kung Pao chicken is my favorite.

Great first impression! I ordered the Thai Tea boba, pork potstickers, and the Kung Pao Shrimp bowl. Everything came out quickly! The potstickers came out hot and were served with my boba drink. Shortly after my bowl was ready. It was also quite hot in temperature. Everything tasted good and had pretty sizeable portions. The place was spotless too! I'll definitely be coming back to try everything!

This was my first time to this place, the woman working was very nice, and friendly. The food OMG it was fantastic...the vegtables in the rice bowls were fresh, and cooked perfectly with the right amount of crisp to them. I recommend this place if you like Chinese food.

Looked around and found this place, The Boba House. Place is small, but food volume isn't. I ordered me a Kung Pao chicken rice bowl. What do ya know it, it tastes just like your typical $10 plus Chinese Restaurant! Food is wok prepared! Can't get that with most Chinese take out restaurants! I ate up, feel satisfied and went back on the road. I also got me a Capuccino smoothie as a dessert for the road! Will come back again if I'm here in town!

The proprietors are absolutely sweet and delightful, the food is incredible, the portions are good, feels like going to my auntie's for dinner.

Favorite resteraunt in all Santa Maria. No matter my mood, I can always find something good in the menu. The employees are super nice and genuinely enjoy their job. I hope this business opens a location in Orcutt.

The food was the best Chinese I have had in Santa Maria or Santa Barbara! My partner loves it so much he said we had to pick some up Everytime we go to Santa Maria to take home to have later! They even added extra mushrooms to my Beef with veggie rice bowl which sold me even further on how awesome not just the food was, but also the service!!! The hot and sour soup was absolutely delicious with just the right amount of spicy 10 of 10 will done again!!

Mongolian beef was delicious! House noodle soup was a little too delicate of flavoring but the chicken and shrimp in it was cooked deliciously.

The General Chicken had an overpowering thick sauce, and the Egg flower soup was watery and not your typical Chinese soup. The restaurant has so much potential, but it needs to step up its game and offer more somewhat of the real Chinese food taste like. Btw, the Boba drinks were dissappiting, not flavorful and has an after taste.

Service is polite .But food isn’t great. I ordered Mongolian beef bowl. Wish I would’ve got more meat it was over loaded with onions a little to much

Very friendly customer service. I ordered the mongolian beef a la carte and the flavor was decent but they should call it mongolian onions with a touch of beef. 90% onion 10% beef.

The boba was mushy and terrible, service did not want to refund boba just gave me a second terrible boba drink :(

The food was horrible! Very disappointed was given wrong soup and popcorn chicken had cinnamon sprinkled on it! Just plain disgusting. Don’t waste your money.

Every time we order a to-go food , We have to wait very long. I think the restaurant should hire more people to work so that the customers don’t have to waste time to wait for 45 minutes sometimes even 1 hour. It is very frustrating to wait for about 30 min - 1 hour during lunch time for one item order. I plan not to go there anymore. We do not want to waste 30-45 minutes sometimes even 1 hour to pick up the to-go food. The restaurant should consider customer’s waiting time. My family was a customer for many years but We are very unhappy about the service.
