Good food, good and fast service. But I think KFC has gotten on board with overcharging if you order at the counter instead of through the app, which made the value vs cost not worth it, $50 for a 12 piece meal is a bit ridiculous, even for California

I went in to buy some food and they screwed my order up, gave me a hard biscuit and no butter and the chicken nuggets were overcooked and clingy. They were very rude to me and forgot to give me my soda until I reminded them. They looked at my receipt and never gave it back to me. I spent over $12 for garbage. Fast food is getting worse and the prices are way too high! And they have very little parking outside.

This location is small on the inside. But nice parking if you have a large truck. We were so excited to see the double down sandwich return. It was 8 or 9 years ago that we last had it. What we got wasn't what I remembered though. It was a little on the dry side. My mouth felt a little roughed up by the time I finished. The seasonings were good on the chicken breasts (buns) and the frys tasted old as if were sitting a bit. The star of the visit was trying peach flavored mountain dew.

No attention to detail from the employees or supervisor. My order was forgotten in the queue and the young lafy in the front didn't bother checking. Her supervisor checked and they missed my.order, and then I finally got it... with items missing. Did they not carry over the old staff? Was a terrible experience.

This was a new record for incompetence. Every Tuesday there is an advertised special for $10. Why oh why wouldn’t a restaurant be prepared for an influx of customers re their own advertised special? I patiently waited for 35 min to get my order of 8 piece chicken strips! Not only was the time excessive, what they put in my bag did not equal an order of 8! Their end product quality was acceptable. This KFC could benefit from studying the efficiency of Chick-fil-A.

Awful. The girl who took my order was so mean. No smile. No customer service skills whatsoever. Stopped paying attention to me several times while I was ordering. Then didn’t even give me my drink. This was tonight. 10/26/2025 at approx 8 pm. Mole on her neck. Wish I woulda got her name. Very rude. Can tell she hates her job. Ridiculous. I paid $20 for a 3 piece crispy chicken meal with an order of 4 apple pie popper things. Didn’t even get my Starry. Spend all that money and can’t even get my drink and I’m from out of town. So I decided to go ahead and apply this review. Absolutely not happy about this.

I'm a regular customer and usually love the food here. However, my last order of chicken tenders was a disappointment. They were overcooked and dry, which isn't the quality I've come to expect from this store

My dasher delivered my order that had the receipt of my order stapled to the bag and the bag was stapled shut. So I know my dasher didn’t steal my food. When I opened the bag there was 1 small box with mashed pototo poppers and sauces. That’s it. Called my dasher, he had no idea. Drove to the store myself to get my full order that I payed for including dasher pay. The store hours say they close at 9:30 but showed up at 8:30 and they were already shutting down. Makes sense as to why my order was missing 80% of my items. Not sure if this is some kind of April fools joke but I’m not laughing. This is the worst KFC location ever! I don’t even know how this place is still in business but I will never order from them again.

I really enjoy KFC food however this location is by far the worst food ive had and this is the third time now in a row (ill get to that in a minute) the customer service is good and the people are friendly with that said ill explain my experience. Three times now in the last 3 months i have gone in each time on Tuesday for the 10 dollar special, 8 pieces of thigh and drum stick. The price is not the problem its the product that is. The chicken all three times saturated in oil and hardly any batter on the chicken, the chicken was so bad i ate two pieces and was all i could stomach. I wont be going back to this location ever again. Very disappointed. All three times, ive experienced the same problem. Saturated in greese, hardly any battwr on the meat. This is the only location Ive had these problem with so its not the corporation. Its sonething they are doing at the location.

Ordered a 12pc bucket with extra mashed potatoes n gravy. They gave me two containers of gravy in one bag. One of them was sideways and leaked on my cloth seat in my truck. I didn't even pull out of my parking spot. I took the bag back to ask for another replacement. They helped two other customers then gave me my bag. I opened it up and they did it again. They placed one on its side inside the bag. Unbelievable, set me up for a second failure. Very disappointed.
